Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows:
EUR 20 from 20:00 to 21:00.
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00.
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 02:00.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided per person and per stay.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate for stays of less than 6 nights. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 for bed linen and EUR 10 for towels.
When booking for more than 6 nights, we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.
It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbours.
It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
Please ensure that you always carry your keys with you. Any trip to the apartment to unlock the door after 21:00 will incur a fee of EIR 25.
Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.
Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement, which will incur a fee of EUR 10 per towel.
Automatic check-in
Check-in can be automatic. You will be sent a personal code on the day of your arrival.
In-person check-in
For nighttime arrivals, if the guest wishes to be attended to personally, we will be delighted to welcome them.
This service will incur an additional charge starting from 8:00 PM.
External noise (central location)
Due to the central location of the accommodation, it is possible that there may be disturbances from external noises (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). This fact will not be subject to any compensation.

Please note that all guests, regardless of their age, must complete the legal registration form according to Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).
When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated.

Le logement est facile d’accès , propre , bien équipé ! Accueil chaleureux et grande disponibilité de l’hôte! On recommande sans hésitation !

- Londoner (9/5): - The flat is modern, and well equipped. Its on the edge of the old town, very convenient for the sights and for everyday things like supermarkets and Salamanca Market. There are plenty of local cafes and bars. Homely had excellent communication throughout, in English, and were helpful and friendly. The flat is ground floor, with translucent blinds and metal shutters, so if you want complete privacy, you have to lower the shutters, so it's dark.

- AFRODITA MIHAELA (3/5): - It is near the Cervantes Theatre, old center. a place with a lot of noise day and night. All cars stop near our living’s window, bring and up the tourists, other deliveries. Of course we can hear a lot of loud conversations ! The building’s door when is opening with a code has a very powerful sound system also, which from our bedroom and living room are very disturbed e specially in the nights. Our bedroom’s window opens in a hall with low ventilation and very noisy.

Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne( sztućce, garnki, patelnie, czajnik, kawiarka, mikrofala, kuchenka, pralka, zmywarka...) w zasadzie przy samym centrum, ale bez hałasów. The room has everything you need. Also suitable for accommodation with family. It does not have its own parking place, the noise from the street is sometimes disturbing.

They reacted in few ours on our request. It is on the ground floor. One window is on the street where some vans stopped and make noise in the night. The electric radiator for heating was broken. The kettle was also broken but we asked for anoter one.

- Regina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, location is great. Close to shops and restaurants. The beach is about 15 minutes walk. It's quiet at night. Kitchen is well equipped, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine too. It was perfect for us.

You have everything you would need for a week or even a month holiday – a dishwasher, washing machine , tools for cooking etc. Bathroom is ok, a bathtub would be a great choice for those with kids – we were staying with a 18 month old and it was nice for her. Bed was comfortable yet – I remember reading something about a bedroom being secluded from other rooms and specifically on the other side so that the passers by would not disturb you while sleeping. I must say it is still quite noisy there, you can hear everyone opening and closing the door, people talking behind the wall and the lights there switch on and off throughout the entire night – which for me personally was not comfortable. The living room is fine as well, its connected to a little kitchen and we were given a kids chair as well, which was really nice and thoughtful. Nevertheless, if you feel like watching a movie or have a kid sleeping next to you in the living room on a sofa , u can hear every word outside as its literally on the street. I would not mind these minor issues mentioned above but travelling with a kid makes my demands a bit more complicated, so just for those with children, it is definitely something to consider. The hostess was super nice, though. Cannot complain. Location is PERFECT. U are close to everything you need by foot. see above

Even with a full sun outside, when being inside you might think it's cloudy. - The building door opening mechanism next to the window is quite loud - you can hear when someone is entering.
