Если хотите выспатьс - Замечательное расположение, красивый вид с балкона, чисто, все есть, даже капсулы для стиральной машины 👍🏻 Стены в моих апартаментах были картонные, за стеной от кровати соседняя душевая, было слышно ВСЕ! Не очень свежие стены, требуют подкраски.

• Roy (1/5): The most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. - The location So many things didn’t work. The heater in the bedroom (the split) was not working, the TV didn’t work the whole time and they just said it was old and would be replaced(after our 4 night stay), the safe didn’t work properly and somebody had to come out twice and it really never seem to work correctly , one of the dining chairs had a busted leg, one of the lamps in the bedroom was complete busted. Also when we arrived there were workmen replacing the hot water heater and they weren’t finished until 3 hours later. There was no water until 7pm and nobody notified us.

The electric board sticking out of the wall in about a foot and was on the hallway close to washroom. Every time I pass it to go to washroom I watched it not to hit it by my head. A ház mellett pékség , szemben élelmiszerbolt, így a friss pékáru adott volt. Az ágy kènyelmes és nagy. A konyhában kapszulás kávéfőző. Szerintem nagyon lepukkant , biztos hogy ár- érték arányban nem megfelelő. Reggelinél az egyik szék használhatatlan, a fürdőkád borzasztó, a hálóban a lámpa villog, a konyhában nincs egy serpenyő, ami van is karcolt. A WC Ben folyamatosan folyt a víz. A terasz borzasztó belső falra néz.

Det var väldigt lyhört från gatan och därför svårt att sova. Toalettlocket satt inte fast och det var generellt noe slitet.

Tiene una cama muy cómoda. Fue un plus contar con hervidor, y cocina con todos los elementos y accesorios. Tiene una muy cómoda conexión con varios puntos de interés y todo se puede recorrer a pie Todo fue muy bien y lo que voy a mencionar a continuación no sé si es algo que suceda con frecuencia; pero al llegar nos tuvimos agua caliente durante algunas horas. Definir uma horario exata para check-in, poderia ter cortina na janela da cozinha (ja que é um studio e a luminosidade da cozinha vai direto para a cama) e o banho, apesar de ser bom, a agua quente dura muito pouco.

• LEE SEE (4/5): Disappointed - We were required to pay an additional “damage waiver fee” through an external link before receiving the check-in instructions. (This fee was not clearly disclosed during booking). The process took a lot of time, with repeated back-and-forth messages, and we required to sign for the rental terms and damage waiver fee before proceeding. It was very frustrating. • Erzsébet (6/5): - A Catalunya tér közelében volt az appartman, így minden könnyen megközelíthető gyalogosan és metróval. Online kommunikáció a szállással gyorsan ment és a digitális ajtózár is könnyen működött a korábban elküldött link segítségével.A letöltött "AKILES" alkalmazáson a "Pin code"-ra kattintva megad egy kódot is és ezt lehet használni a lakásba való bejutáshoz. (Ehhez már nem kell internet és telefon sem.) A konyha jól felszerelt és a fürdőben is volt minden. (Sampon, tusfürdő, wc papír, hajszárító.) A fürdőkád rozsdás volt és a fürdőben nincs akasztó a törölközőnek. A hálószobában nem működött a radiátor és csöpögött. Az ablakok nem záródtak, riglivel kellett zárni, így a szél keresztül süvített a lakáson. A szekrényben lévő széfet nem tudtuk használni, mert nem működött. A berendezés kopott, elavult. A lakás felújításra szorul!

Además, la nevera no funcionaba y, aún indicándoselo, nadie hizo el más mínimo intento de corregirlo.

You will need to clean before leaving but in their check out message they say “you’re in vacation don’t clean” ?? Who wants to get an extra charge! There are better places, Not worth it.

• Tarek (9/5): Excellent apartment in an excellent location, very well equipped and furnished and extra clearn. - Excellent location, extra clean and spacious apartment, way beyond my expectations with excellent condition in the overall finishes. Rooms are well furnished. Kitchen is very well equipeed. Bathrooms include all the needed towels, toilet paper, shower gel ..etc but no bar of soap or liquid hand soap dispenser. Easy chekcing in and out insructions. Customer support responded when messaged very quicky. All in all I would highly recommend dealing with the U-nique franchise. I was given a rear view apartment with view of the Casa Batllo and Casa Amatler from the back, which is quite a unique view that is not available in any architectural book or web site. Major Issue: Sound insulation from neighbours needs looking into. Minor Issues: TV: Problem with the remote control of the TV. This was not an issue due to the short stay. Also having mostly Spanish channels was not very encouraging to use the TV. It is suggested to provide English speaking satellite channels or options other than Spanish only channels or clear instructions on how to get no-Spanish channels. Recommend adding extra blankets for those sensitive to cold like myself, however, one heater was provided in the apartment, so this was not a big issue. Adding a soap bar o liquid soap dispenser in each bathroom is required to avoid using the shower gel. This is purely pshychological, but since this apartment has an electronic internet operated entrance lock on the entrance door, a safety chain on the inside may be included. Although the rear view of the living area and main bedroom was interesting, however, the Second bedroom room overlooked the elevator shaft with no view. This may be an issue for clastrophobic persons or anyone expecting views to the outside from his bedroom. Again, I beleive that all those issues did not detract from the overall experience which was well beyond my own expectations.
• Louise (8/5): - En lättare sliten lägenhet men generell rent. Bra utrustning i köket och där fanns tvättmaskin på en liten balkong där man kan torka tvätten med. Vi bodde 3 i lägenheten och en fick sova på bäddsoffan. Fanns inget laken att bädda med så man fick ligga på halva täcket (var dubbeltäcke). Vi hörde tyvärr mycket till grannarna som bodde bredvid och över oss, så vill man ha tyst är detta inte en lägenhet att rekommendera. Men vi störde oss inte av det. Vi hade utsikt mot bakgården och hade ett av Gaudí fina hus som utsikt från baksidan, hel fantastisk att se båda dag som kväll. Precis ut på gatan fanns massor av butiker och restauranger så var mitt i smeten av allt. Perfekt för dom som vill gå till det mesta och gillar att shoppa.

