• maria (8/5): Very Nice but not perfect with Room for improvement - in areas that can be controlled - The lock box is hidden behind the pillar - but that is ok for security. Was confusing the first time but was fine. No issue. The big issue was that we arrived at 5.30pm and the cleaners had only just started cleaning the property despite check in being at 3.30pm. This was annoying considering we had been travelling for 23 hours and have never experienced this problem before given we stay normally at high end hotels. The cleaners suggested we leave our luggage in the room and wander around - however we didn't feel comfortable and just wanted to settle in and enjoy the start of our holiday which we couldn't. Instead we hung around in the lobby downstairs where there were 2 seats. We were 4 people. The host apologised via text (seemed tokenistic) with no follow through. Our booking was for 6 nights so we were paying a lot of money and would have appreciated some gesture to "make good" the wasting of our time. Expectations are high when you are paying for high end facilities. This is something the owner must resolve with the hosts to ensure the check in process is seamless for guests. Putting this issue aside we can say with confidence that the apartment is very spacious, lots of natural light, lovely furniture, wonderful beds. Great veranda with nice suburban view. The back room does have noise issues - namely loud jazz bar next door. The jazz music was nice so we didn't care. The issue for us was that after the bar closed around 4am you can hear washing/ dryers/ bangs here and there. So for a light sleeper that was not good. So we swapped with daughter to front room. Street traffic noises was not a problem. So all in all we did like it. The only other issue was that we found the front door to the building open a few times late at night- this would mean some residents did not close the door property when they entered or left so could be a security issue. Something owners should report to building committee. However Kolonaki generally is pretty safe despite some crime incidents recently. Stay was good. Would stay again.

• gülsen (7/5): beklentimizin altında - ev güzel genişti mahallede güzel ama evin tam yanında bir jazz clup var ve içerdeki yatak odası direk kulübün ortasında gibi. bundan daha önemlisi ev biraz tepede inerken sıkıntı değil ama dönüşlerde mutlaka taxi kullanmanız gerekecek. ev güzel büyüklüğü de çok iyi ve yeterli ama 2 oda havasız ve camları açınca da içeri sinek doluyor. mahalle olarak güzel şık ama birdaha gelsem burda kalmam çok yokuş. ev sahibi ulaşmak zor değildi ancak iletişimde sıkıntı yaşadık biraz. bize verilen telefona mesaj attım ancak bana bu numaraya yazmamam söylendi bir hata olmuş yanlış numara vermişler. ayrıca evde bazı eksiklikler için talepte bulunduğumda benle gereksiz bir muhabbete girdi. "biz otel değiliz sadece bir daireyiz" falan diye cevap verdiler. her konuşma sonunda teşekkür ederim diyordu ama ihtiyaçlar karşılanmıyor ben ne yapayım teşekkürü. evdeki genel sarf malzemeler yeterli değil özellikle de bizim gibi kalabalık gelen gruplara.4 kişi konakladık ancak 4 gece 4 kişi için yeterli banyo gereçleri yok. zaten artık hangi devirde kaldı sabit duvara monte banyo malzemelerine geçilsin lütfen. mutfak için de en azında bir havlu kağıt iyi olur el havlusu veya bezi de yok.
• Jayne (8/5): Just a few easily fixable issues but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. - Great location, very clean, appreciated the lift , it has everything you would need for a short stay. The back bedroom has very noisy neighbours. We struggled with the Greek toilet system, but that is obviously not an issue restricted to this apartment. Would have appreciated extra hand towels, a tea towel, a few more teas, coffee and sugar. We could not get microwave to work, host offered to look into this but this was difficult for us to organise. Outdoor table is wobbly.

