• Caroline (2/5): - Easy check in and decent location There was only working water in one room so I had to walk downstairs and wait for everyone else in the place to use the one toilet/shower. Staff did not inform me of this, but a girl staying in my room did. The whole place also had a strange and unpleasant smell.

I had to make a rush decision to book and go somewhere else. DO NOT BOOK IS A SCAM! I should have taken a few pictures and I want a full refund as I did not stay there at all! It was for 2 nights! Book somewhere else please!

• ZAINAL (7/5): Just OK - Location is good for anyone wanting to have the bukit bintang vibe. The bunk beds with a roll down screen in a 4 person bedroom is just good enough for a one night stay to get some rest. No frills, other special amenities, it is after all, a 2 star type accommodation Stairs up to the 2nd floor were steep and dark, good luck with carrying heavy /large bags. Toilets although in separate cubicles and private, were very small with no space left for changing into dry clothes after showering and absolutely no hangers or shelves to put aside clothes. Lockers are without usable locks. Being in an area full of bars and late night parties, getting a quiet sleep is close to impossible.

The managers, Marziha, Sara, and Ahmed, were fantastic—very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

• Nash_farha (8/5): Just Okay - Clean, the bed comes with a privacy curtain, the room has attached toilet and shower so it's great. Near Changkat Bukit Bintang, lotsa food, bar and noise. The entire hostel have some kind of creepy vibes, with the lobby and the entire ground floor is in the dark.

I am not coming back to this place

In general there was no real bathroom and it wasn't very clean. It felt more like people living there than backpackers. The street was a bit sketchy.

• Olivia (6/5): Very strange staff - The location is pretty good, most places are walkable and the metro station is nearby as are shopping centres Quite bizarre experience from the outset. The staff barely acknowledged our existence and would refuse to make any effort to talk and would ask us to write down what we wanted instead. No attempt at even thank you (in Bahasa) from the staff. Perhaps they are mute (which is obviously fine) but would’ve been nice to be told. The rooms are also TINY barely room to fit 2 bags in room next to the bed. Probably wouldn’t recommend as it’s still quite expensive for what you get and the bizarre service you receive.

There was no water in the toilets all day long. People were walking around with their hands covered in shit after using the toilet. They couldn't wash their hands. There was no bathroom. A man was sleeping in the bathroom. I was shocked when I saw him. You have to wash with him. The whole place is filthy. I couldn't stand it and immediately arranged accommodation elsewhere in the morning and ran away. Stay away from here. No one who loves and respects themselves should stay in this hotel. • Mayer (2/5): the booking in Agoda was a quick change of price,aft.1hour. - I did not like anything after,they treated me.telling me to change the room that Agods had already deducted from my account,they quick change the room from thee paid price RM 153.thats not the price if the room they wanted to give me,and there was a quick change in Agoda suddenly the price went up,after the argument,I don't like to be treated like as if do not deserve a fair stay.Agoda is also playing games with their customer,asking silly questions not answering calls,or emails,are u all connected in away that u get commission for your righteous help to customers,and the owner can't even have interest in helping their guests,instead she turn down the guest,by saying find another hotel,after u had got my money,u can call Agoda for the guest n tell them what was your plan,u got the correct contacts with Agoda.but u were happy to created a unhelpful mind.the room no window, my request for windows,cos in the booking not stated clearly of the quality of all the rooms,it need to specify in good conduct.n not guest finding it's paid room with no quality,I have ask for my refund for the 8 to 9 August, RM 153 to put back onto my account. I didn't like anything after I was treated like as if I was their young son or brother,when I walk in ,a very unclean smell that sense the hotel is not recognized the darkness n unclean environment..The mute boy change me to Ramada Hotel suite,thinking it was good deal but the next day it was different,I could pay for reasonable price for the suite, but it was book,when I told the mute boy to hod the room for extension, he did not know what I was saying to him,he was blueish n was thinking how to explain but all went wrong,so my advise is not to just jump into all these kind of hotels where every thing is complicated, they will confuse u n later what u have paid,u can't get it back,it's all connected.find a hotel secured n professional staffs .

Manager do not go to hotel they stay in what’s app. There is not sitting on the reception who cannot talk and cannot hear. Room size is like a bed. Beside the bed there is no space to stand. Actually the room is in the toilet. Not toilet in the room. Horrible place.

• Komal (3/5): Horrendous - The location was good, the room and beds were comfy and so was AC. it had privacy panels too in bunk beds. The frequency of them cleaning the rooms is not good as it stayed dirty for all 3 days I stayed there, the bathroom stinks too as it was a shared one and wasnt cleaned frequently but not just that, I had a horrendous experience there as they moved my open luggage without my permission, forget permission , I wasnt even informed about it. i came back late at night and found that my room has been changed, they touched my stuff , packed it and shifted my room and i came to know when I saw someone else sleeping in my room. the night staff wasnt informed about it and had to call morning staff to get clarification of the situation. there was noone who I could complaint about this too as the lady who owns it is least bothered and rarely visits, didnt even receive any apology for the same and overall it has been a nightmare

• Kelly (3/5): For sure not worth it's price. - Wifi was vey good. Location is okay, near to city center and very near to shopping street, around has a some bars. Bed was comfortable (had a lamp and curtain), AC was good (with remote). Toilets were okay. While I checked in the guy in reception wasn't very polite- he was insterest more of his game in the phone, I had to ask to show me my room and wifi password. Room has no windows, has a strong moist smell and floor was very dirty (corner was extra dusty and hairy). One locker in my room was broken, some bed lamps weren't working.
• Khadija (6/5): Okay stay - Nice hostel. Beds were comfortable. Little terrace area was fine. Cafe was nice downstairs. Staff were nice. Water was not working while I was there. Had to use bathroom on 1st floor but it was usually in use so had to wait for long periods of time to have shower. Bit annoying. Also lockers were not great for storing stuff in. Laundry service sent my clothes back smelling like swimming pool.
