- Mark (1/5): Good at start then today was very very poor from staff offering no help with clothes damaged - The location When I woke up this morning there was a leak in the bathroom from under the sink , I had left clothes on floor and all the water soaked a top and shorts I was meant to wear today. When checking out I showed the staff on reception the pictures and video of the leak and showed them my clothes soaked, There reply was will get someone to check the room soon, No apology no offer with help about wet clothes , Very very unprofessional, So I kow had to go and buy some new clothes today to travel in and my clothes that are wet are still in a bag in my car,

- Howard (7/5): Uncomfortable Check In. - Very quiet hotel. Car park was large and ample for a very large van or bus. Being quizzed and questioned on arrival for a business booking after working for fifteen hours was not what I wanted. I assume because of my casual clothing. Yet when I changed into my office cloths I was treated quite differently. Mattress issues, I am not a heavy person but the springs made the sleep uncomfortable. Toasting machine dispenses out of the back missing the delivery tray. Extractor in bathroom not working. Unable to open windows because of no key.

I cann - The staff were all fantastic On your room key it states that you can get ready to sleep like a king. But my room was right next to a very busy high speed railway line and the windows were dated and didn’t close properly.

Only that one new member of the staff , on his first day at the hotel , did not that taxis booked to take passengers towards London picked them up 50 yards down a back road behind a hotel .

There was a tv in the room but there wasn’t any remote control for it. The window was open but you couldn’t lock closed because the handle was missing.

- Helen (7/5): - Smart TV in the room so it was easy to do screen mirroring with the phone. Really good hot breakfast with varieties to choose from. The children loved the yoghurt particularly. There is no socket close to the bedsides, but just 1 socket close to the kettle on the table. I stayed in a family room so it was difficult to charge our gadgets.

- Trefor (6/5): - Leaving. This is a huge hotel. There are several Disabled Parking bays outside the front entrance, most of which are occupied by cars and vans without Disabled Parking discs. The young man on reception did not smile or make me feel welcome in any way. I mentioned that I was partially disabled and struggled to walk, so he gave me a room as far away as possible. My room was at the rear of the hotel. High speed trains roared past every minute or so. The female in charge of breakfast in the dining area was akin to a regimental Sergeant Major/ Traffic Warden.
