David (8/5): We had a wonderful time! Thank you. - The breakfast was great to have protein options and have a substantial meal before walking the city most of the day. The location was good for us to walk to everything except the Vatican. The inability to control the air conditioning was a downside for us. The bathtub was also difficult to use as a shower since the plastic divider only covered about one-third of the tub, which caused water to get all over the floor. Additionally, it would be helpful to have hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, especially for families of four.

Hotel bölgesi güvenlidir. Geç saatlerde yürüyerek döndüğümüzde bile çevre gayet güvenilirdi. Şehir merkezine 25 dk yurume mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı normal düzeyde. Odaların tasarımında kullandıkları göz alıcı, kontrast mobilyalar vardi. Mobilyada aslinda bir çekmece olduğunu ertesi gun fark ettik.oldukca göz yorucuydu. Otelin girişi hep basamaklı . Bavul taşımak zor. Tekerlikli sandalye için de uygun bi girişi degil.

Friendly staff , good location. And we were surprised that eleven years ago, Hotel Montecarlo was the same hotel we stayed the first time we went to Rome. We recognized only when we saw the toiletries wrapper🤣 The old elevator .

Chris (10/5): - Staff are all excellent. On this occasion, it was Michael and Nicole. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make you confortable. Hotel is an easy walk from Termini. It's spotless and well organized. Breakfast is excellent, beds are comfortable. The breakfast room could use some sunshades. It's on the top flloor, and catches the bright morning sun.

Morgane 13 (9/5): Hôtel idéal au centre de Rome. Parfait pour un voyage en famille. - Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, chaleureux, à l'écoute du client et parle Français, Anglais, Italien et même un peu Espagnol. L'hôtel est proche des lieux à visiter et le métro est à 10mns à pied. (Pratique pour se balader dans Rome car tout n'est pas au même endroit.) La propreté est impeccable, le service d'étage est parfait, chaque jour votre lit est fait et le linge de salle de bain changé si besoin. Les chambre pour 3 personnes sont correctes en taille. (Seul bémol : manque de rangements) Le petit déjeuner est comme indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Bien copieux et varié (autant en salé qu'en sucré et en fruit.) Tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. La salle de petit déjeuner est au dernier étage (il y a un ascenseur 😉), le lieu est très agréable pour se restaurer de bon matin. Vous trouverez aussi une pièce détente pour boire un verre, travailler au calme sur votre ordinateur, lire un bouquin. Très appréciable. Pour terminer, le rapport qualité prix, idéal pour 1 semaine sur Rome, dans le centre de la ville.🇮🇹 Parfait pour un voyage en famille. 😊 Nous le recommandons sans hésitation. 👌 Le seul point qui peut être désagréable est l'espace réservé aux fumeurs. Il est assez petit, style couloir au dernier étage avant la zone restauration matinale. Interdit de fumer dans la zone ouverte réservée au petit déjeuner.

Special thanks to one of the Staff from Peru that spoke in our native language Spanish. Was very helpful. Room was always very clean with no odors. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.

Ruxandra (8/5): Nice staff, good location but no hot water… - Staff was nice & good location I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, there was no hot water available—not when we arrived in the evening, nor the following morning. We contacted the reception in the evening, and while the staff did try to assist us, they eventually informed us that the boiler had run out of hot water because the hotel was fully booked. We were told to wait for the water to heat up again. This is simply not acceptable. If you know that your boiler system cannot handle a full hotel, you should find a proper solution. Not being able to shower is a basic issue that significantly affects the quality of a stay. Overall, this situation was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

Tobias (9/5): Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Tolles Frühstück auf Dachterasse. - In der Nähe des Bahnhof Termini und U-Bahn 2 gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Tolles Frühstück mit ausreichendendem Angebot, frisch und sehr gut schmeckend.

Chiara (8/5): A perfectly OK stay. - The rooms aren't well sound insulated so you can hear the neighbour's TV and the street noise. Apart from that, it's a nice hotel in a good location, about 15 min walk from Termini station and 30 min walk to Trevi fountain. The staff is friendly. A bottle of water and a coffee machine / water heater would be welcome in the room.

Peter (8/5): Abendrestaurant - - Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse - Badewanne mit Whirlpool - Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Empfang Das Abendrestaurant auf der Dachterasse (das Essen hatte die Qualität einer Pommesbude).. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.
Kristupas (9/5): - Švaru, tvarkinga, patogi vieta, netoli autobusų stotelė, 10min ir jau miesto centre, pėsčiomis 10min traukinių stotis. Kambario durys praleidžia visą garsą iš kolidoriaus, per pusryčius sunku rasti vietą atsisėsti, mažas maisto pasirinkimas.

Par contre la chambre était très petite avec une salle de bains rénovée très bien, Très bon emplacement, près de la gare Termini et à quelques minutes de la station de métro Castro Pretorio La chambre très petite qui donnait dans une cour devant un mur. Très sombre

MILTIADIS (8/5): Γενικά ευχάριστη διαμονή. - Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό στη reception και ιδιαίτερα ο ρεσεψιονίστ Franko! Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο που δυσκόλευε ακόμη και την κίνηση μας στο χώρο του. Επίσης στο πρωινό θα περίμενα γρηγορότερη αναπλήρωση των φαγητών του μπουφέ.

Malin (8/5): Bra hotell med fantastiskt läge. - Enkel frukost, men vi är också enkla människor - där fanns det man behövde. Städade och fräscha rum. Trevlig personal som hälsade på en varje gång man passerade receptionen. Vi blev lite besvikna när vi hade räknat med att krypa ner i sängen efter 20000 steg och casta upp en film tvn. Det funkade inte då tvn saknade internet. Besvikna med tanke på att det stod i rumsbeskrivningen.

CLAUDINE (8/5): Déçus par cet établissement - Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes qui était correcte mais également une chambre pour 1 personne qui était petite et avec un petit lit Petit déjeuner correct La personne qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée était très agréable Un peu loin de la gare contrairement à ce qui était indiqué La personne que nous avons vu à notre départ n’etait pas agréable On nous a fait payé le petit déjeuner du jour du départ car c’était prévu dans le prix de la chambre alors que nous n’avons pas pu le prendre car nous avons été obligés de prendre un train plus tôt, celui prévu à l'origine ayant été annulé On nous avait dit qu’on pourrait prendre un café et un croissant mais finalement on a eu le droit qu'à un café car il aurait fallu commander le croissant et personne ne nous avait prévenu alors qu’on avait prévenu qu’on devait partir plus tôt Et pour finir on nous a fait payer 270€ de trop Mais heureusement après un échange au téléphone et par mail on nous a remboursé Donc il faut bien vérifier les factures de carte

Mark (8/5): Great base for a short term stay. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selction available and constantly replenished, the coffee machine was first class. I would have no concerns about staying at this hotel again. The matress was quite firm as were the pillows. But this is just a minor thing overall...
