Pas de cafetière, pas de plats pour mettre au four, très peu de couverts, Pas de rangements pour les vêtements et les valises. Pourquoi 2 salles de bains dans un si petit logement?

- Jo-anne (8/5): Very good - The location for the apartment was brilliant you can easily walk to all the main attractions . Overall there were afew teething problems with the apartment but these did not have a major impact on our thoroughly enjoyable stay. There is no kettle in the apartment to make hot drinks so you have to use the microwave for this which makes your hot drinks taste weird. There are only two pillows provided on the bed- I would think at least four for the large comfortable bed and they are not of the best quality very lumpy. Also the duvet on the bed was very thin, I kept on waking up in the night feeling extremely cold. A winter duvet with a high tog rating is required especially for the winter months. There was an induction hob in the apartment however we could not use it as the saucepans provided were not suitable for the appliance. The property manager said that there was some sort of adaptor for the pans but we could not find in the cupboards.

- Celeste (7/5): Good - Amazing location! Very comfortable bed. A full length mirror, tea towels would be handy but overall very comfortable stay. Some instructions would also be handy.
- Julia (7/5): overall good but property manager wasn’t great - extremely close to duomo and a very good size room pillows were terrible! toilet paper and towels should be given or refreshed every 2 days. we had a 4 night stay and ran out of toilet paper and reused the same towels.

- vanesa (6/5): Nos ha decepcionado, la ubicación es muy buena. - Hemos estado 4 adultos y 2 niños, tiene dos habitaciones: una arriba con clarabolla en el techo que una noche que llovió se mojaron la pareja, la clarabolla está rota y la única solución fue cambiarnos las sábanas.Por otra parte le faltan utensilios, tenía 2 cucharas de café para 6 personas, ni una bayeta, ni un cepillo y ni una fregona, estuvimos 4 días sin poder dar un barrido. Por otra parte el desagüe de la ducha está atascado y filtra muy poco, asi que cuando te duchas y abres la puerta se sale toda el agua y no puedes recoger el agua por que jo tienen fregona.La ubicación es lo bueno principalmente que tiene y los colchones bien, pero las almohadas muy bajas e incómodas.

Communication before the check in was excellent, very quick to help me when I had a problem (nothing to do with the apartment). Very clean and newly refurbished, very modern appliances. Highly recommended
