Удобное местоположение рядом с площадью Таксим, можно уехать на метро и на автобусе.

• Martin (7/5): - Buena ubicación y personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Muchas escaleras para llegar a cualquier habitación, no hay ascensor. Los calentadores de las habitaciones se encienden cada 5 minutos haciendo un ruido molesto durante aprox 1 minuto, adicionalmente no hay un blackout que cubra la ventana por completo entonces entra mucha luz a la habitación y esto hace que no sea tan agradable para dormir y descansar.

• Mozaffari (1/5): Don't waste your money - The location is centeric We got two suits and both were very low quality, the room was humid without any proper windows. The bed and mattress were aweful! Smelled a llllot and was not like the photos or descriptions whatsoever.
• Georgia (8/5): Great value overall - Great place for a short or long term stay in Istanbul! Having a kitchen and washing machine is so convenient and it’s in a great location. Some of the other reviews mention that the street it is on feels a bit dodgy but we didn’t feel this at all, it’s just off the main road and there is always people or cars around. Similar to other reviews, we had an issue with the room we booked “not being available” and were given another totally different room. However it was a much bigger room and they didn’t charge us extra for it so it all worked out in the end. If you are really tied to the room you want then make sure you specify this to them, as they are really helpful when you need.

• miriam (10/5): - We had a great stay at this accommodation. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our experience even better. The location is excellent, just next to Taksim Square, making it very convenient for getting around the city and exploring Istanbul. The bed was also very comfortable, and we were able to rest very well after long days of sightseeing. Overall, everything was very good and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

При цьому в номері достатньо тихо, щоб добре виспатися. У самому номері є все необхідне для комфортного життя: повноцінна кухня, пральна машина,завжди була гаряча вода. Номер чистий і затишний. Особлива подяка менеджеру Алі. Він дуже привітний і завжди намагається допомогти. Коли у нас виникли питання щодо холоду в помешканні, він оперативно допоміг із додатковими теплими ковдрами та постіллю. Дуже вдячні за таку турботу!

The location is great — close to Taksim Square with plenty of local spots for breakfast and dinner nearby. Ali is a fantastic host, very responsive and always in touch. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Он очень хорошо говорит на русском. С заботой подошел к процессу нашего заселения. Всегда интересовался, все ли есть и не нужно ли чем-нибудь помочь. Мы бронировали двухместный номер, но Али, великолепный человек, предложил нам трехместный номер с прекрасным видом на город на последнем этаже. В номере есть все для продолжительного проживания: набор посуды на все случаи жизни, электрическая плита, горячая, вода, отопление, электрический чайник и микроволновка. В номере есть в достаточном количестве чай, кофе и сахар. Уборка выше всяких похвал. После уборки номер был всегда идеально чистый. Всегда вовремя менялись полотенца и постельное белье. Всегда были заполнении баночки с гелем для душа и шампунем. Категорически рекомендую данный отель, как для короткого так и для длительного проживания

• Marina (9/5): - Хорошие апартаменты, расположены в пешей доступности от главной пешеходной улицы Истикляль по доступной цене. Недалеко остановка автобуса до аэропорта. Очень отзывчивый администратор Али, свободно говорит по русски. В апартаментах есть тапочки, питьевая вода, шампунь-гель, вся необходимая посуда. Ночью было тихо.

No matter the time, he helped as much as he could. Location is very close to public transportations, shopping, sightseeing, airport transfer etc Property was accepting only cash. I found it difficult to pay with addl exchange rate for withdrawing cash in ATM.

Отель находиться в 7 минутах от метро Taxsim, для нас это было важно т.к. утром на метро нужно было добраться до аэропорта. Так же не далеко основные достопримечательности Стамбула, улица Истикляль, Галатская башня все в приятной неспешной прогулочной доступности. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов. В отеле нас встретил Алим, очень приветливый и доброжелательный, владеет несколькими языками, в том числе русским. Номер нам предоставили очень большой, чистый и что не мало важно с тихо работающим кондиционером.От отеля остались положительные эмоции. Минусов не нашли, все исправно работало от воды до кондиционера.

