En iets van uitleg over de noodkoord in die douche was ook handig geweest. Ontbijt was wel uitgebreid, maar niets van variatie in 4 dagen. De isolatie van de kamers! 's Nachts was alles hoorbaar! Oordoppen zijn een must. Restaurant zeer prijzig. In de buurt betere en betaalbaardere alternatieven. Voorkant hotel is mooi, maar staat in schril contrast tot de andere kanten en de afgrijselijke binnenkoer...
- Luigi (9/5): Quelques jours entre amis - Magnifique déco dedans et à l'extérieur. Est éloigné de la route très passante donc on est au calme. Un superbe patio intérieur très confortable. La salle du petit déjeuner est grande et même s'il y a une machine pour les cafés, il y a aussi un barman qui nous fait le café à l'italienne. Très grand choix . Se situe sur la ligne de métro orange donc tous les sites touristiques sont sur cette ligne. Notre chambre était un peu étroite et il manque un peu d’insonorisation. Le quartier n’est pas très beau...mais on n’y vient pas pour ce quartier là en général.

Bola som šokovaná prístupom recepčného, nakoľko sme si dva dni pred odchodom zarezervovali na recepcii taxík pre osem osôb na letisko a v deň odchodu keď taxík stále neprichádzal sme sa boli spýtať na recepcii že taxík nedorazil, recepčný mal nemiestnu poznámku, že čo on s tým má, na naše naliehanie, že sme si predsa objednali taxík u nich na recepcii, niečo utrúsil a veľmi neochotne niekam volal. Po 10 minútach prišiel taxík pre štyri osoby, na čo sme tento odmietli nakoľko nás bolo 8. Vyšiel von ten istý recepčný a začal zvyšovať na nás hlas, že čo chceme, že sme mu nepovedali koľko ľudí nás je. Na našu odpoveď, že predsa sme to objednávali v predstihu dvoch dní na recepcii, odišiel a poslal potom kolegyňu s lístkom, kedy príde náš taxík. Toto bolo jediné čo nás veľmi nahnevalo, takéto správanie recepčného nie je prípustné.

Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Ein bisschen Renovieren wäre schön Die Preise in der Hotelbar sind recht hoch.

- Maria Stela (7/5): Estadia razoável para o preço cobrado - Do atendimento no checkin e checkout e do atendimento do bar e restaurante e lavanderia O box do banheiro é muito pequeno, os travesseiros não são confortáveis, o mini-bar quase não contém itens, e por fim a localização não é boa porque fica longe de tudo.

- MARIA STELA (7/5): Estadia razoável! - Atendimento no ckeck in e check out, no bar e restaurante do hotel O box do banheiro é extremamente pequeno. Os travesseiros não são confortáveis e a localização não é boa. É muito distante do centro da cidade ficando um pouco mais perto do Vaticano apenas.

- Vilma (7/5): Good value for money. - We always come to this hotel whenever we’re in Rome. We like this hotel as it’s spacious, easy access to the Metro and grocery stores and looks grand. The breakfast was amazing too Staff attitude . It was Easter Sunday and I was inquiring about the lunch they had a poster at the reception area. Immediately, she just dismissed my question and told me to inquire at the restaurant. Not even in a nice tone. During our check in, we arrived like 1330 hrs. The room wasn’t ready. No offer of either we can sit somewhere cool in the hotel or some nice gestures of leaving our luggage and come back. Same person, I think she’s the in charge and her attitude was not nice. She’s not approachable.

- David (8/5): - Liked the common areas and the overall elegance of the hotel. Great access to public transportation. Great service at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Room pillows were very firm as well as the bed. Would prefer softer. The sound also carries a lot into the rooms from hallway and other rooms. This is fairly disruptive for deep sleeping.
- Marc (4/5): Preis Leistung nicht gerecht - Frühstück war in Ordnung nicht der Hammer aber ok Naja für das Geld ein Zimmer zubekommen wo man ne kleine Mini Dusche hat wo kein normaler Kerl rein passt is schon lächerlich... Ansonsten war das Zimmer dreckig, staubig und hat auch viele Schönheitsfehler die direkt ins Auge stechen... Wenn man abends ins Zimmer kommt und komplett K.O. Ist und man auch mal 10 min die glotze anmachen möchte kommen keine Deutschen Sender wie es eigentlich Üblich ist das die Sender so eingestellt sind das sie auf deutsch empfangen.. Ansonsten wenn ich noch einmal nach Rom komme aufjedenfall woanders hin da für das Geld es deutlich besser geht

- M2950YNgemmat (4/5): Not worth the money - At first glance the hotel looked amazing until we got to the room it was very basic, hardly any hanger or storage space for your clothes, shower didnt really have hot water and the pressure was beyond awful. The walls are paper thin, could hear talking, mobiles vibrating and even if someone was using the shower so most nights we got woken up by all the noises, lifts were very slow and super small and if you was on 4th floor u had to walk from the 3rd floor!! Alot of seating areas which was mostly empty i feel it wasted the space, like if you stayed in an evening there wernt even a pool table or stuff to do and were more outgoing through the day and like to chill in evening. We found staff rude throughout the stay it made you feel not welcome and uneasy. Not worth the

Also, the room was quite cold, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.Another big disadvantage is that there is no carpet in the hallway, so you can hear absolutely everything, which can be quite disturbing.

- DANIELA SALVATI (8/5): Hotel de fácil acesso - Hotel muito bom. Muito bonito. Perto da estação de metrô, mas tem tb estacionamento. Como chegamos de madrugada o que nos facilitou é ter recepção 24hs. A cerca de 200m tb tinha um MC Donald's. A cama confortável. O quarto um pouco apertado. Mas nos atendeu. Acabei esticando mais a reserva de nosso grupo, ficamos neste hotel na ida e na volta de nossa viagem. Tem um restaurante perto que conseguimos tb ir a pé. Gostamos muito.. Hotel muito bom.
