The shower head did not function properly. The room wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived the kitchen silverware was still laid out on the counter somebody forgot to put it from the dishwasher back in the drawers.

Charged for parking which we did not have and we cannot get through to the hotel to dispute the charge. • Lisa (4/5): Old Rental - The location was nice with stores and restaurants close by. The response of the staff was slow. The room I was in had a faulty toilet that made very loud noises all night long. The kitchen area was very dated with old appliances and faded paint. The shower made loud noises when you turned it to hot water so I had to take colder showers. I was up all night with the noises from the toilet that occurred every 45 minutes, I got very little sleep. The next morning I told the staff and asked to be moved. They took all day to move me and I had to call multiple times to make sure because I had to take all of my things back to the car, in essence I was homeless waiting for this to be resolved. They told me they would give me a suite for the inconvenience and a refund. There was no upgrade and no refund given. I spent over a week and several calls before I finally got the manager on the phone. She said because I used Booking.com they could not give me refund for the first night, instead they didn't charge me for parking. This hotel was $385.00 a night with very expensive cars and I got a room that looked like it was an old apartment rental with a terrible kitchen and bathroom. This was not what I expected and definitely NOT worth the price. I've asked Booking.com to step in and help with this situation. I would warn you to double check your rooms and how you book it because they are definitely deciding which room to give you based on how it's booked. Very disappointed in the hotel and their staff for not making a better attempt to fix this situation. I have a video with the sounds if needed.

• Thandi (2/5): The stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness and loud plumbing noise that made it hard to rest - I like the location, my favorite restaurant was right around the corner. I recently stayed at Arya and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was not well-maintained, as it was noticeably dusty upon arrival, which made it feel unclean. Additionally, there was a persistent issue with very loud pipes, especially at night, which made it difficult to relax and get proper rest. Overall, the noise and cleanliness concerns significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

• Anton (9/5): Great hotel in Coconut Grove - Great location in Coconut Grove near the main restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and have a great view of the city or the ocean. The valet parking was a little expensive, though on par with other hotels. The bar/restaurant overlooking the Ocean was unfortunately closed during the days we were there.

• maria jose (1/5): Un afraude de Hotel no gastes tu dinero en engaños - Un fraude. La habitación que tenía que medir 45 m según Booking media 15. La terraza solo podía salir una persona. Me cobraron 300 dólares por noche. Me decían que la culpa es de Booking que me asignó esa habitación. Muy descarado. Se quedan con 60 dólares de fianza sin decirte nada. No me gusto nada de nada. El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido de coche. La ducha que había en la bañera era del siglo pasado enganchada el techo, la nevera hacía ruido toda la noche que te despertaba….. en fin. Pongo una foto del plano de las habitaciones. La mia es la 6 pero la dividieron en dos. La 601 que me toco era minúscula.

• Didier (9/5): Séjour très agréable à coconut grove - Chambre spacieuse. Possibilité de cuisiner. Emplacement top avec vue sur la baie. Piscine. Pas de restaurant.
• Diego (2/5): Nice lobby, awful experience - The location is unbeatable. Nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was cleaned only once, so I had no clean towels, no beds made, they said they’re understaffed,. From day 1 room smelled like dirty damp rug, one day the hallway rug was wet, maybe that was the reason. Every morning at 7 am the trash chute area was very loud. Finally the woman that was at the counter during my checkout this morning was very rude and unprofessional, she didn’t want to give me a printout of my bill arguing Booking had to do it. I told her I had to get to the airport and she started helping other guests so I had to wait, then said she had problems with the printer and other excuses. She even told the guests in line that I didn’t want her to help other guests and meanwhile I was still waiting for my printout or email. Awful experience. Do not recommend at all.
• Carolyn (6/5): Great location, but... - The location near CocoWalk with many restaurants and shopping. Very. lively and fun to walk around in the evening. Also walking distance to the bay. The room, and especially the bathroom, reminded me of a budget hotel that was in need of a refresh. There was water damage on the bathroom cabinets, big caulk lines, and the furniture was outdated with dents and dings. For the price, I expected something a little higher end. The bed was ok comfortable, but the sheets were heavy and not real soft. There were plenty of towels. There was one small bottle of water in the room, but we were afraid to use it in case they charged for it. The staff was professional, but not friendly. There was a patio, with an ok view from the 10th floor. The workout room had plenty of space and equipment. The pool was warm, but again the area around it could have been more inviting.

• Roberta (7/5): - The hotel is beautiful and staff were wonderful. I wasn't too fond of the valet parking. The TV wouldn't play but I didn't worry about as I went to sleep shortly after I got there.
• Rachel (9/5): - My spouse and I stayed here for our wedding weekend as well as my whole family who was coming in from out of town. we felt that the staff was great and the rooms were a great size and were clean. The pool area is great, sadly we didnt get to enjoy it much because of the cold front. Valet parking didnt have room for oversized vehicles, luckily they have a lot next door available. I didnt eat the breakfast but heard from family that it wasnt the best.

• Silvia (6/5): The comfort of the room and the location are prime. - The beds were comfortable and the location is fantastic. We saw a cockroach in the room, upon arrival, and the refrigerated had rust on it.
• Gabriel (9/5): Lovely place- not transparent pricing - Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. Perfect location. Extremely comfortable WAY too many additional fees. I was appalled by the bill after looking at the additional fees. Totally ruined such a wonderful experience.
• Emmanuelle KOZIOL (5/5): Peut mieux faire - L'emplacement central Tout est vieillissant. Piscine, communs. Chambre mal nettoyée. Même pas de sèche cheveux. Vraiment pas un bon rapport qualité prix.