• Irina (10/5): - Отличное расположение от площади Таксим ,неспешным шагом 7-10 минут. Отличный и внимательный персонал и владелец отеля. Говорят на английском и русском. Заселили нас без проблем раньше 14.00, что было очень приятно после долгого перелета. В номере есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, стирки и отдыха. Для двоих площадь апартаментов вполне подходящая. В апартаментах хорошее отопление. Отличное соотношение цены и качества для этого района. Под окнами бывает шумно по ночам. Не хватало более яркого освещения в апартаментах и более разнообразного набора посуды , а именно чайных ложек, крышек от сковородок и кастрюль.

• Anam ur (9/5): Welcoming, peaceful, economical and has almost everything one might need. - The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location of hotel is just right. You are just a few minutes away from the Taksim Square, where you can find the metro station and also it is very well served by the buses that pass near the main road. Being a little away from the main Istiklal Street, you can find local hotels here where locals are having their normal breakfast or lunch or dinner and the prices are much more economic in this zone. The Taksim Square is on the hilltop, so coming from Taksim Square, you might need to take a steep downhill walk, and when going back to Taksim Square, you will need to take an uphill walk. It is just the geographical location of the place, so you should keep it in mind if you have any limitations or a special need where you cannot walk on such streets. the hotel does not have a lift, but the staff is friendly, and if you ask, they can help you with the luggage in both cases, to bring it up and also to bring it down on the ground floor. Our room [4] had TV, Kettle, washing machine, hair dryer and an electric stove as well. [Jan 2026]
• Neda (9/5): - Mr Ali was very helpful and welcoming and helped us with anything we wanted. The doors were very safe with several locks which made us feels safe. I would have brought towels if I had space in my luggage, because the towels are old but clean.

Konumu çok merkeziydi ve ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Fiyatına göre sunduğu hizmet çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim كنا راضين جدًا عن إقامتنا. كان النزل نظيفًا ومرتبًا للغاية. الموظفون كانوا مهتمين ولطفاء وساعدونا في كل شيء. الموقع مركزي جدًا وسهل الوصول إلى وسائل المواصلات. مقارنة بالسعر، كانت الخدمة ممتازة. أنصح به بالتأكيد.

Недалеко станция метро, магазины, кафе, обменные пункты. Сотрудник помог при покупке лекарств, показал, где находится ближайший продуктовый магазин. Жильё было предварительно оплачено, но про нас забыли... наш номер был занят. Предлагали различные варианты, вплоть до возврата денег, но искать что-то позним вечером просто не было сил. Нас поселили в другой гостинице, где не было ни кухни, ни стиральной машины, на целых двое суток. После поселили в наши апартаменты, но в более просторный номер, где единственной проблемой был неустойчивый сигнал wi-fi в спальне.

• li (9/5): - The manager Volkan is so warm,helpful and considerate,we have a baby cot,cookers,a heater,a stove and all the necessities we need.He helped to carry our luggage to the second floor and tried his best to meet my needs.The room is pretty warm,cozy and its location is perfert,which is only a few minutes' walk from Taksim Square. There's a big slope around the hotel,which is in an alley.If you are carrying plent of luggage,I suggest you don't come on foot from the airport bus stop.As it's really affordable,I can't say the room isn't spacious and the bed is 1.4ish size.One last thing is the roof light is too dim to see things clearly,even with the table lamps on.

• Dragan (10/5): Sunshine i Ali - Moram da kažem da smo produžili boravak u ovom apartmanu jer smo bili prezadovoljni Alijem koji je vodio računa o svemu što nam je bilo potrebno. Ponavljamo da je lokacija savršena od svega što je bitno za funkcionisanje: autobuska stanica, metro stanica, prodavnice hrane. Svega 5 minuta od trga Taksim i isto toliko do ulice Istiklal. Ali, bez obzira na sve, najbolji adut ovog apartmana je predivni domaćin Ali. P.S. Ali, ako ovo čitaš, puno te pozdravljamo, vratićemo se sigurno. Dragan i Tijana
• Dragan (8/5): - Lokacija apartmana je izuzetno dobra jer je potrebno svega 5 minuta do glavne ulice Istiklal. U blizini se takođe nalaze autobuska stanica Tarlabaši i metro stanica Taksim koje vas povezuju sa svim važnim mestima u gradu. Marketi su takođe u blizini. Imali smo mali nesporazum u vezi rezervisanog apartmana i vremena ulaska u isti ali smo sve uspešno rešili sa prijatnim i ljubaznim Alijem koji nam je bio na raspolaganju za sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Vikendom tokom noći je bila buka na ulici. Sve pohvale za Alija.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Все хорошо - Менеджер Али помог решить вопросы с заселением и дал нам номера рядом , хоть и на второй день . Али очень быстро решает любые проблемы, легко коммуницировать с ним. На Букине снят один конкретный номер а когда приезжаешь заселяться то начинается лотерея , может попасться номер на первом этаже с окном в стену , а может тот что на фото. Надо писать сообщение менеджеру какой номер нужен на каком этаже обязательно