• Ranganath (5/5): The stay was not accomadative, specifically early checkin /checkout luggage storage - It was clean and in a good locality The pictures on the website were different from the actual place. It looked more compact in reality. No ample space to keep your suitcase if it’s more than 1 large suitcase.No storage facilities for the luggage after checkout or early checkin. The location was not shared before hand we had to struggle to find the location that delayed the checkin time. Also we have to cope up with the checkin time accordingly with agents availability even after the checkin time. On the whole they were not accommodating and don’t have their own luggage storage after checkout incase you want to store and head out to see the city. Plan accordingly.

Solicité ingresar antes por vuelo q arribó a las 7 ha abonando la diferencia y no me lo permitieron. Pero a las 11 horas del día de check out no sol habíamos recibido el ingreso del personal de limpieza sino también del huésped siguiente q ingresaba a las 11. Nos dio poca seguridad

• Mei (9/5): Will come back again - The apartment is fully furnished with the facilities we need. Hair dryer, washing machine (no dryer function), kitchen equipped with pot etc. the location is superb too. It’s just behind the famous Casa Battlo. The room can see the Casa directly. The cleaner asked us to dispose everything (basically we already wash the dishes, throw the garbage away ). We only leave empty shopping bags and empty water bottle. Yet the cleaner insist us to dispose it and the garbage bin is few blocks away from the apartment. This is unacceptable as the house rules didn’t state it was compulsory but appreciate if guest dispose the garbage. We were rushing to the airport and was so rush. Hopefully the owner will advise the cleaner accordingly.
• Adam (7/5): Great apartment, great hosts, a few minor issues but would stay in again. - It is an excellent location in a great neighborhood in Barcelona. It is convenient to major metro stops, shopping, nightlife, tourist sights, and more. Major landmarks make it convenient to find and navigate. There are lots of options for breakfast. The elevator worked well and was helpful in getting to and from the bottom floor. A few things of note, all primarily minor: 1) Please provide instructions in English on how to use the washing machine. After I tried to use it, my group had to use AI to figure it out, but my clothes were waterlogged. 2) Not in control of the hosts, but in the building, there was an extremely loud newborn. 3) One of the bathrooms is separate from the bedroom. I'm unsure if this is common in Barcelona apartments, but plan accordingly. 4) The shower in the attached bathroom had extremely slick floors and was slightly elevated. Use caution, as it could easily have caused an injury if you didn't have careful balance. All in all, it is a great place for staying in a great location and exploring Barcelona.
• Behzad (4/5): Need major reconstruction to be comfortable - I would like to report several issues with the accommodation during our stay: • Both showers were very small, and water kept spilling onto the floor. One of the bathrooms was extremely cramped, making it difficult to use the shower. • The sofa bed was broken and unusable, causing one of our family members to have an uncomfortable sleep and wake up with back pain. • The coffee machine in the kitchen did not work properly, and there was no dishwasher available. • The heating system was not functioning, making it very difficult to manage the cold temperatures at night. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, but overall, the house requires major improvements to be truly comfortable.

• Derek (7/5): Comfortable but pricey. - Superb location. Comfortable and clean beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Working and strong air conditioning, if needed. Fantastic view of the rear of Casa Batlló and Sagrada Familia in the distance. Updated building with modern elevator. We were reminded several times that we had to wash the dishes and take out the trash. I understand the dishes, but for the price we're paying, you're saying you can't take out the trash for us?????? It's standard practice in the industry. What are we paying you for?

The apartment itself was old and small. It has everything to live. In general, we liked it. The hot water. There is a big problem with hot water boiler. And if you are family of 4 people, the hot water not enough and you have to wait.

• Silvia (1/5): Not recommended - We were 5 people. One hand towel and one bath towel for the 6 days’ stay. One roll of toilet paper. We got hold of a second and third roll when we saw the supply room was left open on day 4. Thank you thin paper napkins that we had brought from home Washing machine wouldn’t open after cycle was finished.Clothes we held hostage in water for 2 days. Once we ran the cycle again and it stopped we were able to open the machine only to watch as water poured out onto kitchen floor. The apt was light and airy.The building was clean and elevator worked. It seems that the redeeming qualities of our stay in that apartment were based on the quality of the building and not of the attention and hospitality of the rental agency. They need to get a refresher course in courtesy and hospitality in order to provide their clients, who pay rather exorbitant prices with better care. The woman I spoke to on the phone upon entering the building wouldn’t provide me with the code to open the door to the apartment until I payed the 72 euro Catalunya tax, I said that I would once I entered apt and sat down, despite having tons of luggage and 4 teenagers to enter the property . Not recommended It is all explained above
