• Helen (5/5): Ruined by extreme noise from renovations we didnt know about. - The reception staff are lovely. Really helpful and accommodating. Great location This place is being refurbished. We were not made aware and this was confirmed by the receptionist. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. The noise in the morning was horrendous. Sounded like they were drilling in our room. The manager was rude, and aggressive and given how she spoke to us, I dread to think how the staff are treated. My advice is you call first before booking here to make sure the renovations are finished. Really poor taking bookings without being upfront and honest. Im not against renovations, but I am against how the manager talked to us and that we weren't informed.

The thermostat for the heat did not work - there was some bizarre portable heater that seemed very unsafe. The power went out when I plugged in my hairdryer and the front desk has us reset the circuit breaker ourselves. Our kids had a huge two room suite that was brand new. We both paid the same rate and booked through booking.com. That does’t seem fair or make any sense at all.

• Michael (4/5): Tiring due to lack of sleep as a result of the noise. Won’t be staying again. - Size of the apartment was fantastic value for money A few things looked a bit tired in the apartment. For example, there was a panel on the side of the bath that was hanging off and was basically being held up by the bin. Also the shower head was fixed to the wall so I was unable to adjust the height. It also was a very small shower head that I would expect in a premier inn but not a premier suites type place. But the thing that made the whole experience bad was the noise from the road. I had an apartment at the front of the building and although the windows were double glazed, they didn’t do anything to block out the noise. Cars and buses were going passed all night and also very loud drunken people walking passed late into the night even on a week night. I didn’t get any sleep really because of this noise. As the noise is so loud I would expect to see additional secondary glazing panels installed to help with the sound insulation, at least for those rooms/apartments at the front of the building. Also the check-in procedure for after the reception closed wasn’t great. The email that was sent to me with instructions unfortunately went into my junk folder (but for this particular email provider nothing ever gets diverted to junk. Premier Suites should look into authenticating their domain so this sort of thing doesn’t happen in the future). I had to ring up the emergency number to help get me in but at first I was stuck on the doorstep. It was fine in the end but not a great first impression.

There could be some more general surfaces in the apartments (like a bureau or table for close, toiletries and other things). The only surfaces were the coffee table or kitchen table or desk which have other uses and i'd prefer not to crowd it with things im jus trying to unpack from my bag.

The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and the shower pressure was great. The reception staff were all so helpful. We will definitely be back!

• Rebecca (3/5): - If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t stay here. The hotel’s reception staff is only at the front desk from 10-6 on the weekends. Admittedly, this wouldn’t have initially deterred me from booking this place, but when the heat went out in my room at 6:40, a person who responded to the whatsapp number for after hours issues said nothing could be addressed until the next morning. Even the complimentary coffee machine is not turned on until staff comes in at 10. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are clean and nice enough, and the staff I dealt with during working hours were helpful. But I just didn’t get a sense the hotel had any real plan in place to address issues that pop up outside of their staff hours, and if something goes wrong you should expect to be on your own.

The hotel is very well located near St Stephens Green and within walking distance to the museum, library, art gallery and shops. The room has everything you need, a small kitchenette, milk in the fridge and a spacious bathroom. Nothing to note.

• René (2/5): Stay away from this place - Located near the park and not too far from the city center Very disturbing noice from cars driving over a manlock in the street just in front of the window (single glass), several times per minute, day and night. Difficult to sleep with such a noice. We asked for another room but nothing was available according to the staff. We checked out after the second (of four) nights. The staff wouldn’t let my partner access the apartment on the first day, although I informed them twice that she would arrive a few hours before me and I even put the reservation on her name. They referred to a payment link which we never received. My partner offered to pay for the first night, but that was not accepted. She had to wait until I arrived and paid for the whole stay. Staff is focused on their regulations, not on their guests. Lots of doors in the apartment. Nothing cosy.
• Stefanie (10/5): Great location with an apartment with excellent facilities - The property is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to St Stephen’s Green, 10 minute walk to Grafton Street, and 20 minute walk to Temple Bar. The facilities were great in the apartment, it had everything you would need for a few days stay. The apartment was also very spacious and clean. • Louise (6/5): - Location! The heating seemed to come on full blast at night time and we couldn’t see how to control it. You can hear a lot of the corridor or the floors above and below in terms of the bathroom.

• CARMEN (9/5): Estancia hipercómoda y confortable para una familia - Apartamento precioso y superconfortable. Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. Camas geniales. Un poco más cerca del centro hubiese sido mejor, aunque está bien comunicado con paradas de bus en la puerta.