• Hicham (3/5): Décevant. - le concierge Ali était disponible. mais, l'hotel n'etait pas à la hauteur, vieux, pas rénové, qui a souffert, sol abimé et chambre trés étroite, fenêtre donnant sur la gaine technique du voisinage, sdb avec moisissure :( Nous avons été déçus car les photos sur booking, sont largement maquillées, qui ne reflètent pas la réalité de l'etablissement. en effet, l'hotel n'etait pas à la hauteur, vieux, pas rénové, qui a souffert, sol abimé et chambre trés étroite, fenêtre donnant sur la gaine technique du voisinage, sdb avec moisissure :(
• Yurii (10/5): - Нам нужно было переночевать ночь в Стамбуле,выбор пал на эти апартаменты. Расположение великолепное, 2 минуты от улицы Истикляль, 10 минут Галатская башня. Али просто великолепно нас встретил. Рассказал,объяснил,помог заказать такси в аэропорт.Нам очень понравилась такая душевность.

• Stephane Pereau (9/5): Had a wonderful stay there. Very friendly and helpful staff. - Thanks to the director who gave us a free upgrade due to the other guests not checking out on time. Very clean Helpful and nice staff. Room on the top floor had a great view of the city Calm area away from the busy Istiklal Street but close enough to walk. Room had a washing machine
• Chih (9/5): Good value apartment style suites - It's conveniently located near Taksim square and Istiklal St, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite small and cozy, but it had everything we needed including a small kitchenette, washer, drying rack, safety box, and air conditioning. Ali was very helpful and was always available when we had questions or needed anything. there are no elevators and the rooms are located up a steep and narrow staircase. The room was also not very soundproof and you can hear the sounds from the streets, but it was usually not a problem.

• Nicodemus (9/5): Excellent - I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Taksim Square and İstiklal Street, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay!

• Ekaterina (10/5): Уютный отель для комфортного отдыха! - Небольшой уютный отель. Комфортная кровать, есть все необходимое для быта: приготовить поесть, постирать, погладить и прочее. Чистота и порядок. Из окна с небольшим балкончиком красивый вид на старые дома города. Отель в самом центре города, хорошая транспортная доступность: метро, фуникулер, трамвай и тд, Спасибо Али за гостеприимство! Все рассказал, показал номер, показал где купить продукты, на все возникающие вопросы ответил, сказал писать в любое время, когда есть вопросы, помог поднимать и спускать сумки. Мы с мужем довольны проживанием в отеле! 👍 -
• Denis (10/5): - The team is exceptionally helpful and kind , especially Ali. The room was clean , a lot of coffee and tea , towels and everything. The stay was nice. The street is quiet, Taksim Square is in 3 minutes walk.
• Viktoriya (10/5): 5 из 5 - Все супер! Очень гостеприимное место! И сама улица колоритная - создает особое настроение. Заселили раньше времени, все рассказали, показали. Идеальное расположение! Нужно было пожить сутки в поездке между двумя аэропортами. Так вот: от площади Таксим, где останавливаются автобусы из аэропортов буквально 5-7 минут пешком. И до многих достопримечательностей можно дойти за 15-20 минут.

• Shahnoza (10/5): - Отель очень понравился! Отличное местоположение рядом с площадью Таксим – рядом все основные достопримечательности, удобно передвигаться по городу. Нам предоставили просторный номер, соответствующий описанию. Отдельно хочу отметить работу ресепшена – Али. Он всегда был внимателен, помогал с любыми вопросами: подсказал дорогу, поделился сим-картой и выполнял все просьбы очень быстро. Благодаря такому отношению отдых прошёл комфортно и спокойно. Большое спасибо отелю и персоналу, обязательно приедем ещё!
