• Esra (6/5): Fijn verblijf gehad met 2 kids van 2 jaar oud. Ligging is ook prima. Aan de overkant van het hotel speeltuintjes voor d - De locatie en personeel is top. De keuken faciliteiten op de kamer was o.a. een reden om dit hotel te boeken, met een tweeling van 2 jaar heb ik daar wel gebruik van gemaakt. Kamers zijn verouderd en badkamer was wel echt aan vervanging toe. De studio is niet schoongemaakt toen we weg waren, dat was wel beetje jammer.

• Satu (4/5): Seuraavalla matkalla toinen hotelli. - Tähän saakka ollut vakiohotellimme. Sijainti on hyvä, metro- ja bussipysäkki sekä ruokakaupat hotellin lähellä. Huone on tilava, hyvä ruokapöytä ja kaksi kunnollista tuolia, lisäksi nojatuoli ja kirjoituspöytä. Tavaroille on riittävästi laskutilaa. - Jo toisen kerran saimme ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneen (toivoimme jälleen yläkerrosta). Huone oli toukokuussakin järkyttävän kylmä, tarvitsimme peräti kaksi lisäpeittoa. - Äänieristys on olematon, käytävältä ja muista huoneista kuuluivat äänet harmittavan selvästi. - Sisäpihan puoleiseen huoneeseen ei onneksi juurikaan katumelua kuulu, mutta huoneen edessä on useamman huoneiston terassialue jossa on pöytiä, joten kesäkuumalla niissä todennäköisesti istuskelee iltaa viettävää porukkaa. Ikkunoiden läpi kuului nytkin ulkoa häiritsevän paljon kovaäänistä puhetta. - Sukanpohjien perusteella huoneen parkettilattia oli todella likainen. - Hotelli lähetti kaksi kertaa pyynnön ennakkotsekkauksesta, jotka molemmat teimmekin. Tämä ei kuitenkaan riittänyt vaan sama piti tehdä kuitenkin sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä puhelimella vielä kolmannen kerran.

• Peter (3/5): Badly needs maintenance and some essential safety work - Relatively spacious property in a good location Friendly staff Dilapidated property badly in need of maintenance and redecoration. Described as a 'luxury' apartment and costing more than £300 a night, there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling, open wiring connections to a radiator next to the bathroom basin, rusty and deteriorated window frames, and several cracked bathroom tiles. I would equate it to a 2 or 3 star property at best and supplied photos of the problems to reception.

• Olivier (8/5): Very convenient apartment, near Metro, and quiet. - Citadine apartment hotel near Place de la Bastille is very convenient and comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights in the month of March and enjoyed returning to the apartment each day after long and tiring museum visits, etc. We had made a special request when making the reservation, to have an apartment that faces the back of the hotel building where it was truly quiet and we could sleep peacefully (but not sure it is equally quiet during the warm season when neighbours sit outside late into the night enjoying their external balconies). Everything was good - no complaints : nice kitchen with a table to eat breakfast at, large windows and lots of daylight, some convenient furniture, and we were glad to see a traditional bathtub with a shower hose (although these could be refreshed a bit as they looked a little old).

• sarah (8/5): Would definitely stay again - Great location - easy to get anywhere in Paris by Metro ( 2 stations very close) or by walking. Luggage storage and use of restrooms after check out was well organised and the lobby area has a tea/coffee machine where you could get free drinks Was quite difficult to get the shower to work, but once it got going it was fine.

• Anke (8/5): Geräumiges Apartment im schönen Marais - Sehr gute Lage im Marais. Metro fußläufig 2 min. Herrliches Viertel mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Für Pariser Verhältnisse großes Apartment mit 2 Balkonen. Ganztägig stehen Kaffee und Tee an einem Vollautomaten im Foyer zur Verfügung. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Türen zum Badezimmer und zum WC quietschen so laut, dass bei einem nächtlichen Besuch alle wach werden.

Het comfort, het uitzicht (we hadden een deluxe kamer met slaapkamer en zowel aan de voor en achterkant een balkon. We hadden geen ontbijt maar je kan wel gratis verse koffie of thee krijgen in de hal bij de receptie. Helaas werkte de airco niet en kon dit ook niet tijdens ons verblijf opgelost worden dus we kregen een ventilator om te koelen. Ondanks dat het gebouw geluiddichte muren en deuren heeft, hadden wij last onze bovenburen die tot laat met stoelen aan het schuiven waren.

• Boris (5/5): - I have stayed at Citadines Paris three times now, and unfortunately, the experience has remained largely the same over the years — and not in a good way. While the hotel maintains a consistent appearance, it is clearly in need of renovation. The doors feel outdated, and the bathrooms, especially the showers and toilets, would benefit greatly from upgrades. These changes would make a significant difference in overall comfort. One of the biggest issues during my most recent stay was the check-in process. We had to wait until after 5 PM to access our room, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing after a long journey. That said, the location of the hotel is excellent — easily the strongest advantage it has. It is perfectly situated and makes getting around Paris very convenient. Additionally, the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, while the location and staff are definite positives, the hotel would greatly benefit from modernization and better management of check-in times.

Lägenheten levde inte upp till bilderna och balkongen var inte möblerad. Lite trångt för fyra personer när bäddsoffan var utdragen. Ont om förvaring om man inte sov i sovrummet. Bäddsoffan var väldigt obekväm och gnisslade. Toaletten var separerad från badrummet vilket blev ohygieniskt eftersom man inte kunde tvätta händerna direkt. Framgick inte vid bokning vad vi kunde se. Dålig logistik vid frukosten och trist rum att sitta i men överlag ändå nöjd med vistelsen.

The shower was unbelievably/ too powerful- I never thought it would be an issue however it covered the bathroom in water. I think the add implies you’ll get a balcony but you don’t!

• Wendy (10/5): Overall a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Will book it again when in Paris - Great location. Very convenient getting around. Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. Very quiet at night, bed and pillows were comfortable. I wish there is an early check-in option (with reasonable charge) for travelers that arrive early in the morning. I got in at 9 am and had to hang around until 3.40 pm before my room was ready. Room was quite small compared to the photos featured online. The dishwasher in the kitchen was not efficient. I had to hand wash the dishes again.

Was handy to have a kitchen with utensils and dishwasher (and quite well stocked too - there were dishwasher tablets, sponges etc). Staff were friendly! The room didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures, everything was very old and the furniture looked like it was falling apart. Seems like it hadn’t been renovated in a long time. We were there for 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at any point. We also didn’t get enough towels.

Diese Punkte waren zufriedenstellend. Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer selbst bietet den zu erwartenden Komfort. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Küche und Bad sind alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Abdeckungen sind an vielen Orten beschädigt oder in schlechtem Zustand. Auch wenn es sauber war, erschien es einem dadurch etwas schäbig

Bathtub & small clothes line over bath handy for hanging washing, separate doors to kitchenette, bathroom & room entry, great for privacy & noise reduction. Heated towel rail in bathroom. Portable heater. Felt safe with only card entry to hotel and lifts Facilities in the room & kitchenette were dated. Air conditioning temperature not able to be changed
• Monique (4/5): - La location. Le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas du tout au rendez-vous. Booking.com ont mis des photos d'un appartement alors que le studio de luxe n'avait rien de luxueux. Au contraire. Pas de table de chevet pour le 2ième lit simple. Très étroit. Pas de fauteuil comme sur la photo sinon que 2 chaises de cuisine. Pour le prix, nous sommes très déçues. De plus vous aviez noté que pour une réservation de plus de 750 euros, la navette entre l'aéroport et les Citadines était gratuit. Il n'en était rien. Dommage.
