• Mayra (9/5): - La ubicación muy buena. El alojamiento muy limpio y comodo para 2 personas. Esta en el 3er piso por escalera, lo cual puede dificultar a quien tenga mucho equipaje o alguna incapacidad motriz. De todas formas no fue un problema para nosotras.

• Matej (4/5): Bad service but decent apartment in great location - Apartment itself is quite nice. Slightly smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. The location is great, Gracia neighborhood offers many restaurants and easy access to public transport. Apartment is self-checkin. At check-in the apartment was not ready. We had to urge them via Booking.com messages to get it cleaned and prepared. One day before checkout they removed our bed linen and towels. Left a plastic bag with some new linen (sheet missing) and towels. I understand a possible confusion with my check-out date, but at least they could have finished changing the bed linen. The neighbor next door is not too happy the apartment door needs to be slam shut and complained.
• Carmen (10/5): Best option for visiting Barcelona - The location of the apartment is great! Very easy to reach all the important touristic points by walking. Very clean and well equipped even for longer journey. The terrace is great for breakfast. Maybe one more set of towels for people staying more than three nights would be a good idea.
• David (7/5): - La ubicación Es un cuarto piso, dicificil subir con las maletas. Los vecinos son en extremo quisquillosos. El lavabo del baño está obstruido y el agua de la regadera se sale por todo el baño

• Silke (8/5): Really enjoyed staying there.it was very unique - Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Liked the roof terrace. Nice and quiet. Well equipped. Drawers under the wash basin in the bathroom very convenient. Good size TV. The matrace was lumpy and made my back sore
• Justine (8/5): Bien équipé mais matelas sale - Très bien équipé et plutôt bien situé, procédure d'arrivée facile. Le matelas est sale et n'est pas recouvert par une housse de matelas, il est seulement recouvert par un drap laissant apparant les taches du matelas. Nous nous sommes fait reprendre par une personne (probablement la propriétaire) nous reprochant d'être sur la terrasse alors que nous n'avions pas dépassé l'heure autorisée (22max, il était environ 21h30) nous mangions en discutant calmement nous ne pensons pas avoir dérangé le voisinage. Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur ce n'est pas évident également.
• Benedikt (8/5): Geeignete Unterkunft für einen Kurzbesuch der Stadt. - Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, angenehme Terasse Der Kühlschrank ist defekt, jeden Morgen ist eine dicke Wasserpfütze vor dem Gerät. Die Wohnungstüre lässt sich von außen nicht leise schließen, die Nachbarin hat sich zu recht beschwert.

Je mettrai un bémol sur l'accès au toit car pas de porte directe de l'appartement ce qui nous obligeait à ouvrir et fermer l'appartement à chaque fois que nous allions sur la terrasse

• Florencia Graciela (5/5): - La ubicacion es buena y el depto es luminoso. Hay una vecina que te toca la puerta o te golpea la pared por cualquier cosa. Un dia a las 22 hs se me cayo algo al piso y me vino a decir que no hiciera ruido. Al dia siguiente me golpeo la pared a la misma hora porque movi una silla. Hay mucho olor a cigarrillo en la entrada y las escaleras al departamento. El depto si bien tiene todo lo necesario, es bastante chico. Me parecio caro para lo que ofrece.

• Niina (8/5): Good base from which to explore Barcelona. Thank you! - Good location. Had everything we needed. Nice option to use the balcony. Minor detail but the towels could have been a bit bigger and/or fluffier. I appreciate the need to respect the neighbors and can understand why there is an extensive list of rules about this. But it was a bit intimidating. Maybe that’s the intention.
