• Sabine (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Lage war recht gut. Die Wohnung sollte renoviert werden, der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer hat getropft und es ist alles etwas verlebt. Bei näherer Betrachtung war vieles renovationsbedürftig.

• Michelle (8/5): Posizione top, ottimo prezzo - Posizione comoda, servizi interni all'appartamento come lavatrice, ferro da stiro, molti cuscini in più e altro. Qualità prezzo vantaggioso per la posizione! Quartiere molto tranquillo. Se hai bambini con passeggino forse un pò scomodo essendo al 2 piano senza ascensore con scala stretta, sempre con bambini il soppalco con le scale non è proprio super sicuro. In sintesi forse con bambini piccoli non è propriamente adatto.

They even arranged water, cookies, orange juice, coffee and extra towels. We were able to use the washer/dryer and the water was hot. Wifi worked great. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. • Tammy (9/5): Loved it! Will stay again. - The location is so amazing ! I’d stayed near Spanish steps before but this was better. Walking distance to all major attractions. I was also staying as a family and the washing machine saved me. The door is a bit tricky and I would suggest they get a new sofa bed.

Necesita una mano de pintura y hay lagartijas bajo las tablas de madera de los escalones. Había obras en el apartamento contiguo
• Nataliia (9/5): Defenetly one of the best - The location is just perfect! Very cozy and comfortable accommodation. There was everything you need to cook. Very friendly staff, they gave us juice and water as a compliment. Will definitely stay here next time. Just two things: the sofa bed is quite soft and creaks with every movement, and the fans and air conditioners are very dusty. That's why only 4 for clearness.

• Gemma (7/5): Buena opcion de apartamento en Roma para gente sin dificultades de movilidad y altura media. - La ubicación. El alojamiento estaba bien cuidado. El baño y la habitacion de arriba eran especialmente buenos y comodos y con armarios. Fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a subir las maletas (menos mal porque es un tercero sin ascensor)! Los aires acondicionados no funcionaban al 100%. El espacio de la mesa de la planta superior tiene techos muy bajos y nos chocamos la cabeza con las vigas. El colchón del sofa cama de abajo, era incomodo. Que no tenga ascensor puede ser incoveniente para algunas personas.
• Seda (9/5): Çok iyi konumda harika bir daire - Konumu çok iyi. Vatikan’a çok yakın. Ayrıca Novana, Panteon ve Trevi çeşmeleri de sırasıyla yürüyerek çok rahat geziliyor. Yakınlarda restoranlar, marketler var. Dairede 2 klima ve ayrıca alt katta çok etkili bir vantilatör var. Ev sahibi her şeyi en ince detayına kadar düşünmüş. Eşim ve 2 çocuğumla çok rahat konakladık. Her şey harikaydı. Sadece alt kattaki çocukların yattığı kanepe çok gıcırdıyor. Her hareketlerinde çok ses çıkarıyor. Neyse ki yorgunluktan çabuk uyudular 😊

• Shaikh (2/5): Advisable to reconsider the authenticity of the advertisement and make a reservation elsewhere - The location was the only positive aspect. 1. It appears that the host were solely interested in generating an income at our expense. This was demonstrated by their refusal to provide us with keys, by charging cleaning fees in cash (in 2025), to an extent that they accompanied us to the cash machine they had selected. 2. Communication that is highly inappropriate and misleading, with preferential treatment of certain customers who were permitted to leave their luggage before we checked out. Nevertheless, the hosts denied that they were instructed to retrieve the keys, although the customers presented us with the WhatsApp message from the manager, Sarah. 3. Sofa bed that is excessively used and extremely dated, resulting in back pain. 4. Failure to respond to the email in response to a complaint. 5. Booking.com received an unfair bordering onto grossly dishonest response in Italian.

• Valasia (8/5): Pleasant stay in a great part of the city. - The apartment is in a great location so most of the city centre attractions are within walking distance.The maisonette was clean, comfortable and supports a family with two small children who can sleep downstairs. As a negative element I would say it was the stairs because there is no elevator. Also it would have been nice to have a dishwasher because as a family we had to wash dishes and glasses every day.

• Victor (10/5): Beautiful stay in the heart of Rome - Wonderful apartment close to city centre, very close to Castelo Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The apartment is situated in a really quiet zone (except for the seagulls :)) Great for a family. The host, Lisa, was very friendly and helpful. A place to come back for sure. All was perfect!

I would recommend just to change the couch as it’s not very comfortable and it squeaks a lot. And there was a lot of black hair on floor over the bath and bedroom as well.

It converts to bed but the mattress was awful. Also we were missing an elevator as we were with our little daughter and her trolley. We had to take that up and down every day (Not good) but we understand that flats in old town don’t have one (it’s ok)

• Francisco (5/5): Passable - The location of the flat was amazing! Perfect neighborhood and close to all the key locations. The shower was horrible! No pressure and the hot water took forever. The mattress in the main bedroom was horrible, the owner should consider changing it ASAP.

• Brooke (5/5): Nice apartment, but probably best in spring or fall. - Although the property is a great location (if you enjoy walking), and the apartment is quite nice. The air con was not working (during a heatwave), and the bedroom is in an attic, so we felt like we were cooking to death! There was also an ant infestation. Additionally, Booking.com made no mention of having to pay a cleaning fee upon arrival. The one host kept hounding us for the cleaning fee and city tax (where all other hotels took city tax at check out).

• Verayut (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the warm hospitality from our host. - The location of the place is in a walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The place has everything you need for a family of four, including a washing machine and dryer in one. Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are clean and neat. The layout of the place is nice and "cute" according to my spouse. However, the bathroom is connected to the main bedroom, opposite side of bedroom entry door. That means people who may be sleeping on the sofa bed, downstairs, would need to walk through the main bedroom.

• Onur (10/5): I am satisfied - First of all, we were very pleased with Sarah and Daniel's communication. They also helped us with the transfer service from the airport to our accommodation. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and modern. It is located right in the center of the city, so we were able to explore all of Rome within walking distance every day. Best regards. The only drawback of our stay was the uncomfortable sofa bed on the lower floor. (It is very old, sunken in, and makes a very annoying spring noise.) I hope they consider fixing this for future guests
• Suzan (4/5): Disappointing - The location was perfect. Our recent stay at this property offered a convenient location for exploring the area. However, as a woman with back problems, staying on the third floor posed a challenge for me. Additionally, the early morning noise from seagulls on the roof, starting at 6 AM, disrupted our sleep. The noisy sofa bed in the living room affected both our children's comfort and ours. We were also surprised by the 100 euro surcharge for late check-in, which felt excessive. Nevertheless, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

• Frederic (9/5): wonderful stay for a family of three in the heart of Rome - the appartement was charming as shown on he photos and the location was great. we enjoyed the coziness of the place. the only down side was the sofa bed that was very noisy anytime you moved in it and prevented our son from sleeping well. it shows wear and tear and it is probably time to replace it. everything else was great

• Markéta (8/5): Good for stay for a couple looking for more of a local experience - I liked the central location that was on the other hand very local. The place has a massive bathroom which was a big plus for 4 ladies:-) It really is not suitable for more than a couple, the couch is extremely uncomfortable, creaking with every move and if two people sleep on it you tend to fall in the middle of it. it is also on the very top floor which is not necessary a bad thing but it is worth noting.
