They responded with no refunds we can’t help you poor service all around. Poor customer service, very unprofessional and rude, I explained my issues with my flight and passport. However they choose to treat me and my family poorly, stay away from this location.

• Andreas (5/5): Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend - Dir gute Lage am Strand Es war sehr befremdlich, dass man uns je 500 Hongkong Dollar als Kaution abgebucht hat für eine Nacht, das Geld soll wohl nach 6 Wochen zurück erstattet werden. Das finde ich völlig unangemessen, Das Hoel ist in die Jahre gekommen, der angepriesene Swimmingpool geschlossen, sein Gepäck muss man selbst schleppen, es gibt weder einen Aufzug noch Gepäckwagen.

Beach was OK but the weather was cold, as it's winter. I liked everything. The hotel was dated, but no problem.

• keith (6/5): Very pleasant and enjoyable stay - location was excellent, opposite a nice beach and charming community area. very near a fast ferry service. having to carry luggage up long flight of stairs without any form of organised assistance from the hotel due to the lack of any lifts. Also the lack of assistance from taxi drop off location to the hotel, approx 400 mtrs, make sure your suitcase has wheels !

Jeg måtte bære opp mitt tunge bagasje helt til tredje etasjen Helt fantastisk at det var vann dispenser i gangen. Så jeg fylte på min flakse samt fylte på vann i vannkokeren. Det satte jeg veldig stor pris på! Godt for lommeboken og naturen.

• Leonardo (5/5): - Location. The bed linen is clean, the towel is also clean. There is no elevator, it was hard to lift a large suitcase to the second floor. I asked for help lifting it, but they said I was strong and could lift it myself. The rooms were dirty, splattered everywhere, and the door inside wouldn't close at all. The front door was hanging by a thread; you could enter the room without a key by pushing the door just a little... There was so little light in the room that it felt like a forest at night. In short, this is not a 4-star hotel.This isn't even a 1-star hotel, it's a fishing lodge on the seashore... The staff are good and have repeatedly...

I didn’t use any of the facilities available as I was walking in the islands but the pool looked good.Plenty of play areas for children and watersports equipment. Conveniently situated for the Lantau ferry terminal. I like a fairly small breakfast, primarily fruit and yoghurt, which they couldn't provide, though one of the kitchen staff kindly made me a fruit salad with boiled eggs.

It worked only at the reception The restaurant and their service is pathetic. We expected breakfast to be a buffet like all other places but it is just a set menu with 3 limited options. The service by restaurant staff - a tall female with loud voice was horrible as though she runs a 5 star restaurant It is an okay place to stay for 1 night just because of the location and the beach view, we dreaded going back to the room from the second day

• Didianan (10/5): Convenient - I stayed in this hotel twice in March and June 2025. Overall, my stay here is great. Everything was running well in the room. They have BBQ service, it's good to have a BBQ with friends there. We didn't try their breakfast menu, but they offer it. The location is great near port and right in front of the beach. I did the trail nearby and also did morning walk, so nice. The area isn't crowded, so convenient for quiet vacation.

• Passenger20080573477 (2/5): Prepaid for hotel voucher but did not get to stay - Appalling service. I did not get to stay at the hotel even though I purchased a pre-paid voucher, in which the seller (not an agent, I purchased it from the hotel itself) claimed the voucher is valid between Feb and May 2025, except 18-21 Apr (Easter). The murky fine print on the voucher (which you cannot see before you pay) says no public holidays or public holiday eves; only weekend. When I tried to book a regular weekend, the hotel claimed it was "golden week" even though there is no such public holiday in Hong Kong (it is a mainland public holiday). Then they did not reply to me for more than 48 hours. When I whatsapped the hotel, it told me to email. Then they refused to reply to me until I involved the Consumer Council. When I sought for refund, the hotel threatened to not provide me with a refund if I do not reply before the deadline of the voucher. Be very, very careful if you're planning your holiday at this hotel. I suggest you not to make any payment, and definitely do not buy any prepaid vouchers unless you're ok with not taking your holiday eventually.

• Josephine (10/5): Great experience - nice view and friendly atmosphere. The place was clean, and the resort is right outside the beach. We had a wonderful experience there. Will go back next time we go to Hong Kong. Some of the amenities such as the pool was not open unfortunately. The food could be better.
