• Prasenjit Singh (7/5): Ridiculously small rooms for the price. - The staff were nice especially Phem and Ming. They were very helpful and always cared about guests' needs. I booked this hotel because I wanted a 5 star property. However, on reaching the property, they said it's only a 4 star property. We had booked for 3 nights for usd 100 per night. The room was ridiculously small, congested and suffocating as if the walls were closing in. We had to ask for a bigger room and they said they could accomodate only the first 2 nights in a suite. We upgraded to the suite by paying an additional usd 120 per night. And even for a suite the room was quite small.

For example, hotel arranged transfer for us, made good recommendations on specific tours we wanted, provided custom services like additional pillows or good tea to the room. Hotel is also well equipped, breakfast has range of options giving good intro to Vietnamese cuisine and some "familiar" options for more conservative European travellers. Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly at every step, and this friendliness was very genuine. 100% will stay again Nothing

We loved staying here, but our relatively minor quibble was that food and beverage was ridiculously expensive, even for a quality hotel in Hanoi. 350k VND for a cocktail that was delivered 30 minutes after ordering, and a 35-40 minute wait for poolside bar snacks! I don't feel its right to charge top dollar if the service isn't up to standard.

I would recommend any friends I have to stay here. The fridge in the bedroom does not get cold at all

• Noriko (10/5): 最高❣️ - とにかく朝食のバイキングが凄く美味しくてJoseph kitchen と言うBF1 階のレストランで頂きましたが最高でした。 今、ホーチミンでホテルマジェスティックに泊まってますが戻りたいです。 日本語の話せるスタッフの方にも空港までのタクシーを呼んで頂き本当に楽しい旅でした。 ハノイに行く時は必ずまた泊まりたいです。 部屋の中にスリッパがなくビーチサンダルが部屋履きだったのでスリッパは持参すると良いと思います。 隣りのバーが夜10時までライブ演奏をしてるのがうるさかったです。
• Jennifer (10/5): Great spot, comfortable and great breakfast and coffee. - It was in a beautifully central location. Short walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious, bed so comfortable and pristine. Thanks particularly to staff member Kenny who ordered delicious coffee and a breakfast pack for an early morning flight. He also assisted when our self booked transport was late. It all worked out. We will definitely be back! They also helped us mail some international letters. So kind of them. Jenny and Pete. Nothing. It was all great.

• Deborah (8/5): Very nice hotel in the Old Quarter - Lovely hotel, nicely located near the Cathedral. Very comfortable room and great service. Gym was small. Breakfast was good but the restaurant is in the basement so no natural light.

• Kevin (10/5): My stay was warm, comfortable and memorable. I would like to return - Without hestition, I adored the decor in the hotel(lobby) It was tastefully done. Also lovely to have a piano there. I have taken a pic with the horse painting in the background, I was astounded how beautiful my pic was -I think the lighting in that area was perfect! Well done to the interior decorator! I did not like the……… there was absolutely nothing I disliked about this property.

• Linda (10/5): Splendide and exceptional - I have never experienced such quality in all my many travels. We started our journey with greatings and service as soon as our taxi arrived at the hôtel. The staff are curtious, professionnel and very polite and very nice. It is without a doubt that we as customers are their main priority. Food is diverse and really good. The roof top is splendid and the room was perfect🤩

El personal que nos atendió se distinguió en todo momento por su calidez, amabilidad y disposición, lo que hizo de nuestra estadía una experiencia especialmente grata. La habitación resultó muy confortable, bien equipada y cuidada en cada detalle. Asimismo, los desayunos buffet fueron excepcionales, destacando por su amplia variedad de opciones y la excelente calidad de cada preparación, todo verdaderamente exquisito.
• Kenneth (10/5): Perfect stay in a quaint and historical city . - Anatole hotel is located near the old quarters of Hanoi , allowing us easy access to near by restaurants and main attractions. The hotel staff cannot do enough to please their guests , they were all professional, helpful and friendly . Our room was nice and roomy and had a pretty terrace . One of the things we love about the hotel is its proximity to very lively streets and neighborhoods of old Hanoi . Unfortunately it can get noisy till the wee hours of the night .
