• Violina (10/5): - Everything was good!! Even though we didn’t have an Eiffel Tower view room, we could see it very nice! The location is like 15-20 minutes walk from the tower! Buses/metro near. A nice mall with many restaurants and shops near. The cleaning service is only if you stay more than 7 days..

• Edyta (10/5): I LOVE PARYŻ :) miejsce godne polecenia , spełniło nasze marzenie o Paryżu, - Piekny widok, pokój na 29 piętrze z widokiem na miasto i sekwanę. W apartamencie aneks kuchenny wydzielony, pełne wyposażenie, osobno salonik niewielki ale zawsze dodatkowa przestrzeń i piękna sypialnia z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem , po 25.000 krokach dziennie łóżko pozwalało na pełną regenerację. Obsługa bardzo miła 10 gwiazdek dla Richem, który przywitał nas w hotelu z pełnym profesjonalizmem wszystko wytłumaczył, nie mieliśmy w niczym żadnych wątpliwości. Pod hotelem linia autobusu numer 30 który dojeżdża praktycznie wszędzie . Miejsce Idealne , obsługa - bardzo dobra - jeszcze raz dziękujemy RICHEM, na pewno tu wrócimy. brak

Rzeption hat das Telefon beim Anruf aus dem Zimmer nie beantwortet, trotz vieler Versuche! Man musste für jede Frage persönlich zur Rezeption laufen

• Del Moutte (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - La vue sur la tour eiffel absolument extraordinaire et l emplacement général. Surface confortable pour 4 personnes, pas de bruit dans les communs. Chauffage excessif, ouverture des fenêtres impossible. Vétusté salle de bain, toilettes, siphon bouché....carrelage cassé au sol de la salle de bain.

• Róbert (9/5): Pár napos kirándulás nak teljessen megfelelő. - 13. Emeleten szuper kilátás. Egy kis karbantartás rá férne, főleg a fürdő szobára. Lógnak a törülköző tartok és a zuhany tartó is.

Les dates idéales pour mon séjour seraient une arrivée le 07 mai et un départ le 10 mai. J’ai entrepris toutes les démarches nécessaires afin de décaler mon arrivée, mais j’ai malheureusement reçu une réponse négative de votre part. Je tiens toutefois à préciser que le montant de plus de 1 200 euros a été réglé en totalité par carte VISA, en paiement comptant (voir numéro de réservation : 5881875716). Non applicable.

• Scarlat Haralambie (7/5): - Hotelul este placut. Nu se poate intra in hotel , daca nu am cartela de acces. Deci, cand vi prima data trebuie sa astepti sa iasa cineva din hotel s au sa intre ca sa ai acces in hotel. Piscina mai bine renunta la ia , arata rau de tot, la fel si sala de gimnastica.

Abbiamo avuto un upgrade di un appartamento più grande al 25 piano zuna vista mozzafiato su Parigi e la torre. Quando mi sono svegliato avevo la torre proprio la di fronte e la guardavo dal letto. Recomand ! - Mi-a plăcut faptul ca eu am rezervat un studio iar ei ne-au upgradat și ne-au dat un studio apartament , ceea ce ne-a bucurat , curățenia a fost , toate cum trebuie . Recomand ! Ar trebui să vă uitați un pic la scurgerile de la băi pentru ca în studioul nostru se cam scurgea greu apa de la chiuvetă . În rest, totul ireproșabil !

Staff were friendly. 1 lift was out of service towards end of stay which did cause some issues being on 21st floor. We did go down the stairs one day but couldn’t walk back up for obvious reasons. Waited much longer and didn’t seem it was a priority. Bathroom sink water didn’t go down very well- think it needs unblocking. Bath panel was off- could see all plaster and shower leaked.

The air conditioner stayed hot the whole time. I asked for technical assistance and it never showed. They have several washer and dryers on site, but none of them worked. Asked for more towel towels because we only had two towels for three days and they tried to charge us for the towels. No coffee tried to charge us for the coffee. Staff was very rude. The place is extremely hot.

• Michelle (8/5): Lovely stay right in the heart of the sites - Great location not far from the Eiffel Tower (20 min walk) surrounded by supermarkets and a 10 min walk to the main road for bigger shops n restaurants. The staff were super helpful to us and when the toilet overflowed on the first morning they had it fixed quickly. We didn’t have breakfast here as the kitchen is more than adequate for making food but it looked nice when we peeked in. There is a free sports area across the road for basketball football running and tennis, and a park on the other side with climbing frames and swings. We would def stay again due to location and staff. It gets noisy outside just because of where it is but we were high enough up that we don’t hear much once inside. The air con doesn’t cool the room much and there are no windows u can open. The room holds up to 4 people but they only provide crockery etc in 3’s.

• Piotr (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok na wieżę Eiffla, czystość i duże apartamenty. - Widok na wieżę Eiffla, lokalizacja. Basen bardzo zaniedbany, śniadanie po 9:00 to już duży tłok oraz szybko brakujące potrawy.

Номер дуже комфортний: просторий, чистий і добре облаштований. Особливо сподобалась наявність кухні — є посудомийна машина, мікрохвильова піч, плита та весь необхідний посуд, що дозволяє за бажанням готувати самостійно. Також є можливість скористатися пральнею (за додаткову оплату), що зручно під час довших подорожей. Персонал дуже привітний і швидко реагує на всі запити. Ми обрали проживання без сніданків, оскільки хотіли відчути атмосферу Парижа через місцеві кафе, тому не можемо оцінити харчування. Але загалом враження дуже позитивні. Iз задоволенням повернулися б ще раз і будемо рекомендувати цей готель іншим. Єдиний момент, який залишив питання: це платне зберігання багажу. Ми приїхали раніше часу заселення, і можливість залишити речі була доступна лише за додаткову оплату. Це трохи здивувало, адже зазвичай у день заїзду або виїзду така послуга надається безкоштовно. Розумію, коли це сторонній сервіс, але в межах готелю це виглядає не зовсім логічно.
• Kelsey (9/5): Great hotel with Eiffel Tower and city views! - Location was wonderful as it was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and multiple metro lines. We chose a room with Eiffel Tower view and were not disappointed with the small splurge. It was an incredible view (especially when lit up and sparkling at night). The room was large and spacious and also very clean!

Apartamentul extrem de murdar, lenjeriile, prosoapele murdare, miroase a boschetari. Recomand să vă alegeți oricare altă cazare!

• Anton (9/5): Удобен хотел със - Хотелът е до спирка на автобус, които пътува до почти всички забележителности. Апартамента има всичко необходимо за престоя. Стаите не се почистват. Хавлиите не се сменят. Боклука не се събира. Тоалетната се запушва редовно. Мивката е почти запушена. Прозорците не се отварят.
