• Adam (10/5): Tygodniowy pobyt w Rzymie - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, około 100 m do metra oraz kilku przystanków autobusowych. Jednocześnie 12 do 15 minut spacerkiem od placu Świętego Piotra. Nocleg w kamienicy która ma wewnętrzne podwórko dzięki temu bardzo cicho można naprawdę wypocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. W pokoju lodówka telewizor bardzo wygodne łóżko. Do dyspozycji niewielki aneks kuchenny z ekspresem do kawy kuchenka mikrofalową. Bardzo miła pani antonella na wstępie przekazała mnóstwo informacji i kilka polecajek co obejrzeć w Rzymie. Bardzo miła i sympatyczna osoba. Jeszcze jedna informacja z aneksu kuchennego wyjście na niewielki tarasik lekko zagłębiony w ziemi krzesełko stoliczek można wypić wieczorne wino posiedzieć na zewnątrz.

In der Küche konnte man sich Wasser aus dem Spender holen und einen Espresso machen oder sich was erwärmen in der Mikro oder auf der Herdplatte. Die Küche ebenso in einem sehr guten Zustand wie das Zimmer selbst. Einzig es war hellhörig, aber für mich ok und für diesen Preis und die Lage nicht zu toppen. Viele Restaurants drumherum. Das Café in dem man die Gutscheine für einen kleinen Frühstücksnack und einen Kaffee einlösen konnte sehr gut, habe dort auch gegessen. Sehr liebe Ansprechpartnerin mit guten Tipps. Wenn Rom, gerne wieder dort. Alles gut!

The appartment was clean, nice and cosy, equipped with all we needed, safe and quiet, at great location with public transport, plenty of shops and restaurants, right next to the Vatican city. Good breakfast in a nearby caffeteria. Easy communication with host. It was not stated clearly that this is a shared space and I felt llittle bit awkward at arrival. If all rooms are busy may be a litle bit noisy

• Alina (10/5): Nice apartment with perfect location - Very nice place in a great location, close to the Vatican and about 25 minutes from the city center. The metro is nearby, and you have everything you need close to the apartment. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Rome. The staff were very nice. Antonella waited for us on arrival and recommended many places to visit. I would definitely like to come back again. Everything was good

• shai (10/5): Agréable séjour - Antonella est géniale, vraiment elle prend le temps de tout vous expliquer sur les activités à faire, les bons plans, etc. Le personnel est adorable, le lieu à deux pas du Vatican et le rapport qualité/prix au top. La cuisine/ séjour donne directement sur les chambres. Le souci est que certains individus pensent etre chez eux. Donc tu as Monsieur qui crie depuis la cuisine, tôt le matin, pour demander à sa femme dans la chambre ce qu'elle boit. Ce n'est pas la faute des gérants de l'hôtel, mais un petit rappel ne ferait pas de mal.

• Urbanová (9/5): Návštěva Říma skvělá, ubytování příjemné. - Místo je skvělé, ideální pro pěší poznávání Vatikánu, kousek od stanice metra. Paní Antonella příjemná a vstřícná. Ubytování čisté, vybavené malou chladničkou, varnou konvicí, kávovarem. Snídaně v bistru v blízkosti - nápoj dle výběru, sladké pečivo dle nabídky. Z technických důvodů došlo ke změně pokoje, náhradou jsme dostali velký apartmán, ale bohužel s okny do ulice místo tichého vnitrobloku.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war super und zu jeder Zeit reibungslos. Kleines Frühstück um die Ecke in einem süßen Café inklusive. Unkomplizierter Check in. Top! Die Zimmer in dem Apartment sind sehr hellhörig zu den benachbarten Wohneinheiten.

