Panie sprzątające naprawdę miłe i pomocne bardziej niż z recepcji Zepsuta klimatyzacja w całym hotelu (25 stopni w pokoju ) , SPA nie działające tylko basen . Obsługa na recepcji mało pomocna . Wyszedłem z hotelu dzień wcześniej choć miałem zapłacone ze śniadaniem . Zapytałem na recepcji czy mogę prosić o jakiś zastępczy prowiant ponieważ wymeldowuję się dzień wcześniej i nie będę na śniadaniu . Recepcja skierowała mnie do kuchni abym tam załatwiał sprawę . Jak na hotel 5 gwiazdek to mało go przypomina .

Nakon žalbe, jer smo rezervirali i platili sobu s pogledom na grad, smo dobili sobu kakvu smo i platili. Ta je stvarno imala lijep pogled. Cijena doručka od 21 euro po osobi mi se također nije svidjela tako da smo doručkovali van hotela.

- James (10/5): Perfect for a one night stop over in between flights - Great location for one night stop over in Shanghai, close to Maglev station which is just 8 mins train ride from the airport. Great view of the city from 38th floor, comfortable room with lovely bathroom, a Lawson just done the street for snacks and drinks if needed, cafe onsite. Nothing.

- Florence (9/5): Double Tree by Hilton hotel is Excellent 👍 - Everything about the hotel are excellent. The rooms are well clean and clear. The breakfast are superb with different choices. The staffs have a good customer service and very helpful. The location is very good for shopping and do other stuff. Although everything are good, but there's always room for improvement. There are too much mirrors in the bathroom.

- chinyeeg2024 (6/5): Old and tired Hotel - I would not recommend this hotel, as the property feels quite old and in need of renovation. While the location may be suitable for business travelers or those attending meetings or conferences, it is not ideal for leisure or sightseeing purposes. The breakfast area is very small and overcrowded, with long queues during peak hours, which made the experience uncomfortable. Service was acceptable but lacked warmth — the staff appeared very busy and there was little interaction or friendliness, with hardly any smiles. Overall, this hotel may work for work-related stays, but it does not offer a pleasant experience for travelers.

It was my friends birthday and the hotel bought up a cake and a lovely display on a tray for her. We paid to upgrade our room with a sofa, but didn’t have one. Also a couple of the sockets didn’t work in our room and the shower leaked. However we didn’t let that bother us to much.

They treat people who are brown like dirt, as a hilton honors gold member I have never experienced such service. Concierge doesn’t come up to get your luggage , doesn’t help you weight it , apart from location there is nothing good about this hotel I will never stay here nor recommend anyone to stay here, overpriced for a crappy service.

- ahe_eLL20125 (10/5): Great 2-Night Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Pudong - Checked in for 2 nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Pudong. As Hilton Honors Gold got upgraded to Executive room. Lucky me ! Hotel is right next to Lancun Road metro station so very convenient. Loved the warm cookies at check in. So nice maybe because I was hungry lol. The room view is everything facing the three siblings Shanghai Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center. Breakfast is great with more vegetarian options for my halal food. There is a good halal noodles restaurant across the road. Yummy. The staff in Doubletree Hilton Shanghai Pudong is attentive and well trained, making the stay even more pleasant. Solid choice for Pudong stays.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec la machine de change disponible sur place, mais cela a été pris en charge très rapidement par la réception, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, offrant tout le nécessaire pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Les équipements comme la piscine et le sauna ajoutent vraiment un plus au séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé, accessible en métro, même si nous avons utilisé principalement le taxi. Le quartier est animé, Le seul point d’amélioration concerne le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons trouvé pas assez varié pour les voyageurs occidentaux. Nous n’avons pas l’habitude de prendre des plats “réels” au petit matin, donc quelques options supplémentaires de style continental seraient appréciées.

La colazione buonissima è una vasta scelta di prodotti da mangiare veramente per tutti i gusti ! Nel complesso un ottimo posto ! L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che l'interno di ogni camera era un pochino vecchiotto rimasto negli anni 90 con la moquette e i mobili un pochino antiquati!
