• Bittia (5/5): Wohnung muss verbessert werden - Die Lage war gut. Freundlichen Mitarbeiter Die Wohnung war nicht angemessen. Geschirr war teilweise dreckig, Besteck auch. Boden im Wohnzimmer beschädigt, Tür von einem Bad ließ sich nicht abschließen, dazu noch beim Duschen lief das Wasser raus bis ins Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nicht mit der Schlüssel abschließen. Stühle von Esstisch waren wackelig, man hat Angst gehabt, daß beim Sitzen kaputt gehen.
• Albena (2/5): - I have completed the personal data of all visitors, including a copy of IDs, as well as information about flight numbers and expected time of arrival. The hosts have declared that I will receive an email with information about check-in, which didn't happen. What was our surprise when the hosta wanted us to tell them the exact time of arrival, with 15 minutes tolerance, and if we don't keep this time there would be a fine?!? It is astonishingly rude to demand an exact arrival time from people flying from Paris - foreigners who are only just beginning to navigate public transport in Barcelona. In the end, we arrived earlier and had to wait for the host for half an hour just to be let into the room. There was no reciprocal offer of financial compensation for the waiting time. We are dissatisfied with the attitude and the inadequate check-in process. The apartment was worn out, and there was trash in one of the rooms. We do not recommend it unless it is the last available option in the area.

• khetir (10/5): - Very nice well cleaned apartment in Barcelona downtown. Everything was honestly very good. Nothing bad to say.
• Senad (2/5): Very poor - It had damage from water and there was weird smell in the apartment and air conditioning started leaking. The shower was broken and watter was comming from side of the shower. It was in bad neiighborhood.

• Saf (7/5): It was a good place to stay and did what we wanted it to do. But it was not a good sleep - The air con and the kitchen and the living area were good The showers and sinks need a bit of TLC the sink was blocked in one of the toilets and the shower was flooding in the other. The rooms could have done with a fan or air con. The beds were not too comfy
