O banho deixou a desejar com relação às amenidades essenciais, não havia sabonete no box e não repuseram. A cama era razoavelmente confortável. Limpeza adequada. Não havia recepção 24 horas. Sinceramente não estou acostumada a me hospedar em hotéis que não possuem recepção 24 horas. O cartão do quarto também abria a portaria, o que me deixou um pouco insegura com relação à segurança. Se algum hóspede não observar se fechou bem a porta, pode comprometer a segurança para os demais.

- MIRANDA (10/5): Magnifica estadia desde o alojamento "cinco estrelas"até á simpatia e elegância no tratamento. - A experiencia deste hotel foi excelente, a localização é magnifica, mesmo ao lado da P.za San Marco, as comodidades do alojamento são ótimas. A decoração é elegante e de muito bom gosto. A cama extremamente confortável bem como as almofadas e edredons super macios. Sentimo-nos em "casa" durante a estadia. Todos muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Tudo perfeito!

- Chiara Pompea (8/5): - L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, avevamo tutto a portata di mano e la Basilica di San Marco si raggiunge in soli 5 minuti a piedi, pulito e curato. Siamo arrivati comodamente con il taxi acqueo e, proprio allo sbarco, siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo dell'hotel. Ci ha dato il benvenuto e ci ha accompagnati personalmente fino alla struttura, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.

- Valentina (8/5): Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die tolle Lage zeichnet die Unterkunft aus. Unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude war super. Die Möbel sind teilweise abgenutzt, im Bad unter der Glasplatte war es dreckig wie auch der grosse Spiegel (wurde entweder nicht gereinigt oder es kann nicht mehr weggebracht werden).

Comfortable room and bed. Overall a nice and pleasant hotel and experience. The smell of the breakfast preparation reached the room on a higher floor, which was surprising. Room small, but this is to be expected in Venice, but still comfortable for a few days.

Me dijeron que era algo que pasaba con todos los pasajeros que reservan con booking. Además la info del desayuno no fue clara, me dijeron que podía utilizarlo sin aclararme que tenía que pagarlo.

Мы приехали раньше времени и нам разрешили оставить чемоданы, а когда мы пришли все было уже в номере. Номер просторный, но потолки очень низкие. Мы сняли номер на втором этаже и это был номер под крышой, мне с дочкой было нормально, но мой сын ростом 186 и это оказалось проблемой, он несколько раз очень сильно ударился головой и заработал несколько шишек, если вы высокого роста - номер не для вас. И ещё минус это то что при входе в номер сразу ступеньки и этот проход узкий с большим чемоданом это будет тяжело.

Posizione ottima, dietro a piazza san marco in zona molto tranquilla. €20 a testa per fare colazione sono eccessivi… basta uscire e andare in un bar li sotto e si risparmia notevolmente

And the staffs were helpful although they may not be at the dest all the time, but they are quite responsive once call was made. Great location to all attractions. With right pricing, it’s a good choice 👍 Clean and modern room. Good space for three people.
- DESPOINA (9/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πολύ κεντρικά και σε αρκετά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, επίσης ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν οκ γενικά, στο check out που ζητήσαμε να μας αποθηκεύσουν για κάποιες ώρες τις αποσκευές μας λίγο κάπως άλλαξε η συμπεριφορά τους σε φάση «πολύ μας ενοχλείται». Θα προτιμούσα το κρεβάτι να ήταν ενιαίο και όχι δυο μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα, αυτό μας ταλαιπώρησε διότι είχαν κενό, και διάφορα ύψους. Επίσης υπάρχει πρόβλημα ηχομόνωσης εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά του καταλύματος. Επίσης λόγω του γεγονότος ότι πρόκειται για μικρό δωμάτιο θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μια καλύτερη πόρτα μπάνιου που βρίσκεται μπροστά από το κρεβάτι.

Приміщення розділене на дві кімнати, але дверей не має між ними. Чисте приміщення зі всіма зручностями, прибирання кожного дня. Розташування в центрі, біля площі Сан-Марко.

