- Rohini (10/5): - Our family of 4 stayed here for our first visit to Dublin and were happy with our choice. The quad room worked out really well. The hotel and rooms were very well maintained and most importantly clean and up to date. We opted for the breakfast buffet for 2 days and found it to be lovely with a great selection and tasty and convenient. The staff were super helpful and assisted us with making a trip out to Howth which was well worth it. We were also able to walk to the Temple bar area daily so loved our time here. Thanks!

Only complaint would be housekeeping, didn't always leave enough towels for four, or check that complimentary coffee was restocked.

I was pleased how modern it is even though the community is an old city (Dublin). Lighting was the best I have experienced and multiple room lights can be controlled from bed. The hotel is very quiet. Decor is elegant. Definitely recommend the breakfast (for hotel guests only).

Pretty sure I passed a human excrement on two different occasions. If you want to hit the tourist stuff, it is a decent walk to get there.

- Katwanya (10/5): - The location was perfect in relation to getting to the major attractions such as Trinity College, Temple Bar area, and loads of shopping options. The stops for the hop on hop off bus tours were just steps away within a few blocks. That made it very easy to get to other attractions such as the Guinness Storehouse. The room was very nice and the hotel was well maintained with welcoming staff. My only criticism is the shower didn’t have a full door enclosing it so water just flowed out of the shower floor onto the bathroom floor wetting floor all over. We tried to use towels to soak it up but it was just the design of it so nothing could be done to stop it.

However, in the evening it was comfortable with the window open at the time of year that I was there. I believe in the warmer months it would be unbearable.

The room was clean, had great amenities, yet was a bit tight for two of us. Our room looked out at the wall and the hvac system which was loud when running. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were really helpful.

The staff were pleasant, but certainly didn't go out of their way to help when I needed more painkillers for my son who had just had an operation and I had to solve the problem without any help.

The only thing that was a little weird was the window in the bathroom and the top part of the window was not covered with the one way coating so we felt like people in the building across the way could still see in. - Brian (10/5): Great Hotel! - Beautiful modern hotel in a historic building a couple of blocks from the north end of O’Connell Street. A great location close to many attractions. A fifteen or twenty minute walk to Trinity College or Temple Bar. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and immaculate. Highly recommend!

- Pauline (10/5): A welcoming place for this 58 yr solo female - Hotel is a beautiful place with wonderful receptionists. The Free Buffet breakfast had to be the #1 buffet in Dublin. The receptionists were all very kind and had great humour. After touring Jameson distillery, one receptionist generously offered me a cookie as I was a bit tipsy.

- Trevor (10/5): - The Belvedere Hotel was a great spot for two nights in Dublin. The city is very walkable and the Belvedere is situated within a 20 minute walk to the Jameson distillery, the Guinness storehouse and the Temple bar area. Great restaurants and stores can be found within minutes of the hotel. One general comment about not only this hotel but really all the areas we visited in Ireland is that we found the Irish to be wonderful people, kind and attentive, and truly hospitable in all respects. The people here have left a very positive lasting impression on our whole family.

- Kay (10/5): Excellent - Bar and reception staff excellent, friendly and accommodating, breakfast staff slow to fill up so had to wait around for food to become available although breakfast was of an excellent quality, plenty to choose from though would have liked the opportunity to have had a fried egg or omelette made on request only had scrambled and hard boiled! They appear to have a fruit fly infestation in the bar and breakfast area and this was a real nuisance - they really need to get this sorted out! Flying around our heads whilst trying to eat! The room was lovely, beds and pillows comfy, coffee and tea making along with water is a just lovely along with the Rituals toiletries. Wouldn’t want to stay in room 45 again as a bit noisy with out side traffic with the window open which had to be open as the room was so warm and no A/C to turn down! Would I stay again? - absolutely though hope when I visit again the flies have been dealt with!

Good space, beautiful, nice restaurant downstairs, and we enjoyed the Irish show. The girl that checked us in was very kind, helped us with questions about local transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

- Jennifer (4/5): - we arrive to get our room already checked in online. we were giving our keys went to room and there were already people staying in the room. went back to say offer us another room and it was took aswell. reallly this is not very professional for a hotel. 3rd time we got a room it was right beside the lift and you heard everything.

- Michelle (10/5): Recommend this hotel - Great stay. Good location. Comfortable. 1st night air conditioners kept me awake but my companion slept. Moved rooms with no issue. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
- Crystal (8/5): Upscale glam, very posh place - We stayed one night with our 2 young adult children. Room and hotel are beautifully renovated and the bar area is gorgeous. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff were fantastic. Our room had no AC and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable because of the humidity. They did bring us a fan and that helped.
- Richard (10/5): - This is a clean, quiet, comfortable, well-maintained property. The breakfast was great. We also went to the Irish Nights show and enjoyed ourselves. It's probaly a twenty minute walk to Trinity College and about the same to Temple Bar.