• Laureano (6/5): Bien pero mejorable con un poco esfuerzo./interes - El apartamento se ajustaba a la descripción, está bien situado a 15/20 minutos del parlamento/ y barrio de Plaka. Hay cuestas en el último tramo pero se camina bien. La zona es tranquila y la escogimos por experiencia previa para alejarnos un poco del casco antiguo. El apartamento muy bien con baños individuales para cada habitación y disponía de otro aseo más. El portal/ascensor y escaleras anticuados. Cuando llegamos (16,15 horas, el compromiso de entrada las 16) nos encontramos con un apartamento sin limpiar ni recoger, con ropa de cama y toallas tiradas por el suelo.Aunque llegó en ese momento una persona de la limpieza y lo dejo muy limpio mientras nosotros nos fuimos a dar un paseo. Todo resultó muy desagradable aunque corregido por la persona que hizo la limpieza. También pusimos en conocimiento de la propiedad 3/4 problemas relacionados con el estado de determinados materiales que no fueron resueltos..Enviamos fotos.

• David (8/5): Very good - Spacious, four bathrooms, separate air con, everything worked. More kitchen utensils required, pans and long knives.
• Yen (4/5): If you are a light sleeper, definitely don’t recommend here. And for how much we had to pay, it’s not worthy at all - Chris is very on top of everything and made sure we were able to check in smoothly. 4 bathrooms and spacious. The noise!!!!!!The apartment is on the 1st floor and right by the road so you can hear the cars and motorcycles driving by. It’s a busy road so you pretty much have to close the window in the living room to avoid the noises. There are 3 rooms, only the middle room is quiet at night, the other two rooms have no soundproof at all! I slept in the back room and couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. I don’t know if the room is next to a restaurant or what, but you can hear the music and ppl talking and moving chair until 2-3am. And then there is weird loud noise either from the bathroom vents from the next apartment or restaurant, it’s going on and off everything hour. And for the 2 nights we were there, there was construction going on every morning……… Also it’s not convenient to shower. You need to turn on the switch 45 minutes before you shower for hot water, and then you have to turn it off when you shower. The hot water will last for no more than 3 people… so then the other 2 people have to wait for another 45 minute for the hot water….
• Charles (10/5): Fantastic location with adjacent park, grocery stores close by, laundromat,reasonably close, great access to Lycabetus H - The location is incredible and it was wonderful having a bathroom for each bedroom and an additional guest bath. The host could not have been more helpful. They went way out of their way to help us. The balcony overlooking the park was so comfortable and fun. There’s a nightclub close by that is a little noisy, but the air conditioning drowns it out.

• Dan_ochiana (9/5): Superb - A very nice apartment, located in the center. You can reach all the places to visit on foot, only if you visit Piraeus or the beach you need means of transport. A generous living room, a very well equipped kitchen, all rooms had their own bathroom (3 in number) and in addition there was a service bathroom attached to the living room. The wonderful terrace of the apartment with the sofa area, with a table and chairs...superb. There was a small park right in front of the block, and there were some nice terraces in the area. I haven't tried them. Unfortunately, as gorgeous as the terrace was, because of the traffic, which you wouldn't have expected on such a small street, you couldn't really sit in the balcony too comfortably.
• Cafif (9/5): Very reccomended - The apartment is beautifully renovated, very comfortable' and in a great location in Kolonaki. The showers needed to be a bit cleaner, no place to hang towels in main bathroom. no dishwasher soap was provided.
• A. (10/5): The fanciest apartment I've been to - The apartment is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. We loved the big common area and the balcony. The apartment is not a short walk from the city center, you need to consider taxi usage.

• Garrette (9/5): Superb - This is a very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment has nice beds and linen, and each bedroom has a bathroom. There is an elevator which was great for luggage, but an easy set of stairs to the 1st floor. Lots of space and a nice little patio.

The apartment is very big and clean. 3 bedrooms with bathrooms,with tv and air consitions. and another bathroom for guests. A big kitchen you can find everything you need. a big table for 8 people and a comfortable living room, also a big and comfortable balcony. next time, i will choose this apartment again!!
