Jeg har bede om reception om at bestille taxi og de har personale stor ved døren siger han bestiller en med det samme husk med en der kan tage kreditkort men siger personalen det gøre allesammen men så bestilt han taxi på en whatsapp gruppe. vi skal vente 10 minnutter på reception for der kan kommer taxi selv om der holde 20 stk taxi ved hotelet fordi ham der står personalen har berstilt som en han kender så kom der en rigtig ubehalig chauffører. og han vil ikke tage kreditkort fordi banken tage procent af dem. jeg skulle betale med kontant havde jeg ikke så vil han euro jeg havde 20 euro og skulle jeg give 640 lira så giver 4 stk 200 kr sedler så siger han det passer. dvs 160 lira han beholde det. rigtig ubehalig chauffører.. jeg synes hotallet skal gøre noget ved det

Отзывчивые персонал решил сложившуюся проблему с ошибкой платежа карты VISA. Отличный просторный и чистый номер. Ванная комната и предоставленная банная косметика превзошли ожидания. Завтрак не особо разнообразен. Вкусный, но простой, мне кажется не соответствиут стандартам отеля пять звезд. Например нет рыбных продуктов таких как Лосось, Фарель. В основном молочные продукты, колбасы, яйца, хлебобулочные изделия, свежая зелень и сыры, но рыбы нет.

Baker (1/5): Disappointing check-in experiance - The check-in experience and customer service is poor and does not meet a 5stars hotel
733bakera (2/5): Poor Hospitality and Rigid Handling at a Supposed Five-Star Hotel - Our stay started with a very disappointing check-in experience. The room was fully prepaid, yet upon arrival we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional EUR 100 security deposit, to be held until checkout. This was neither clearly communicated during booking nor reasonably explained at check-in. This is the first time we have encountered such a requirement at a five-star hotel. To avoid any delay, we informed the staff that we had not yet exchanged currency and offered to provide the equivalent amount in our own currency, especially since this was only a refundable deposit. Despite this being a logical and harmless solution, the staff refused and insisted that we leave the hotel to exchange money elsewhere and then return. The most disappointing part was the attitude and lack of flexibility. Instead of assisting guests who had just arrived, the situation was handled in a rigid and dismissive manner. When escalated, the manager offered no solution other than repeating, “It is the hotel policy,” which reflects poor guest handling rather than professional hospitality. Policies should support service quality, not replace it. For a hotel operating under a luxury brand, this level of inflexibility, lack of empathy, and absence of service recovery is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative first impression and does not align with the standards expected from a five-star hotel.

Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative first impression, and we expected far better service standards.

Mohammed (10/5): رائع بمعنى الكلمة - الموقع ممتاز 3 دقائق من الفندق إلى المترو الفندق نظيف الموظفين محترمين من موظفي الاستقبال إلى رجال الأمن إلى تنظيف الغرف تناولت وجبة الإفطار في الفندق اخر يوم قبل التوجه إلى المطار بجد ندمت اني لم أضيف وجبة الإفطار من قبل . طلبت عند الحجز غرفة في الأدوار العليا وتكون هادئة واعطوني ما أردت شكرا جزيلا إدارة فندق شيراتون لا يوجد

230semihcany (2/5): Amateur X-Ray Experience completely destroyed my Laptop - I stayed at Sheraton Levent on 20–22 November and had one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve ever encountered at a Marriott property. When my backpack went through the entrance X-ray, it got stuck sideways and my work laptop was severely damaged—screen shattered, body bent. Two staff members witnessed everything, yet no one took responsibility or even attempted to help properly. Despite reporting it immediately, the hotel simply refused accountability. The only “solution” offered was that I could use a public computer downstairs, which is completely unacceptable for someone traveling for work. I felt ignored, dismissed, and not valued as a guest. Because of this, I moved to the Hyatt for the remaining four nights—where the service, professionalism, and guest care were significantly better in every way. I expected much more from a Marriott brand. This level of negligence and lack of support is disappointing, and I am requesting compensation for the damage caused. I do not recommend this hotel to future guests. And anyone using the X-ray machine should be extremely careful.

Lukáš (8/5): Příjemný pobyt s nepříjemným překvapením. - Čistý, hezký hotel. Příjemný personál zejména v restauraci a na recepci. V restauraci moc dobré jídlo. Snídaně bohaté. Okolí plné restaurací i obchodů. Bohužel nedokážu ohodnotit wellnes, tam jsem nezasel. Celkový dojem mi pokazil kuřácký pokoj, o který jsem nežádal. Jako nekuřák jsme cítil cigarety pokaždé, když jsem do pokoje vešel. Standardem by měl být nekuřácký pokoj a kuřácký na vyžádání. Ještě horší byl ale odjezd, kdy jsem ať záměrně nebo náhodou vystaven kručí, kdy mi byl objednán taxi na letiště přes to, že jsem výslovně řekl, že taxi mám již objednané a zaplacené. Poté mě obstoupili zaměstnanci hotelu a taxikář a požadovali po mě náhradu za to, že taxi přijelo. To jsme odmítl, tak mi zadržoval řidič zavazadlo. Když jsem mu dal 100 lyr, tak zavazadlo teprve vydal. Myslím si, ze takovýto hotel, to nemá zapotřebí. At už se jednalo o omyl, či úmysl.

PatoColumbus (6/5): Not centrally located, nothing to do around it - Hotel is located in the business district, not close to any tourist/historic attraction. There’s a shopping mall about a20-min walk from hotel. However, the subway station is just behind the hotel so it’s easy and cheap to get around. Subway accepts touchless credit cards - just tap on the panel at the turnstiles. Concierge was not helpful, did not suggest anything interesting to do other than the usual touristic attractions, even though I’d told her I’d visited most before. She was also confused about how to pay for the subway. A front desk guy told me about using my credit card. Breakfast was ok, nothing impressive for a hotel that considers itself 5 stars. It’s more like a 3.5 star place. It’s very quiet because it’s a business hotel. Room was of a good size, modern decor, clean. Bathroom was also of a good size, nice shower and toiletries. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Had the worst nights of sleep of my whole trip here. The hotel offers transportation to/from airport but it’s outrageously expensive. They booked a taxi for me instead, which was way cheaper. I enjoyed spending time at Galataport, an area by the water with lots of stores, cafes and restaurants. It looks brand new and very attractive. There’s also a surprisingly good art museum in the area - the Istanbul Museum of Painting and Sculpture. The Istanbul Modern is also next door.

Stuart (10/5): - Very conveniently located next to a subway station. This hotel provides all the amenities for a good stay in Istanbul. The breakfast buffet had great varieties. The only thing that was a minus for us would be the beds which we felt was too soft and definitely aggravated my back pain. Otherwise would recommend to most people!

Unfortunately, the management was not cooperative despite prior requests. The refund of the blocked amount was delayed for more than 30 days, and I had to contact the head office to resolve it. My previous experience when the hotel was managed by Mövenpick was much better.
416sarinar (10/5): Hotel was perfect and very accommodating - I was in Istanbul for surgery and the hotel was very accommodating for my needs. They recognize immediately that I was a Gold member and upgraded my room. They called frequently to see if I needed anything and the staff was very helpful. I found the accommodations to be clean And the people very friendly. It was very modern. The hotel is well located on the European side and is around the corner from a subway station with there are many ATMs And I have to say it’s one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen fruits, cheeses, assorted breads, many cereals, several kinds of olives, hot foods, I was very happy with the breakfast