• Selva (10/5): Confortable - La ubicación esta muy buena, a pocas cuadras del Metro, Estación Ottaviano y esta a 5 estaciones de Termini, lo cual hace que sea confortable el lugar y no estas en las grandes aglomeraciones de gente. Se puede salir a caminar de noche y cenar en los alrededores. Es un apartamento con 3 habitaciones con baño completo privado y una sala con cocina a compartir. El desayuno es simple, con voucher en una confiteria muy linda que esta a la vuelta del apartamento. El precio es razonable. Sin duda volvería al mismo lugar

La ubicación es inmejorable, sobre todo si los planes incluyen visitas a la Basílica San Pedro, Museos del Vaticano y Capilla Sixtina. La cercanía a la estación Ottaviano del Metro facilita mucho el recorrido de todas las atracciones de Roma. Para quienes tenemos mas de 70 años, nos agradaría una cama más alta, con un mejor colchón. A pesar de ello, se duerme bien y se recuperan las energias después de cada extenuante día de turismo en Roma.

Śniadanie do odbioru w klimatycznej kafejce blisko obiektu. Przemiła obsługa. Dostalismy mnóstwo ciekawych wskazówek co do pobytu, transporu i ciekawostek do zwiedzania. Gorąco polecam. Wszystko było ok.

La habitación era pequeña, según las imágenes que teníamos, era un apartamento sin compartir cocina, cosa que no era así. La cocina era compartida con otras habitaciones y eso no nos gustó. Además teníamos el desayuno incluido, que íbamos a una cafetería, la cual el personal que nos atendió intentó engañarnos varias veces, eran desconfiados y algo desagradables, recomendaría que cambiasen de cafetería.

The nearest metro station is just a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient. Getting here from the airport was easy—simply take the Leonardo Express train to Termini, then one metro stop. The breakfast at the nearby café was delightful, and the WiFi worked perfectly. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Rome!

• Theodoridou (7/5): Good - - Very nice apartment, near the metro station and the Vaticano museums. - The apartment it is renovated internally and is really comfortable with a private bathroom. It has a shared kitchen with a small table, a coffee machine and coffee capsules which you can use, also a microwave oven, a cooler, cutlery and glasses. - Also, Antonella, the owner of the apartment is really helpful and kind. There was a problem with some dirty linen and she replaced them immediately. She also proposed us many places to visit in the area. -There was not hot water for taking a bath. It was lukewarm but not in the proper temperature to have a bath. We have told the owner but nothing changed until we left. - There was also salts in the bathroom faucets and some black spots on the tiles in the shower. - The keeping of our luggage in the shared kitchen was charged 15euros while the room was empty.

The coffee and croissant included in the breakfast voucher is in a very nice coffee round the corner.Nice size room with fridge. Water cooler in the kitchen. The small table and chairs to sit outside in the small yard which I made use of after a day sight seeing to chill with a glass of wine was a nice bonus as there are no balconies with the rooms. Didn't realise all the rooms were in such proximity to each other, no sound proofing. A family were staying in the two other rooms and were very noisy and inconsiderate.Regularly in and out of the rooms at night, talking late and banging bedrooms doors. Also noise from apartment above my bedroom (Jazz Room)..walking on floor and baby crying at night. So if you want peace and quiet and a good night's sleep don't expect other guests to be considerate. I am v well travelled and dont expect everything to be perfect but didnt realise that there would be so much noise. Unfortunately due to the noise from other rooms I would not stay again. Otherwise I would , because of the (Likes),see below.

Comfortable bed and nice quiet surroundnings, windows to quiet inner yard. It was nice to have a proper central heating in the end of november when temperatures dropped suddenly. Excellent location, only one block away from Ottaviano metro station and Vatican City just few blocks further. Lots of restaurants and minimarkets around. Loud minibar next to the bed, I took it off the wall because I didn't need it so no problem.

The host Antonella is super friendly and can be contacted via WhatsApp and provided us with many helpful information where to eat / drink / sightseeing. B'fast is served at the cafe just around the corner. The check-in is not available 24/7 and you need to arrange a checkin at the specific time after 3pm. If you want to leave luggage before that time there is a charge of EUR15 as the host needs to come there

Our host was a pleasure to deal with. We’d recommend it especially if you’re going to a concert in the Olympic stadium as we did, we ended up walking back which was a easy straight 30 walk back.
