Too much NOISE - you can literally hear the people next room through the walls and also the cars from the street. If you are seaking a place where you can sleep decently - this is not your place. I am a heavy sleeper but I found it difficult sleeping there. The hygiene is questionable - not sure when was the last time that the room had proper cleaning. The towels and bedsheets are old.

Personal har vært topp, de har prøvd å tilfredsstille gjestene. Det har vært flott frokost buffé men vi savnet joghurt til havren. Vi kunne få melk.😀

La qualité des produits était médiocre, sans goût, pas frais du jour, le choix était très limité. Le personnel n'était pas accueillant, désagréable, discutait tout le temps entre eux ou sur leur téléphone.

Единственное пожелание — хотелось бы, чтобы доступ к бассейну и сауне был не ограничен 20 минутами, а более свободный. Но в остальном соотношение цены и качества просто отличное. Также большой плюс — отель находится рядом с пирсом, что очень удобно для прогулок. Рекомендуем!

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff truly made the experience special—Islam Bey and Firat Bey were especially helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Emrah Bey for checking us in so politely and efficiently. The cleaning staff were also very polite and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to Bostanci Marmaray station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again Everything was fine thank you

- Guest (8/5): Iyi konum, güleryüzlü calisanlar ve temiz odalar - Konumu cok iyi, E5 üzerindeki metro duragina ve asagida minibüs caddesine cok yakin. Bostanci gösteri merkezi de yürüyerek 5 dakika. Otel genel olarak güzel, görevliler ilgili. Bir gün ekstra kalmak istedigimizde ayni odada kalirsak ek ücret cikmasina ragmen odamizi degistirmediler, tasinmak zorunda kalmadik. Temizlik personeli Gül Hanima ayrica tesekkür ediyoruz. Spa oteli olarak görünmesine ragmen spa kismini kullanim otel müsterileri icin cok kisitli. (15 dakika islak alanlar, 10 dakika hamam 20 dakika da havuz olmak üzere toplam 45 dakika).

Diğer personelde gayet iyiydi ama isimlerini bilmediğim için yazamıyorum. Odalar acilen bakıma alınıp onarılmalı, temizlik konusu ciddiye alınmalı. Otel sahipleri otellerine sahip çıkmalı. Yazık günah harika konumda ve çok iyi bir personel kadrosu olan bir otel bu kadar bakımsız ve temizliğe muhtaç olmamalı. Bakım ve temizlik iyi olsa bu konumdaki otele 2 kat ücret ödemekten kimse kaçınmaz. Çünkü o konumda bulunan otele gelen müşteri ucuzluk peşinde değildir.

Имаше и един мил служител от лобито , невероятен човек , хотела трябва да са благодарни че той работи там , от сърце ти помага за всяко нещо! Хотел Паркиране Престоят ни не беше особено хубав. Най-неприятното беше, че хотела казва че имаш включен паркинг и ние разчитахме на това. Но хотела има много тесен и малък паркинг , маже би към 10 места , когато се настанят гости в хотела , парко място за всеки няма .. почти всимки дни колата ни стоя на улицата , долен от нас , най-големият проблем беше че ние сме с бебе на 2 месеца и трябваше да го мъкнем постоянно на далеч за да си стигнем до колата. Храна Храната всеки ден беше една и също , много малко неща имаше за ядене . Кафето с мляко се заплащаше ,което мен ме изненада супер много. Очаквам че със закуската се полага поне едно кафе.. На снимките на хотела показваха по голямо разнообразие от храна и също така показваха че закуската се случва на последният етаж. Сега закуската се сервираше в лобито точно до рецепцията , като влязохме да се настаняваме , това ми направи лошо впечатление че трябва да ям на сред лобито. Лобито Лобито показваха на снимките че има дивани на които да седнеш , сега бяха устав или два малки дивана и всимко друго буше маси за да предлагат закуската там. Стая Стаята ни беше чиста , поне за товя съм благодарна понеже сме с бебенце. Камериерката всеки ден питаше дали да чисти и дали искаме вода. Служители Служителите всички бяха много неотзивчиви и намръщени. Имаше 2 служителят които бяха усмихнати и поздравяваха , а особено единият постоянно съдействаше с каквото може , този хотел трябва да е благодарен че има за служител толкова сърцат човек! Басейн Казаха че може да се ползва сямо 15 минути на ден .. така и не отидох

Smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast starts at 7. One morning it was 7.50 when the hot food was finally brought out. There is a cat in the restaurant. Power went out at one point, for about an hour or so.

The SPA was also amazing not their fault but there was a small language barrier with the staff. We used the translator App to communicate with them. The WIFI was also not too strong.

The breakfast area is basically the reception, which make it difficult to provide variety, good quality and controlling the reception entrance so the food gets dry cold and flies keep getting in and out.

Es lagen glasscherrben im ganzen Zimmer verteilt. Ganz kleine Teile, das man sie nicht gleich gesehen hat. Wir haben das Zimmer selber geputz! Bei der Ankunft, sagte man uns erst man finde unsere Buchung nicht! Dann plötzlich doch, man brachte uns in das Zimmer, wir hatten 4 bett Zimmer gebucht. Bekamen ein Doppelbett, eine Couch und auf drängen ein beistelbett! Keine betschwäsche, Handtücher. Musste man alles anfordern! Das Zimmer wurde nicht für neue Gäste vorbereitet! Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe, nichts für Kinder dabei. Wenn man nicht schnellgenug unten war, gab es kein Brot mehr! Auf Nachfragen kamm: wenn keines mehr da ist kommt auch nichts! Brot das noch da war, wurde im ganzen ausgelegt, jeder Gast hat es angefasst um sich ein Stück abzuschneiden! Frühstück geht bis 10 Uhr wir waren um 8⁴⁵ Uhr unten! Wir waren 2024 dort, unter der alten Leitung hatte es uns sehr gefallen. Aber unter der neuen Führung, die reinste Katastrophe. Hier werden wir definitiv nicht mehr herkommen.

- Susan (8/5): - A lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Good size room and comfortable bed Off road parking next to the hotel also very useful. The shower has good cold water pressure but very little pressure for hot water.

- Hakan (6/5): Vasat üzeri - Otelin konumu güzel ve çalışan arkadaşlar çok ilgili. Bizim kaldığımız 404 numaralı oda ( özellikle oda numarasını belirtiyorum) duşa kabin kapısı yok!!! Duş alıyorsunuz banyo su içinde. Yastıklar aşırı derece de rahatsız. Üzerinize örttüğünüz şey elyaf gibi bir şey ve gece boyunca savaş verdik. Bu sorunlar giderilir ise tekrar konaklama yapmayı düşünebilirim.
