• Virceles (1/5): - Não gostei de nada!!! Um verdadeiro Horror!!!! É para esquecer esta estadia . Começando no hotel e acabando nós funcionários, que não tem educação nén respeito pelos clientes. Unas funcionárias a trabalhar de chinelos!!!! Nunca vi na,minha vida!!!! Um pequeno almoço Horrível!!!!! Aqui na minha ilha ja tinha fechado e sido multado a muito tempo. Cuidado não se deixem enganar com este hotel. Realmente não gostei de nada. De limpeza não tinha nada,roupa de cama velha,toalhas de wc manchadas,wc horrível toda encardida de manchas principalmente no nas paredes do chuveiro....amareladas sinceramente um verdadeiro Nojo. Costumo viajar imenso e ja fiquei em vários hotéis mas como este nunca...foi um Pesadelo Autêntico. Um verdadeiro buraco. Tudo o que aparece nas fotografias do interior do hotel e Mentira.

• RICARDO MARCELO (8/5): Todo perfecto menos el diseño del baño - Excelente ubicación Me pareció de muy mal gusto que el baño no tuviera intimidad. Sé que mamparas de vidrio transparentes pueden ser geniales para la ducha, ¿pero en el inodoro? Por suerte viajé solo, de otra manera hubiera sido muy incómodo.
• Emil (5/5): Skromny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, trochę zawyżona cena do jakości. - Lokalizacja (15-20 min do głównych atrakcji, bezpośredni autobus miejski z pod hotelu do Watykanu - koszt €1,50), uprzejmy personel, sprzątanie pokoju, czyste ręczniki każdego dnia. Bardzo przeciętne śniadanie (chociaż crossainty były pyszne, ale kawa już słaba). Jakość pokoi hotelowych jest trochę inna niż na zdjęciach, brak czajnika w pokoju. Łazienka bardzo ciasna, zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem.

• Nóra (4/5): - A szállás legnagyobb erénye a jó lokációja volt. Továbbá a kérésünknek megfelelően korábban be is tudtunk jelentkezni. A szoba hideg volt számunkra, hiába próbáltuk a fütéssel korrigálni: a nyílászárók nem záródtak rendesen, így áradt be a hideg az ablak felső részén. A fürdőszoba szintén hideg volt, egyetlen fütő test sem volt benne. A függönyök nem tüntek tisztának, de az ablakok sem. Egyetlen törölköző tartó/akasztó sem volt a szobában, de a fürdőszobában sem, így nem tudtuk normálisan szárítani és tárolni sem a törölközőket. Hasonlóan voltunk a kabátunkkal, ruháinkkal is. Annak ellenére, hogy a weboldalon bár lehetőséget írtak, egyetlen forró teát sem tudtunk kérni egy délután folyamán. Éjfélig hangos volt a folyosó az ott tartózkodó vendégektől, így a pihenés is limitált volt. Egy felújítás ráférne a szállásra.

• Ahmet (1/5): I can't recommend it to anyone. - The breakfast was very insufficient. Therefore, the phrase "breakfast included" doesn't really mean much. The people at the reception never engage in any conversation. There is just a receptionist sitting there. You feel this coldness as soon as you enter the hotel.

• IOANNIS (5/5): Μετριο 5/10 value for money ξενοδοχειο στο κεντρο απλα για εναν υπνο μονο. - 1) το ξενοδοχειο ειναι σε καλη τοποθεσια σε κεντρικη πλατεια piazza repubblica και σταθμο μετρο και termini. 2) Οικονομικο για διακοπες δωματιο με πρωινο 3κλινο σε σχεση με αλλα ξενοδοχεια. 3) Αλλαζαν καθε μερα τις πετσετες. Αν επρεπε να το βαθμολογισω θα εβαζα 5/10 value for money ξενοδοχειο κεντρο απλα για εναν υπνο μονο. 1) παρολο που μας εδωσαν σχετικα ανακαινισμενο μπανιο σε σχεση με παλαιοτερες φωτογραφιες πελατων απο booking ειχε και αυτο τα προβληματα του οπως μουχλα σκουρια στις γωνιες του μπανιου και στην σχαρα για τα νερα - σπασμενη και ο νεροχυτης λιγο βουλωμενος χωρις το κεντρικο καπακι. 2) Κλεισαμε 3κλινο με 3 μονα κρεβατια απο την εφαρμογη και μας εδωσαν 1 διπλο κρεβατι και 1 ραντζο. 3) τα σεντονια τα ιδια επι 4 συνεχομενες ημερες απλα τα εστρωναν.4) το προσωπικο κατα το πληστον σχεδον αγενες. Αλλα γρηγορα διαπιστωσαμε οτι σχεδον ολοι οι ιταλοι ειναι ετσι και δεν ξερουν ολοι αγγλικα ουτε φαινονται προθυμοι να σε βοηθησουν. 5) το πρωινο: μπαγιατικο το ψωμι και τα σφολιατοειδη. Χωρις καταλληλες συνθηκες τα γιαουρτια, αλλαντικα και γαλατα. Δεν θα ασχοληθω αν ειναι φρεσκοβαμενοι οι τοιχοι ή αν εχουν καινουργια πλακακια. Αλλα περισσοτερη φροντιδα στην υγεινη επιβαλλεται απο τα τραπεζομαντηλα μεχρι την επαφη του προσωπικου στα τροφιμα. Αν επρεπε να το βαθμολογισω θα εβαζα 5/10 value for money ξενοδοχειο στο κεντρο απλα για εναν υπνο μονο.

