Carol (9/5): If you are in the old quarter you must stay here. - As a solo female traveller I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was great. They got in touch with me before I landed. Helped me book my transfers from and to the airport. Also gave me recommendations for tours, restaurants and practically anything I needed. Absolutely no complaints. Safe, clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Earl (9/5): Wonderful experience at the Hanoi Exclusive Hotel - We loved our one week experience at this hotel. Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Walked everywhere. Staff were wonderful. Friendly, thoughtful and accomodating. We very much enjoyed interacting with Lien, Bun and Binh every day. Price of big breakfast, including anything from the buffet and menu, was very reasonable. Thoughtful housekeeping, like draping my cell phone cord over the pillow so it wouldn't get lost in the bedding. Good sized room with king bed (very firm mattress) and two night tables. Bench at foot of bed was a nice touch. Big shower. Desk, counter, closet and shelves made it easy to store our things. In-room safe, kettle and fridge. Attractive, clean and comfortable. Balcony was tiny, about 4' x 2' with one small chair and table. Not big enough for two people. Wifi was reasonable when it worked for basic TV viewing or Internet browsing but too unreliable for large uploads or video conferencing (we suspect this may be a general Internet service problem not unique to this hotel but we found our roaming cellular data more reliable) TV was a little dated and troublesome. We didn't try to watch much TV, but when we did we couldn't get our Netflix or Amazon Prime streaming services to work on it)

Special shout out to Binh and the lady at the desk whose name I have sadly forgotten but who speaks excellent English.

The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

arun (10/5): - The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There are some awesome authentic Vietnamese restaurants within 5 minutes from the hotel and there is a Starbucks just round the corner. But the standout thing was the service. Everyone speaks decent English and is super polite.

Brad (10/5): Great location, cold A/C and nice people. - The people were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was perfectly located in the center of everything in Old City. If you are traveling to other destinations, I would handle your own transportation because going through them was a challenge because they use the third party that was absolutely horrible. I would handle those logistics personally the next time. Going to Ninh Binh should have taken two hours, and it took us four hours because the transportation company dropped us off at three separate locations and made us move into different vehicles with different people. We were told it was going to be direct.

Sheriden (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. Rather noisy but you are in the middle of the city. Michael, Lin and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Thank you for a great stay 😊 Nothing.
Ellena (6/5): Keep expectations low. Messed up my booking. I’m surprised by the high rating given. Would not consider coming back - Value hotel. Location was great - many good options nearby. The King size beds were comfortable and large. The hotel made a mistake to my booking. We are 2 families with young children and we reserved 2 connecting suites city view but we were given 4 separate rooms instead. I WhatsApp the sales manager Michael for help whom managed to change 2 of the rooms into one connecting room and offered free bf and transport. The heater in room 702 was also not working properly - after my hubby was done with his hot shower, I was left with only cold water and it was freezing. The AirCon was also not cleaned and has accumulated dust. The staff on overnight shift was not the best in helping us move our luggages vs what we experienced at other hotels.

Mi (10/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Exclusive hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us organize the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Our room is nice with a small balcony. Good location with many good restaurants nearby. We definitely will come back. Highly recommend. Nothing
Mi (10/5): excellent hotel and staff especially Mike - very helpful and friendly staff. breakfast was very good . the hotel location's perfect very closed to the train street cafes and many restaurants ,Hoan Kiem lake and night market. Michael the hotel manager booked flights to Ho Chi Minh city for us and also did arrange the food tour and Halong Bay and Ninh Binh trips for us very convenient .Michael took us around the Hanoi Old Quarter and tasted eggs coffee which was great. Thank you Mike and your team for your great hospitality and service. We will stay here foresure next time visiting Hanoi. None

Kylie (10/5): small hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter with the most incredibly helpful staff - A small hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, with the most amazing friendly helpful staff that went out of their way to meet our every need. This hotel by far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the essence of Hanoi City. The rooms were clean and fresh and the breakfast was delicious with a small buffet of fresh fruit, pastries, toast, cereal and coffee and juice and you could also order dishes from a menu. The location is fantastic - as soon as you step out the door you are immersed onto local Hanoi life with street food stalls and shops and its only a short walk to train street, beer street and Hoan Kiem Lake. Michael and Lien were amazing. As soon as I booked they contacted me to ask if there was anything I needed help organizing. They arranged for us to be picked up from the airport, booked us on a fantastic day trip to Ninh Binh and an overnight trip to Halong Bay. They offered to mind our excess luggage when we went to Halong Bay and even gave us a room to freshen up in before our overnight train. Michael recommended places for us to eat and even offered to take us there. Totally above and beyond what you would expect from hotel management. I cant fault anything.

Maria (5/5): Buy earplugs - The room was not soundproof at all. We could hear loud noise from both the street and the corridor. We kept bumping into the cleaning supplies/water bottles left in the corridor. At the breakfast dusty empty bottles of alcohol were used as decoration.

Gina (8/5): a little gem - The room had adequate space with lots of areas to put our bags. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Both receptionist were amazing. From the first one who checked us in, assisting with transfers requirements even after she’d finished work for the day & was still assisting during her evening off. The second receptionist was also very helpful, assisting with breakfast she even escorted us across the road to our transfer. nothing

Vinh (10/5): highly recommended hotel in Hanoi! - Great location, directly in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter . Hanoi Exclusive Hotel is very closed to great cafes and restaurants. The hotel’s staff is very friendly delicates and helpful and they recommended and booked the trips to Sapa and Halong Bay for us with very good quality and we really enjoyed the trips. Room’s very cleaned and bright . Had a great stay overall. It’s new hotel so everything is new and clean. Would stay here again nothing .
Peggy (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect and close to city centre and the rooms had good sound proofing. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak perfect English. They also go above and beyond for their guest a staff member gave my partner a lift on his scooter to the war museum free of charge which was very thoughtful. I found the pillows uncomfortable and would wake up sore each morning.

Lucie (10/5): - Very well located in the center of old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious with balcony and hotel very clean. All the staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. The owners : Mia showed us how to do Nems (Spring rolls) and Michael is always ready to help. He is a very good driver with is moto. There is a good variety for breakfast. What a team !
Min Hyun (10/5): - The location is great just next to Old quarter, the room are nice and modern. But above everything is the kindness of the persons at the reception. They were helping us for anything we need at anytime 24/24. Definitely great value for money and all our family can recommend this hotel.

The hotel owner is fantastic, welcoming and obliging.
