The location was excellent, so convenient to many main sites. Lovely room and very clean. And did I mention the breakfast?! Wow! So delicious with an incredible view. Couldn’t ask for more!

Você consegue ir para todos os pontos turísticos a pé ou usando o tram T1 na frente do hotel. - Funcionários TODOS muito queridos e simpáticos, fazem de tudo para agradar e são extremamente solícitos e educados. - Extra: no dia do meu aniversário me deram um bolinho com velas, muito legal! Todos os cafés da manhã a Nur ficava um pouco com nosso bebê para que tomássemos café da manhã, muito obrigado! Na saída do hotel nós deram brindes e ajudaram a levar as malas até longe onde estava a van. Não é uma reclamação, apenas pontos de melhoria: - Faltam mais opções de frutas frescas no café da manhã e pães inteiros (ao invés de já cortados), deveriam haver mais opções de café da manhã “continental”. - As portas dos quartos soam um pequeno alarme quando abertas, o que as vezes acordava nosso bebê, mas nada demais. Ainda assim, nos com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui!!!

• Nadine (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel - Sehr zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr viele gute Lokale direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir haben über das Hotel ein Flughafen Taxi gebucht, leider mussten wir ohne Information 2 Stunden auf das Taxi warten da wir anscheinend vergessen wurden.. hier war das abholservice welches über das Hotel lief sehr schlecht. Dort steckt eine andere Firma dahinter welche ich absolut nicht empfehlen würde! Sehr unhöflich auch gewesen diese Firma!

Bez obzira na par detalja koje bi trebalo promijeniti da opet dodemo u Istanbul, ovdje bi odsjeli. Samo par detalja: umivaonik je veoma malen, hladnjak u sobi nije radio. Otisli smo jedno jutro vidjeti dorucak, al nije izgledao pretjerano obecavajuce pa smo ipak jeli van hotela.

În primul rând, personalul hotelului este pur și simplu extraordinar – extrem de amabil, atent și mereu gata să ajute cu recomandări, indicații sau orice nevoie ai avea. Te fac să te simți binevenit încă din primul moment și contribuie enorm la atmosfera caldă și relaxantă a locului. Camerele sunt curate, confortabile și amenajate cu bun gust, iar întreaga experiență a fost , ca in fiecare an, wow! 🥰 Micul dejun a fost unul dintre punctele forte ale șederii noastre: variat, proaspăt și delicios, cu produse de foarte bună calitate și opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. O adevărată plăcere să îți începi dimineața așa! 🤗 Locația hotelului este excelentă – foarte aproape de principalele obiective turistice precum Hagia Sophia, Moscheea Albastră, Palatul Topkapi sau Marele Bazar, ceea ce face explorarea orașului extrem de comodă. În plus, accesul la mijloacele de transport este foarte facil, fiind aproape de stația de tramvai și metrou, ideale pentru a descoperi rapid orice zonă a Istanbulului. Cu siguranță, anul viitor, vom reveni aici! 🥰🤗

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu wünschen übrig – Zimmer und alle Bereiche des Hotels waren stets gepflegt. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war ein gelungener Start in jeden Tag. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – Istanbul lässt sich von hier aus wunderbar erkunden. Für Familien, die Istanbul besuchen möchten, ist das My Dream Istanbul Hotel eine klare Empfehlung.

• Jasmin (8/5): Istanbul trip - The fourth time for me to visit the city and this hotel, this time with the family. There is a lot of positive to say about this hotel and the staff. For a hotel in the 'old' part of the city, the rooms are very good, not too big but just right. There is most everything you can think of, good beds, perfectly ok pillows. Since I have been to this hotel for the fourth time, it is proof that I am satisfied, although I will still give some improvement criticism on the negative part. 1. The AC worked so-so, did not do its very best job. 2. It is time to replace the old TV sets with Smart TVs 3. The breakfast was so-so, overall quite ok but what could be improved is that you have more bread options. Now it was mainly small pieces of bread that you had to toast to get them fresh, so either baguettes, rolls or bread that you cut would have been something. Also so that you have a little different more hearty options. Maybe sausages, meatballs, or something else for breakfast than just like we had omelette and onion rings and fries, maybe a bit of an odd combination. 4. Maybe also something extra for those of us who come to you as regular customers, maybe a slightly cheaper transfer, maybe a little 'gift' in the room or whatever... but maybe you feel more appreciated as someone who comes regularly.

• Iveta (9/5): Hotel v historickom centre. - Hotel je čistý, situovaný v historickom centre Istanbulu. Je to veľká výhoda pre turistov, ktorí môžu pamiatky, reštaurácie, obchody... navštíviť peši, alebo hromadnou dopravou - v blízkosti je zastávka električky. Turista tak nie je odkázaný len na taxik, ktorý je v Istanbule dosť drahý. Personál hotela bol veľmi priateľský. Raňajky v hoteli boli uspokojujúce, ale nie výnimočné. Výber bol pomerne obmedzený – chýbalo sladké pečivo (napr. croissanty) a k dispozícii bolo len pár druhov chleba, ktorý bol vopred nakrájaný na malé kúsky. Káva z automatu istantná a prakticky nulový výber teplých jedál.

Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was really comfortable with everything you need to relax straight away. The hotel has a cosy, well-kept feel throughout, and everything runs seamlessly. The staff were consistently kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The location is excellent and is in a suitable, safe and accessible area. It is calm during the night so there is limited night time noise, however during the day the area is full of energy and life. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. N/A

I can only recommend this hotel for the above mentioned reasons. I wanted to thank Murat, Burak and the breakfast waitress for their incredible friendliness, help and care. Television sound limit a bit on the lower side but that can easily be fixed ;). Secured Wifi connection?

• daniel (4/5): Péssimo custo benefício - Localização Cama péssima, colchão péssimo. Travesseiro muito ruim e somente um por hóspede. Café da manhã horrível de péssima qualidade. O transfer do aeroporto contratado pelo próprio hotel não sabia chegar no hotel, ficou um tempo grande perguntando para pessoas nas ruas aonde ficava o hotel. Nunca vi isto. No último dia avisamos que nosso transfer seria às 3:45 h da manhã e para tal o recepcionista ofereceu fazer sanduíches para levarmos em substituição do café da manhã, chegando no dia e horário eles esqueceram de nos dar os mesmos.

• Thomas (9/5): Wir können dieses Hotel mit wirklich gutem Gewissen nur weiter empfehlen. - Das Hotel hat in der Altstadt eine super Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war schon vor der Anreise super nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühtück ist abwechslungsreich und für diesen Preis wirklich sehr gut. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen das vom Hotel angebotene Taxi vom und zum Flughafen zu buchen. Für diesen Preis, bei der Lage gibt es überhaupt gar nichts zu bemängeln.