• Ines (3/5): No repetiré - La ubicación para moverse es muy buena, pilla a 15 minutos andando de la fontana di Trevi, Las instalaciones todas muy viejas, necesitaban una reforma, adjunto fotos del aseo, que en mi opinión es de lo más importante, además del colchón Además no teníamos toallas en la habitación, y tuvimos que pedirlas, no nos las subieron, tuvimos que bajar a por ellas El aire hacía mucho ruido, no se podía dormir bien con el puesto Entra desayuno, pero si repites café ya miran con mala cara, de hecho el primer día repetimos y el hombre se extrañaba mucho y no puso buena cara para hacer el segundo café, pero lo hizo, el segundo día, cuando le pedí el segundo café, me dijo que fuera a la máquina automática y me lo hiciera yo…. Café de máquina que evidentemente no está igual de bueno que el preparado por un cafetero en la barra

TV was broken on arrival and despite repeated requests, it wasn’t fixed by the time we left 2 days later. Breakfast was poor and in a crowded tiny little room.

L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Rome à 20 minutes de tout. Le petit déjeuner était de très mauvaise qualité, le personnel pas agréable ni serviable et le débit d'eau de la douche trop faible.
• IOANNA (8/5): Ιδανική τοποθεσία - 3 λεπτά από τον σταθμό του μετρό «Republica». 10 λεπτά από τον σταθμό των τρένων «Termini». Άνετο δωμάτιο για 3 ενήλικες. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα δωματίων. Οι καμαριέρες πολύ εξυπηρετικές. Το πρωινό σε κάλυπτε, ωστόσο δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία και συχνό refill. Πρέπει να καθαριστούν οι εξαερισμοί στο μπάνιο και τα παράθυρα εξωτερικά. Το air condition είχε ρυθμιστεί κεντρικά να βγάζει μόνο ζεστό, και έπρεπε να ανοίγουμε το παράθυρο για κρύο. Το ψυγείο δεν πάγωσε ποτέ.

• Fernando (1/5): Hotel péssimo, sujo, não entrega o que mostra e eh totalmente xenofóbico, fomos tratados muito ruim, mesmo falando itali - Nada, acomodação suja, privada com musgo e quarto de baixa qualidade, nada a ver com o que aparece na booking, Wi-Fi não funciona e o elevador parece que vai cair. Atendimneto xenofóbico, não quarto sujo, não ter ar condicionado, somente aquecedor. Não eh um hotel três estrelas, café péssimo, quarto péssimo, limpeza ruim, rua perto de bar barulhento e lugar sujo. Não recomendo para ninguém.

• Katie (5/5): - It felt safe and breakfast was included. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The WiFi works for about 1 minute every 20. Constantly disconnects or says connected without Internet/Internet not available. Do not stay if you dont have roaming 5G. Fridge didnt work and door didnt lock from the inside. Air conditioning very noisy and stopped working after 2 days.

Zdjęcia na stronie hotelu zrobione tuż po remoncie, stan faktyczny bardzo odbiega od tego co na zdjęciach. Meble poniszczone,drzwi zużyte, ściany "proszą o malowanie", lodówka nie działająca.

• Gemma (8/5): - The interior of the rooms were really nice, and the shower was lovely. Rooms small but functional considering only sleeping there as we were out most of the day exploring. Breakfast room wasn’t to the high standard of the bedrooms, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. 2 cereal options, peaches, yoghurts, croissants, bread ( no toaster facilities) and 4 hams to choose from. It wasn’t that great but better than trolling the streets for breakfast food. The tea/ coffee machine didn’t pump out hot so it was luke warm. Great location to everything and slightly off the Main Street to nice and quiet. We were able to leave our bags there after checkout with no extra cost.

• TRYFON (4/5): - Very medium bathroom for a 110€ / day property. No window to fresh air or an air system to refresh the atmosphere. Skipping this, the breakfast was so basic and also poor.
• Zhusupova (1/5): Bad - Terrible building and location, could not find them and searching for 2 hours. Didn’t like how they work. Inconvenient check in process, they asked for evaluation on booking, otherwise they will proceed deposit. This is ultimatum.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - La personne qui nous a accueilli a fait l’effort de nous comprendre donc je la remercie ! Pas forcément le cas pour l’ensemble du personnel ! Par contre le petit déjeuner est à revoir car peu de choix. Le café de la machine ne fonctionnait pas donc pas top pour commencer la journée ! Point positif les serviettes étaient changées tous les jours ! Et l’hôtel se situe à proximité de toutes les attractions à voir à Rome, donc emplacement t au top !

• Rosanna (5/5): Passable - Breakfast was ok, though coffee from the machine is not that hot. Location is very ok We are expecting to have coffee in the room, I guess I didn't pay attention on that. Wifi is very poor... the Uber left us as he can't contact us. Aircon is not working as it supposed to, although cold outside, it's hot inside our room and thermostat remained at 28 degrees.

La camera è ampia, così come il lettone ed il bagno. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione e la doccia. Colazione standard, ma di buona qualità. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo (in un anno giubilare).