- dee67da77a5871be534b4c5687b31fe8 (7/5): Tolles Hotel, leider viele Mücken im Zimmer. - Die Lage ist top! Das Hotel befindet sich 30 Meter von der Vaporetto-Station „San Zaccaria“ und 5 Fußminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Es ist ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider hatten wir sehr viele Stechmücken im Zimmer (es gab keine Mosquito-Netze an den Fenstern). Das Problem war bekannt, an der Rezeption konnte man uns nicht weiterhelfen. In der zweiten Nacht konnten wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen, trotzdem wurden wir noch gestochen. Die Klimaanlage zeigte wenig Wirkung. Die vielen Mückenstiche überschatteten leider unsere Erfahrung. Klimaanlage und Strom funktionierten nur mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte, von der wir nur eine bekamen.

Location is quite good but the local street sellers seem to roll their trolleys past often and it’s noisy enough to wake you. Rude staff, one in particular speaking to his colleague on the phone in Italian laughing, while we were trying to speak about our issue we were having. Very dismissive and arrogant. Terrible check in. No offer of any map or local suggestions or info. Unwelcoming. We just worked things out ourselves. Two blocked toilets on and off our whole stay. Both shower doors broken. Three of us with multiple bites, not beg bugs but def something. Reception hardly ever staffed as they have two hotels and other one is the priority. Many other options to choose from. This didn’t tick many boxes.

Bed is large. Nice shower and good sized towels. Had bidet too Booking.com advert says they have air con they dont. Had to sleep with windows open and woke up to very painful bites from mosquitos. The pillows are flat as pancakes. They only give one key and its the only thing that will activate electricity. Usually any card will do in a hotel but not here. Reception isnt manned. You have to call if you have questions.

Наш номер был на первом этаже и иногда ночью с улицы тянуло сигаретный дым, и временами был шум с улицы. Сам номер очень небольшой, но удобный, кроме раковины в ванной, та ми очень не хватает полки, на которую можно поставить крема, принадлежности.

Certo a Venezia le stanze sono cosi e vanno super bene cosi , ad ogni luogo le sue prerogative uniche ed imprescindibili , il piccolo appunto era solamente per avere spazio tavolino di servizio in uno spazio piu " aperto piu' comodo " . ma sicuramente tutto davvero bene assicuro che tornero' ... questo e' il problema di altri ...a me e' piaciuto tutto ....

- Sonja (9/5): Zentrales Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück und ideal für 3 Tage Venedig. - Das Hotel Campiello ist 3 Minuten hinter der Seufzerbrücke, Markusplatz und Bootssteg Zaccharia. Es ist in einem ruhigen Innenhof, die Zimmer sind renoviert, sehr hübsch dekoriert und das Bad hat eine tolle Walkin Dusche. Das Frühstück war super, die Gastgeberin offeriert leckere Kuchen, Biscuits und Pancakes, nebst gefüllten Sandwich-Croissants und natürlich italienischem Kaffee. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Bett war für mich etwas zu hart.

Mutfak ve kahve makinesi vardı.Kesinlikle tekrar konaklama için tercih ederim Reservasyon yaptığımda kahvaltıyi da eklemiştim ama bu sistem otelde çok düşünülmemiş gibi geldi. sabah kahvaltısı sırasında insanlar zaten dar alanda tabaklarını doldururken hizmet gösteren personel oda numaranızı soÿleyene kadar sizi takip eder ve kontrolden sonra yine de kahvaltiyi checkout ücretine dahil ettiler

- ARJETA (4/5): Disappointed - I book for a family room in the hotel, and then they give an annex outside the building in the ground floor. We don't really like because it was just as a labyrinth. That we were not accommodated in the hotel building. And they didn't find a solution.

- Angel Francisco (8/5): Perfecto para moverte necesita una renovación de colchones - Ya fuimos otra vez y lo volvimos a elegir por la ubicación y lo cerca que tienes el vaporetto, volvimos a quedarnos en el apartamento de enfrente y es muy práctico. No me gustó que ahora no tienes la opción de incluir el desayuno si estás en el apartamento la otra vez si, me parece un error. Y las camas necesitan un cambio de colchón están muy trillados. Por lo demás perfecto

- judgespike (10/5): JEWEL BOX - This is the finest of all small hotels where we ever stayed, and we have stayed in every major city in Europe. Happened upon it when the hotel where we were supposed to stay was under construction. Met Veronica, whose family has owned the hotel for at least one generation. They immediately accommodated us, and, as it was available, got an upgraded room for the base rate. The breakfast was a full English breakfast and was sumptuous. The room, indeed, the hotel was recently upgraded. Walking distance to St. Mark’s Square. FANTASTICO! Did not find it through Trip Advisor but want my colleague members know about this little jewel box.
