• ANTONIO (9/5): - Localização excelente! Tudo muito bom, desde a entrega das chaves pelo Ernesto até ao momento de check-out. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia curta. Quartos espaçosos, com casas de banho. Colchões um pouco desconfortáveis - suficiente para 3 noites, mas se fossem mais noites seria complicado. Caldeira de água quente é pequena para banhos de 4 pessoas.
• Branka (7/5): - Lokacija je bila odlicna. Prljava vrata, prljava kuhinja, sve ruke se vide po visecim elementima i osjeti se miris vlage. Buking je odredio cenu takse i poreza 83€, a vlasnici objekta su nam naplatili 140€! Zamolili smo ih samo kofere da ostavimo par sati ranije, jer smo stigli oko 10, a ulazak je bio od 15h, trazili su nadoknadu od 70€.

• Anna (3/5): Pis amb molta olor humitat i de cloaca - El pis feia molt mala olor, a humitat ii a cloaca, les persianes estaven trencades, la tv de l’hanitació no funcionava, els veïns feien molt soroll a la nit per l’escala i ens picaven a l’interfono constanment! Les fotos de l’allotjament no coincidien amb el pis.

• Raluca (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything was perfect. The location was great, very convenient and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

• Anita (6/5): - The location is close to metro, there are two bathrooms. The communication with staff was not the best. We asked several times for a crib. It was not there on our arrival but the day after and it had spots on it. And maybe the worst part is that the apartment was not very clean and has mold on the bathroom walls.
• SNEZHANA (10/5): Замечательные апартаменты в шаговой доступности до лучших мест в Барселоне - Прекрасные комфортабельные апартаменты с двумя спальнями и прилегающими к ним ванными комнатами, отдельный третий санузел. Метро находится в минуте ходьбы. Большой запас кофе, сахара, туалетной бумаги, шампуня и геля для душа. В апартаментах тихо. Что нам еще понравилось, так это личная встреча с хозяйкой и передача ключей. Не было квеста при заселении. Советую на 100 процентов проживание для отдыха в Барселоне!!! Ничего
• Hong (9/5): Great apartment, definitely will come again. - The location is the best, you can reach everywhere on foot, metro is just downstairs if you need, surrounding by a lot of good restaurants, very convenient. Apartment is cosy and clean, 3 bathrooms which are very practical. Nothing.
• Tanja & Dietmar & Isabella (7 years) (5/5): Heruntergekommenes Apartment mit toller Lage - Nur die Lage war toll! Wiegt aber nicht die Negativ-Punkte auf. Das Apartment ist komplett runter gekommen & 24/7 stinkt es darin nach Kanal. (Selbst wenn man lüftet) Der Geschirrspüler sifft unten raus sodass sich eine Pfütze bildet, die Billig-Möbel fallen fast auseinander. Das gesamte Gebäude ist derart hellhörig, dass man jedes Wort im Flur hört und auch von der Straße bekommt man alles mit. Schlaf wird aber eh überbewertet. :( Sauberkeit : Gut gemeint, aber nicht gut gemacht.

Nonostante il limite della lingua è stata molto precisa dandoci le informazioni sia sull'appartamento che sui mezzi nelle vicinanze tendenzialmente nulla
• Martin (8/5): Godt ophold i lejligheden - Lejligheden lå dejligt centralt, at den var delt godt op, så hver par havde deres egen afdeling med senge og badeværelse Køkkenet køleskab og fryser kunne ikke lukke ordentligt.

• Christine (9/5): Super Lage - perfekt zum Erkunden von Barcelona - Die Lage ist perfekt, super Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Direkt nebenan gibt es 2 Bäcker, Supermarkt liegt auch günstig. Die Wohnung hatte für die zwei Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer jeweils eine separate Klimaanlage. Es gibt zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad und zudem noch ein weiteres (drittes) WC; Toilettenpapier war ausreichend vorhanden. 2 Haartrockner und eine Nescafé-Kaffeemaschine gehörten auch zur Ausstattung. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmals buchen!! Eigentlich nichts -- man sollte halt beachten, dass die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung liegt und durch den Nachtclub (ein paar Häuser weiter) manchmal Nachts etwas Lärm ist. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört.

