- Efe (6/5): Başka yerler değerlendirilmeli - Konumu güzel ve rahat. Evin içinde eksik birşey yok Eve girmek çok zor. Satın alım yaparken city tax ödememe rağmen tekrar istediler ve yaklaşık 1 saat eve giremeden bunla uğraştım
- Ewa (1/5): Sąsiedzi nie lubią turystów a firma mimo to wynajmuje apartament. - Nie polecam!!! Na początku był problem żeby dostać się do budynku. Link do otwarcia drzwi nie działał. Potem było już tylko gorzej. Byliśmy nachodzeni przez sąsiadów w środku nocy, zastraszani, oskarżani o rzeczy, które w ogóle nie miały miejsca. Firma nie próbowała z nami niczego wyjaśniać tylko straszyła karami. Rezerwację mieliśmy opłaconą na 5 nocy. Wytrzymaliśmy tam tylko 3. Opłaciliśmy inny apartament, żeby chociaż na koniec pobytu czerpać przyjemność z wyjazdu. Złożyliśmy reklamację, jednak firma nie reaguje na wiadomości.

- Wioletta (9/5): - Mieszkanie w fajnej okolicy, blisko stacji metra, blisko lokalnego deptaku ;). Zdjecia zasadniczo zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny - rozwiał wszystkie moje wątpliwości przed przyjazdem. Widać, ze mieszkanie wymaga juz lekkiego odświeżenia (zwłaszcza prysznic). Mieszkanie znajduje sie na 2 piętrze (bez windy) z dosyć wąskimi schodami.

Агенція нерухомості була на зв'язку по Whats App. Не було запальнички для газової плити. Прийшлося виходити ще раз до магазину, щоб її купити. Агенція не знає як заходити до під'їзду, без ключів. У ванній кімнаті поламаний вішак для рушника, біля раковини.

- NIEVES (5/5): No es lo que esperaba, peroStay U-nique es un buen anfitrión - De este alojamiento solo puedo destacar la empresa que lo gestiona Stay U-nique, son atentos y tienes respuesta rápida para lo que necesites. Nada más llegar nos encontramos unas escaleras antiguas muy incómodas sin ascensor para subir carro y maletas hasta el segundo piso. La dueña no facilita factura, no entiendo que para cobrar nunca hay problemas pero para hacer facturas bien que no se hacen responsables. Menos mal que la empresa que lo gestiona responde e intentan hacer ellos un recibo, a ver si a efectos de justificación vale
