• Done (9/5): Ideal location and Florence experience - Location was excellent, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, everything is very clean, and it was nice to open up the windows. The breakfast was excellent. The only drawback is you cannot adjust the room temperature in the room yourself. You have to go down to the front desk and tell them what you want the temperature set to even if you want to change it up or down by 1°.

Walking to the sites is simple (though prepare for narrow criss-crossing streets.)The room was surprisingly large for Europe. Nothing… except the exceptionally loud family staying next door. The really is a great spot.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Tolle Lage um Florenz zu erkunden - Nettes Hotel in super Lage - das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, ist aber in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, sodass es keinen Straßenlärm gibt. Außerdem ist die Lage ideal, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. In der Straße befinden sich nette Restaurants und Cafés, wir mussten somit auch am Abend nicht mehr weit laufen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, auch das Personal war sehr freundlich Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter

Perfect choice for continental breakfast. Couple of small things. Coffee and shampoo not refilled without asking. Front door needs a card reader as we were locked out a few times and had to ring bell to get in.

La habitación un poco pequeña pero para dos días está bien, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar; el desayuno excelente, de muy buena calidad con productos muy fresco. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. Por poner una pega: el colchón se hunde un poco.

• Richard (10/5): A lovely, traditional hotel with super staff who went the extra mile to make our stay special! - Beautiful, traditional hotel in a great location - near to the station, but on the quieter end of a very interesting road lined with restaurants & bars. The quality of the room was lovely & we were appreciative that as it was our 40th wedding anniversary, we had been allocated a special double with its own private balcony! The staff were all friendly & helpful & the breakfast was delicious. We loved it! Nothing - it was perfect for our needs.
