- Katie (7/5): great location to access the westmead medical precinct - If you are needing to utalise westmead medical precinct this accommodation is a great location, everything within walking distance. tram with 100m, train very close and walk to parramatta is 2km cafe was very good and only 20metres from front reception door. management and staff very kind, helpful and accommodating. rooms are neat and tidy with 90’s decor. slightly musty smell it just needs a refurbishment and the place will have a new lease of life

So, the noise is acceptable and more than compensated by a great staff

- Hayley (8/5): Overnight stay for an early morning appointment at Westmead children’s the next day - I liked how close it was to Westmead children’s hospital as I had an appointment for my daughter early morning I didn’t like that they now charge $15 for car parking. The car park is an open air car park and I felt $15 was a bit steep. Last time we stayed the parking was included in the room price

When I asked the staff on the first night there (Sunday) I was shown where it was located but it would not be open on Sunday. When I asked again on Monday night after search the site unsuccessfully, I was told by staff that it had not been open since August 2025. Staff member said it was not advertised on booking sites until I pointed this out to her.
