Nicole (9/5): Wonderful place to enjoy all the beautiful things in Florence. - The location was within easy walking distance to points of interest and amenities. There was room to spread out for a couple. The views from the room great. At night there is quite a bit of noise from people enjoying themselves with the night life.

Dr Jonathan (9/5): Beautiful - Beautifully appointed, luxury, boutique hotel in heart of historic Florence. Our suite was thoughtfully and luxuriously appointed and superbly comfortable. The building is one of the tallest Renaissance 'skyscrapers' in Florence (Medici-era "mine's bigger than yours") Absolutely spectacular! Expensive! But then again so is Florence... Plus it would be nice to have a breakfast option...
JanetS (8/5): Lovely stay, staff very accommodating - Location was perfect and could walk everywhere. As our flight arrived late the staff stayed to check us in. No restaurant for breakfast, but we went to the hotel next door which was very good.

Apesar de Florença estar muito cheia como sempre o hotel fica em uma pequena praça supersilenciosa. Em Florença um hotel com esse espaço e conforto é coisa rara. Não ter café da manhã. Eu quando reservei não atentei para esse detalhe, mas é só para quem quiser ter essa condição do café da manhã ficar atento na hora da escolha.
Madeleine (9/5): Notre séjour a été très agréable. - Le personnel est très attentionné. Le monsieur qui était en service à notre arrivée à 21h30 est venue nous chercher pour nous guider jusqu'à l'hôtel . C'est assez rare pour être noté. L'emplacement, à quelques centaines de mètres du Duomo. La suite spacieuse et très bien équipée. On ne peut pas prendre de petits déjeuners. Dommage !
Gian Maria (9/5): Come vivere appieno la Firenze storica - La posizione e la struttura sono fantastici. Edificio storico, completamente ristrutturato mantenendo l'originalità per quanto possibile. Centralissimo, sineaggiungono facilmente tutti i punti d'interesse in pochi minuti. Ottima l'insonorizzazione. La mancanza della colazione, anche se nelle vicinanze ci sono ottime possibilità.

GIULIA (10/5): Un piacevole ritorno - Dopo aver provato la suite Dante e Leonardo, stavolta abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Raffaello, è bellissimo svegliarsi e poter fare colazione con una vista così stupenda. Come già scritto per le altre camere, abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura (vicina ad ogni attrazione principale) e la presenza di una cucina attrezzata. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, sono sempre molto gentili e cordiali e pronti a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza e richiesta; in particolare abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Filippo, che è stato un perfetto "padrone di casa", ci ha accolto sempre con un sorriso, ha scambiato volentieri due chiacchiere, senza mai essere invadente e ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni relative a ristoranti e luoghi da visitare (e ci ha viziato con i tipici cantucci !). Ci mancate già! Torneremo sicuramente

Sara (9/5): - Das Personal am Empfang war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Ausstattung und liebevoll entworfen mit Bezug zum alten Turm. Die Lüftung und Heizung haben uns schlecht schlafen lassen. Ich hätte gerne auch mal die Fenster geöffnet. In der letzten Nacht hat der Concierge die Heizung ausgeschaltet und es war etwas besser, aber die Lüftung ist trotzdem noch laut.

For instance, you are given one small creamer (milk) for two people per day. Absolutely ridiculous if you have two coffee drinkers, or you wants a second cup.

Jorge F (10/5): Fantastic Hotel and Staff that will exceed all your expectations. - Breakfast was not included. Otherwise, the Hotel's location could not be better. Steps away from Florence Cathedral and walking distance to most all other attractions in Florence, but tucked nicely away in a little Plaza away from the hustle and bustle of this touristy city. The room was huge and included everything for a relaxed Spa Experience, including a Hot Tub and Sauna. The room even had a fully stocked Kitchenette, if you want to buy food and prepare it yourself. The Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would stay in this Hotel again. An extra benefit is the Hotel is located in a historic very old Tower in Florence. A little dificult to reach if you do not know the city well. But that is par for the course for all of the other benefits you get by staying in this Hotel. Did not have a chance to see the Tower Roof Terrace becasue of our short stay, but according to the Hotel's Staff the views are magnificent.

Our suite was beautiful large and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful with great recommendations - a big thank you to Leonardo and Phillipo at the front desk for their assistance.
Dustin (8/5): Great hotel. Mediocre staff. - Amazing room and location. Issues with some staff who were rude at times. They constantly demand to know which room you are in even when you just told them 45 minutes before because “there as so many people at the hotel and they can’t keep track of who you are.” Most four and five star hotels I have stayed at make the effort to learn your name. The reception area is extremly small.

They made it such a nice experience as well as other staff. My friend and I felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay! Excellent customer service is a huge plus when traveling and they were amazing! The hotel too was amazing! The room was soooo nice and spacious. I loved the ambiance and the location was perfect! Luigi (3/5): An Italian scam - The room style and size are very, very good, plus the location is very good, because it is very central, close to the main tourist destinations and to several nice restaurants. It is misleadingly listed as a five-star hotel (appearing when you filter "only hotels"), but it is actually a luxury Airbnb. The reception is very small (so much so that personnel feel the need to say "we left all the space for the rooms"), and there are no amenities like breakfast, a restaurant, or room service. Additionally, reception hours are limited after a particular evening hour, and late entry requires using the room key, similar to a student hostel. The personnel is telling you that there is no breakfast, but "there are a lot of bars outside," which is not what somebody who paid a 5-star hotel fee wants to hear.