Solo que la puerta de entrada al edificio es difícil de abrir. Una llave no funcionaba y a pesar de informarlo no nos trajeron otra. El resto bien.

• Carmen (10/5): - Das Apartment ist groß, sehr schön hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer sind räumlich von einander getrennt und haben jeweils ein separates Badezimmer. U-Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Bäcker, Café und Restaurant.

• Luc (10/5): - Super close to metro access to give you easy access to all of Barcelona. 2 en-suite bathrooms makes getting ready a nice feature. Missing a few amenities like liquid dish detergent to wash dishes by hand. Minor stuff, really.

• Betiana (10/5): Hermoso departamento y muy bien ubicado! - Hermoso el departamento tal cual las fotos, estuvimos súper cómodos cada dormitorio con su baño privado y separado uno del otro así que no se sentía absolutamente nada. La zona muy linda !! En realidad me encantó todo, capaz el costo que un poco elevado. Pero vale la pena porque está realmente muy lindo y completo.
• Weber (10/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung in Top-Lage :) - Einfach alles! Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. Super ausgestattet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Timothy (5/5): Passable - The location was perfect. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms with there own bathrooms. Bedroom 1 had a folding door on the bathroom, not a real door. Bedroom 2 had a very very small bathroom. Also there is no drier, it is a hanging rack.

• Knight (7/5): Great value stay in a comfy apartment in a fab location. - Check in was super easy, Sabrina was great and very communicative. The apartment was lovely, clean and presentable however, the street is very noisy. Saying that, we did sleep well, and the bed was super comfy, the apartment is in a great situation close to the metro, main attractions and great bakeries below. Nothing a pair of ear-plugs or a sound sleeper can't get over. Fab stay and for the good value for money for the location. The street is very noisy. If you sleep in the front bedroom, although the balcony doors block a lot of the noise, there is a nightclub and bar below that are open until the early hours with a lot of noise coming from people outside. I don't' think I got a sound sleep until after 6am both nights.

Bedrooms are located on the opposite sides of the apartment, which allows more privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Great experience overall.

• Orlando (6/5): Too expensive for a not so comfortable stay - The location is very good. Nice neighborhood and many transport options very close to it. The rental was very expensive. Then, my expectations were high. Unfortunately the apartment has several details: 1 Main bathroom is very small and with bad smell 2 Bathroom blinds 2 did not work. They repair it. 3 There was no pan to fry eggs 4 Insufficient hangers in both bathrooms 5 Insufficient hot water for 4 people 6 Very small bedrooms 7 Broken dishwasher but working 9 Noisy 10 No cable TV or streaming 11 There were no complementary coffee capsules, sugar or even a bottle of water.
• Heather (8/5): Small apartment in good location with plenty of bars/ restaurants nearby. - Location is as described right outside metro and easy to walk with loads of bars and shops. Bakery literally downstairs 👍 Air con is good. Great to have 3 toilets. Bathroom in front bedroom is incredibly small and nowhere to hang towels to dry out. Terrible smell when entering apartment which cleared after taps turned on and toilets flushed. Would be very noisy if windows open
• Rie (5/5): Passable - good location first, the cleaning didn't finish before our arrival time @17:30. people cleaning were the room tried to speak to us and very friendly but we prefer them to finish asap without chatting. they finished an hour after we arrived. second, the room on the street side was very noisy because people were making party till 3am at night and couldn’t sleep. third, neighbors had construction and was very noisy from very early in the morning and we didn’t get any information about that from landlords.
• Letitia (8/5): Very good - A beautiful apartament, clean, in a good area, near to the underground railway, supermarket , restaurants, with a nice host! In one of the bedrooms one of the walls has mold, I couldn t put the kids there to sleep because of the smell.

Perfect sized apartment and great lay out particularly for friends/ couples staying together as bedrooms are opposite side of the apartment. Street was noisy but as soon as you closed the balcony doors you couldn’t hear a thing. Fully equipped bathrooms with everything you need. nothing
