• Vanessa (8/5): Location location location!! - The location was perfect and with a beautiful view of Via Frattina! It was also a plus to have a taxi stand just outside the apartment and that the building had a lift. Since it is very central, even though the apartment is on the 5th floor, we could hear the street noise during the night. The apartment does not offer any luggage storage solutions but luckily there are luggage storage units close by in Via delle Vite.
• Michael and Lesley (9/5): Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed! - Perfect location for walking, eating and shopping. Comfy beds and apartment. Cab stand outside the door. 2 minute walk to Spanish steps. A+ The phone or door buzzer rang several times in the middle of the night. Twice one night and 5-6 times on another night. Finally unplugged the phone by the door.

• Gabriel (10/5): Perfecto para estar y visitar ROMA caminando - Todo está perfecto. Pero la ubicación destaca !! La calefacción excelente y los baños nuevos y además lo encontramos muy limpio. Nada que criticar. No encontré aspectos negativos.

• Andrea (8/5): - Posizione incredibile, centrale e comoda con i mezzi. Appartamento davvero enorme e con tutti i comfort di casa propria Non pulitissimo, bagni con un po’ di muffa e doccini da rimpiazzare. Una delle camere sempre fredda anche con i caloriferi al massimo

• Anca (10/5): Great location - Very spacious apartment perfect for a family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus another bathroom which makes it very convenient. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna and very close to many must see spots in Rome. The host was very helpful. We would gladly return.
• Remzi (6/5): - Trevi çeşmesi , ispanyol merdivenleri ve metroya yakın konumda Ev temiz değildi ve çalışanlarla iletişim kurmak çok zor. Ayrıca pasaport bilgilerini almadılar İtalya’da öyle bir uygulama yok mu yada vergi vermemek için mi anlayamadım .

• Andrey (10/5): Отличный вариант для путешествий в Риме - Идеальное место для двух-трех пар и вместе и раздельно. В самом центре Рима, кругом бутики, кафе, все рядом. Идеально. Обязательно буду стараться попасть снова сюда.

• Adele (7/5): Great location, but apartment needs maintenance. - The apartment is really well located and of great proportions. The communication was excellent and staff very responsive. The apartment itself however is tired - it needs redecorating as the paintwork is dirty. The fixtures and fittings need updating. From the photos and for the price we had expected a luxury stay but the shower heads are clogged up and water spills out over the top, the kitchen tap swivels the whole way round when you turn it on, the toilet roll holders are loose etc. It just needs maintenance. If you are sensitive to noise, it is noisy throughout the night in the front and back bedroom. We had a lovely stay in Rome regardless but wouldn’t return here.
• Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - The place was lovely. Unfortunately there is some sort of bottle/glass recycling place behind the flats. They were smashing glass starting at 3am and going on all night. It was impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. So for this reason I wouldn’t stay here again

Staff need to be more professional - The location is great and close to everything, Really enjoyed the facilities and in a very vibrant area It’s top floor and the lift can’t accommodate many people at once so it can take a few trips for more than a group of 5 to get up. Also a staff member started to knock on our door at 6AM which woke us all up for check out which is unappreciated and unprofessional so I’d make sure that you tell them you don’t want anyone knocking in early hours or annoying you

• Lara (9/5): It's a fantastic apartment for a big group and extremely central. - The location and the apartment cleanliness was great. The rooms were very comfortable and it was very nice of the hosts to welcome us with the basic essentials like, water, tea and coffee and some goodies. I wish the heating was put on a bit earlier as it was rather cold when we arrived. Also due to our afternoon flight we were charged for late check-in which I thought was rather uncalled for. Unfortunately, the back room tenants were woken up rather early due to works that were taking place on the back.
• Pamela (10/5): Wonderful. - For a group of 5 women it was perfect. Four bathrooms. Two living rooms. Lots of room. Location is amazing. Taxi station right outside the front door. A few steps from Piazza di Spagna. Lots of construction noise heard from one bedroom really early in the morning. Lobby door lock was sometimes difficult. Lobby from street door to elevator needs a lot of clean up and beautification.

• Nancy (10/5): A wonderful stay and a great alternative to a hotel. - The location is perfect. The apartment is well appointed with excellent showers and comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. Air conditioning was great and Rome was hot while we were there.! The only downside pertained to one bedroom in the back on an enclosed courtyard. For some reason every morning except Sunday, starting at 6:00-6:30 AM, someone in another building made enough noise that sounded like they might be tearing down the building. The noise stopped after about an hour and was not heard the rest of the day. Very odd. It happened 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. When in Rome it could happen anywhere I suppose.

• Larry (10/5): We enjoyed the apartment/location despite a few issues and hope to return. - Great location and nice showers/baths with plenty of hot water. TV's in every room. Instructions for the washing machine/dryer combo in English would have been helpful. There was a surprising cold snap on the last night of 31 degrees and the heating system on one side of the apartment hadn't been set-up to come on automatically. The rental company attempted to provide instructions via texts to correct it, but it didn't work. Fortunately, we found two electric heathers we could put in the rooms that were so cold and we had one extra blanket. A couple of extra blankets would have been great too.
