• Anton (7/5): - Location is excellent with 3 min walk to Metro and just opposite a very good supermarket with long opening hours. While the apartment space and location is excellent, some of the furniture is "oldish" and some facilities are not functioning very well - particularly the hot water heater and the kettle.

• Ayşe Nevra (6/5): It was an alright stay, but poor shower quality. - Overall it was an alright stay. The house seemed clean mostly and the beds were comfy. They provide you things for washing dishes or doing laundry which is good. It’s a nice, spacious, pretty house. I was very disappointed with the shower quality. The shower door was broken and never closed properly. And obviously the shower wasn’t cleaned. Shower floors and around it was so dirty that I had to wear slippers all the time while showering. I contacted about the poor shower quality but I’m not sure if they did anything about it. The couch in the living room also looked very dirt with stains on it, had to use towel to sit down. The location is not the best, but manageable if you are okay with taking public transport often or walk at least 30 mins to the center.

• mansour (10/5): ممتعه وآسف أعوداليها مره اخره - نحن عرب عندنا أشياء تختلف علي الأجانب الحق شقه رائعه جدا موقع ممتاز كل شي قريب منك عماره نظيفه جدا وشقه نظيفه فوق النظافه كل شي متوفر فيها يعيبها حاجه واحده فقط لايوجد مكيف في غرف النوم مراوح فقط لكن هناك مكيف في صاله ومكيف بين الغرف كانن كافيات في شهر 8 في ميلانو قربها كل شي سوبر ماركت مقابل كبير جدا مثشارع كله محلات ومطاعم وأستار بكس وماك مضيف شخص محترم جدا أريد العوده اليها مره اخره عدم وجود مكيف في غرف نوم بس الحق مكيف الذي في ممر أفادني كثيرا

• Anne (7/5): Nice and big apartment near the metro, good location to visit the city - Very large apartment, with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and two children, the building and apartment is beautiful and keeps cool even with the hot weather. It was nicely prepared for our arrival. Beds were comfy. We had a great stay. Kitchen is not greatly furnished for a big group, shower could be more modern but overall functioning.
• Chris (6/5): Convenient apartment for short stay (3-4 days) - Quiet Location, lift access, close to metro and supermarket, secure entry, WI-FI excellent. Hot water service did not function for kitchen, no toaster, front door only opened half its width so difficult to transfer luggage into apartment, no ceiling lighting in living room and bed rooms, paucity of toilet paper.

• Ger (7/5): Good - Very central to metro and milan. Shower was a problem for first few days. Had to have cold ones which wasn't great. Got fixed eventually on 2nd last day and was fine then. Other then that appartment was fine

Unless a great location is your only preference. - The location Because of the hot weather and the lack of a sufficiently working cooling system we could not enjoy the space, which looked great on the sight. There was little thought for the way the guest could use the kitchen. One tablet for the dishwasher. No washing liquid for the washing machine. We stayed 6 days. The 2 rooms have a tower ventilator which eventually only blows hot air. The living room / third bedroom has an airco above the door that leads to the other two bedrooms. This corridor has airconditioning but the rooms do not. So we tried leaving the bedroom doors open to cool the rooms. There is only one shower and toilet. The toilet brush handle was broken and the brush was brown. The shower door came loose when sliding and the water pressure was low. I wish I had taken pictures. I now read that I could have uploaded them. Now all you have are my words for this experience.
• Giuseppe (8/5): Very good - Beautiful apartment in downtown and close to the Milano sightseeing. Easy check-in and check-out. Good wi-fi The host could improve some details in the apartment but at the end it was a good choice.

• Marta (9/5): True italian style spacious apartament - The location was perfect - 30 min walk to Duomo and 25 min to MiCo where we had conference. Area is safe, grocery market cross the street and lovely bakery (must go) round the corner. The buliding is very elegant! Super italian style! I loved space and oldfashoned furnishing with a nice modern touch! Wifi is great and Netflix was a nice suprice. You really can feel like the local! The owner should pay more atantion to the details: we missed kitchen sponge and a kitchen towel and also dishwasher and washing mashine caps. There should be more toilet paper not only one for 5 nights stay for four people. There were small things, easy to fix. The apartament could be cleaner.
• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, nice TV, adapters available for different countries. Very good location. There is a dishwasher with capsules, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, microwave. Eye catching interior design. Our flight was delayed but there was no problem with checking in late as we got a very informative video on how to collect the keys to the apartment from the key locker and how to get to the apartment. There was some minor cleaning issues - used coffee capsules in the kitchen cabinet, one part of the floor was sticky, there was no sponge for cleaning dishes (but there was a dishwasher and capsules). Only 3 little spoons available (other utensils were fine). One wing of the doors cannot be opened so you have to fit in around 40cm (or we couldn't figure out how to open them). Sometimes it was quite loud outside.

• Yang (4/5): Disappointing - Good location in a residential Neighbour hood. Quiet and good quality building. Furnitures and appliances are sufficient and good quality. Checking in: this apt is outsourced to a management company, who may have hired low quality employees. After the person Let us in and gave us the key, we found out the front door key doesn’t work. Because he confidently told us the “black key” opens the front door, we tried very long time in the scorching august heat. Then after more than two hours of back and forth messaging and phone calls with the office, they still insisted that’s the right key, with our two tired young kids waiting on the street…until I specifically asked him” did you try the key yourself? I recalled you held the door open to wait for us when you arrived.” He went silent. Another hour of waiting the office manager got back that the building had changed the key two weeks ago, they have the right key but somehow had given the guy the wrong key. So he must have kept the door open because someone else in the building was getting out he was able to hold the door - he knew the key didn’t work!!!
