30159joerg (7/5): für einen kurzen Städtereise-Trip ganz gut - Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Die U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt Bad/Dusche und Toilette waren räumlich getrennt, das ist eher unglücklich. Zum Frühstück konnte man keine Spiegeleier bekommen, das angebotene Rührei war nicht wirklich heiß, einmal schon ganz kalt. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war außerordentlich unmotiviert, kein Gruß, kein nettes Wort, weder zur Begrüßung noch zur Verabschiedung

Christof (9/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt in einem schönen, modernen Hotel - Geräumiges Zimmer, Bad kompakt und trotzdem hat man alles. Frühstück sehr gut. Parkgarage vor Ort. Neu und modern Leicht zu finden freundliches Personal beim Frühstück (danke für die Gummibärchen) Für Familienurlaub und auch Geschäftsreise empfehlenswert. Bar hatte nicht geöffnet (Samstags) - untypisch. Ein paar Getränke könnten von der Rezeption ebenfalls gemacht werden. Die Preise für den Autoamten relativ hoch. Zimmer war bereits vor 15 Uhr frei - da könnte eine Mail über booking geschrieben werden. (gerade mit kleinen Kindern vom Vorteil)

Ioana (7/5): Locație bună pentru un city-break - Un hotel OK, curat, într-o locație foarte liniștită a Vienei, la câțiva pași de un parc, de o gură de metrou, de magazine și restaurante. Este o alegere bună pentru un city break în Viena. Camerele mari și curate. Camera noastră a avut și o mini-chicineta, ceea ce reprezintă un avantaj, chiar dacă a noastră nu funcționa corespunzător. Un alt avantaj îl reprezintă garajul subteran. Parcarea este contra cost, dar măcar ai mașina în siguranță. În primul rând ne-a deranjat foarte tare ca frigiderul nu funcționa și deși am semnalat de 2 ori la recepție dar și la cameriste, cu toții au dat din umeri. Nici măcar nu au încercat să ne ajute în vreun fel. Puteau să ne schimbe camera sau să ne trimită pe cineva să verifice, măcar să vedem ca le pasă. Culmea ca am ales special un hotel în care era precizat ca are frigider în camera. A fost foarte neplăcut pt ca am avut și copilul cu noi care nu poate manca orice și am fost nevoiți să folosim o geantă frigorifică și să tot cumpărăm gheață de la supermarket… (in 2026, la un hotel cu pretenții, nu la un motel de pe marginea drumului). Soluția lor a fost să ducem mâncarea jos la recepție să o țină ei în frigiderul lor, dar asta însemna ca de câte ori voia cel mic ceva, să cobor de la etajul 7 să îi aduc. Nu ne-a plăcut ca era în camera o bandă led foarte puternică la perdea, lângă pat, care nu se stingea decât dacă opreai de tot curentul. Deci practic ori dormeai cu lumina aia în ochi, ori opreai curentul și nu mai puteai să încarci telefoanele peste noapte. Atenție! Nu recomandăm acest hotel claustrofobilor. Toaleta este separată de baie într-o încăpere mai mică decât cele din avion. Foarte neplăcut! Săpunul de mâini agățat undeva sus pe perete, dacă ești mai mic de înălțime n-ai nici o șansă să ajungi la el. La baie erau niște uși de dulap, nu uși normale, care nu se închideau și rămânea un spațiu generos între ele. Se vedea și se auzea tot din baie. Nici o șansă să faci duș sau să te usuci la păr dacă ceilalți dorm. Poate ca au un aer modern, dar sunt foarte prost gândite și deloc practice aceste camere.

Anna (9/5): - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist super, U-Bahn direkt neben dem Hotel. Der Prater zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Das Parkhaus mit 25 € pro Nacht ist nicht ganz günstig, aber man findet auch vor dem Hotel einige Parkplätze - nur muss man dann die Kurzparkzonen gut beachten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben am Abend für unsere Kids essen bestellt und durften dieses in der Lobby essen - obwohl dort auch essen angeboten wird. Frühstück ist sehr lecker, bleibt kein Wunsch offen - auch nicht ganz preiswert - aber pro Vollzahler ist ein Kind kostenlos beim Frühstück inkludiert. Somit war das für uns als Familie super. Wir werden bei unseren Wien Reisen sicher wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Kathleen (10/5): Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einem hervorragend gelegenen, komfortablen Hotel – so gut, dass mein nächster Aufenthalt für - Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Lage im 2. Bezirk ist absolut perfekt – sehr zentral, ideal erreichbar und besonders für meinen Halbmarathon-Aufenthalt einfach optimal. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass es dort wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat: Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, eine komfortable Sitzecke sowie sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne. Gerade die Badewanne war nach dem Halbmarathon ein absoluter Luxus und Gold wert. Das Bett war sehr bequem und hat für perfekte Erholung gesorgt. Auch das Personal war äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend – besonders, dass ich eine Stunde später auschecken durfte, obwohl regulär um 12 Uhr Check-out ist, war für mich sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt ein Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Es gab tatsächlich nichts zu beanstanden. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und ich war vollkommen zufrieden.

Albert (8/5): Pleasant stay, close to the city and carnival - The property was reasonably close to the city center - a short walk from the metro station, and right across the street from a supermarket. The rooms were clean, and reasonably well-appointed. Our children used the foldout sofa bed, which was firm and came with pillows to spare. We were grateful that the property had umbrellas to borrow, and that it was not too far from the Prater carnival grounds. Breakfast was pleasant. They had a good coffee, cereals, pastries, some hot meals, and an automated pancake machine which probably made poffertjes more than pancakes if you go by how small they were :) The water flask in our room was stained. When we reported it to the front desk, they tried to find a replacement in the kitchen, but they unfortunately didn't have one.

Chee Chien (9/5): Quiet and cosy stay - Very close to the U-Bahn station. There is also a Billa mart nearby. As for the room itself, love that there is a water dispenser so that you can fill up your own bottle of water. It is also quiet and you can have a good night sleep.

Thomas N. (8/5): Optimal für Familien und Kurzurlauber - Gute Lage nahe Prater. U-Bahn vor der Tür. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Große Familien-Suite. Sauberkeit der WCs im öffentlichen Bereich. Die Angestellten tragen lautstark ihren Unmut über die Arbeitsbedingungen aus.

Alexander (10/5): - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Die Parkgarage ideal. Die U-Bahnstation weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Lage sehr ruhig in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir konnten das Zimmer auch schon ab 13 Uhr beziehen obwohl eigentlich Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
