- IGOR (3/5): Закройте отель и увольте некомпетентный персоонал, откройте после реновации - Расположение хорошее, на этом все. Чекин в 23:00 занял минут 40, по итогу Номер был не тот что бронировал, кровати две маленькие вместо кингсайз, другого номера не нашли, персоонал грубый и предложили если что то ненравится сделать отмену. На все разбирательства ушло больше часу. Еще из недостатков грязно в душевой, по углам плесень и коричневые следы. + ремонты везде делают. Строители занимают лифты и с 8 утра дрели работают.
- Eda (5/5): I believe the cleanliness standards should be handled much more carefully. - Modern designed hotel with friendly and good staff. Our bed was delivered with dirty sheets. We only realized this the next day because we checked in late at night, so we had to sleep in stained sheets. When we reported the issue the following day, the room was immediately cleaned and the sheets were changed. However, during the next day’s cleaning, another stained sheet with brown and yellow marks was placed on the bed. There were also brown stains on the towels. When I contacted the reception again, I was told that “unfortunately, such stains can remain even after washing.”

- YAACOV (9/5): מלון בהחלט טוב מאוד - אהבנו את מיקום המלון. הצוות מאוד אדיב וידידותי. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. אנחנו שומרים כשרות ומצאנו מה לאכול שם.הצוות בחדר אוכל ממש מדהים. החדר נקי משופץ יפה. הבעיה היחידה שהייתה במלון היא שהיו שיפוצים. במסדרון ניילונים על השטיחים ופועלים עובדים ולפעמים רעש של השיפוצים. המטרות קרוב בכל זאת היינו מרוצים באופן כללי מהכל לא אהבנו את השיפוצים שמתבצעים. למשל בקומה 3 ששהינו עבדו ליד המעליות ובפרוזדור. הכל היה מלא כתמי צבע ופועלים וגם רעש שהפריע

- Paolo Mario (8/5): - Grosse Hotelkette. Kann zwar etwas unpersönlich sein, hat aber viele Vorteile, vom Parkplatz zum 24h Check-in. Dan Mariott in Mailand wird gerade renoviert, von den Arbeiten bekommt man aber wenig mit. Zimmer sind Komfortabel und sauber und das Frühstück entspricht den Erwartungen. Das erste Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, wir bekamen aber sofort ein anderes zugewiesen. Einziges Manko beim Frühstück: es gibt nur Fruchtjoghurts mit Erdbeeren: Pech für Allergiker.

- Tokbas (1/5): - It was connecting room, the guests in the other connented room cane at 4am. Noise was terrible , no isolation. I could not sleep after 4am. The connecting rooms cannot be given as seoarate rooms with such isolation problem. And when I told my bad experience to the reception, the receptionist approach was like I was asking for discount… and she told that they did bot give connecting rooms separatey then why they did gave me such room.

The bed was a little hard and there was no choice for pillow softness options. The bathroom was good size and there was soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Less noise from construction. - Jakub (3/5): - The stay was in general ok, the hotel is currently under renovation so no restaurant and breakfast is served in a conference room underground. The room was nice, location ideal, not too far from city center. However what absolutelly destroyed the whole good feeling is that the hotel reserved triple the amount of money what I should pay from my bank account. I argued with a very unpleasant lady at the front desk that one full payment was already reserved before the end of the stay, but she convinced me that I had to pay the full amount again. So I paid it and the next day there was another automatical withdrawal from my account. So now I have reserved or payd tripple the amount. Wrote to the hotel but no one is responding. Definitelly would not recommend and will not be coming back due to this payment, front desk communication

- Shlomo Ernani (6/5): Hotel moderno, confortavel e com boa equipe. - As instalações são ótimas, porem o box do banheiro é aberto o que acaba inundando todo o piso. O hotel está em reforma e tinha muito barulho logo cedo, me atrapalhou a dormir.

Inoltre i sanitari avevano dei difetti, l'acqua dal soffione della doccia usciva male (calcare) e in modo fastidioso. Anche il filtro dell'acqua del bidet era probabilmente intriso di calcare, e l'acqua veniva spruzzata (al suo utilizzo) a terra e addosso. Fastidioso.

On a pris mon ticket et m adit qu on me donnerais un ticket à la sortie J ai été bloqué à la sortie, Ai du revenir a la réception , ai attendu quinze minutes avant d avoir un ticket qui n a pas été reconnu par le laser de la borne et pour finir on est venu m ouvrir J ai donc raté mon avion Merci mariott ..!!

Hyggelig resepsjonist ved inn og utsjekk. Man kunne ikke bestille noe ekstra til frokost. Kaffen var av klassisk amerikansk still: med smak av brent trestokk. Savnet den gode italienske kaffen.

- Mark (7/5): Nice room - poor checkout experience - Room was quiet and bed comfortable Checkout was slow with no option given of an online check out via a text for example. Not ideal for tram/metro links. The breakfast layout was pretty basic for such a high level chain hotel - I know it was due to refurbishment but room price didn't seem to reflect this

- Russo (6/5): Buono tranne l’atteggiamento di alcuni membri del personale - Le camere L’atteggiamento del personale, eravamo ad un seminario di 3 giorni, abbiamo anche cenato e pranzato nella struttura, con costi non bassi oltretutto. Siamo finiti per errore nell’area di chi ha una tessera che non abbiamo capito bene, e l’atteggiamento è stato a dir poco sgarbato e snobante nei nostri confronti, che bastava dire con gentilezza che non avevamo compreso l’aerea di cui sto parlando. A volte un gesto del genere non fa tornare più le persone in una struttura. Per inciso eravamo tutti imprenditori venuti per un seminario sulla “Comunicazione ad alto impatto” forse dovrebbe farlo anche qualcuno del personale!

The rooms are cozy and quiet, the beds are very comfortable, the climate control system works well. And especially, the staff are fantastic - friendly and helpful. Too much air conditioning in the lobby and bar area.

- Sales (10/5): Soggiorno assoluto in tutto - Si percepisce il lusso non solo per la struttura piena di comfort e servizi, ma anche per la cordialità dello staff e la colazione molto ricca. Le camere sono eccellenti, un livello davvero altissimo.
