- Manuela (10/5): Great hotel, shower is not the best but great overall - Great value, great location. Well taken facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast is abundant in options. The restaurant only opens with a full menu after 7pm, the snack menu is quite reduced and not very good. The shower on my room (standard) is very uncomfortable as it is not attached to the ceiling, it is a “telephone style” shower head which you have to hold with your hands while you attempt your shower.

- philippe (1/5): c'est un hôtel à éviter pour cause d'incompétence du personnel - A notre arrivée, nous sommes montés dans la chambre qui n'était pas prête. Nous sommes redescendus et nous avons attendu plus d'une heure, il était pourtant 15h30. Le soir nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure que notre plat arrive et cela était infect, réellement immangeable. Ils ne nous ont d'ailleurs pas facturé le dîner, tellement ils avaient honte... je pense que le personnel est totalement désorganisé

- Sofia (6/5): Aufenthalt war ok aber ich würde dort nicht nochmal übernachten. - Die Lage war gut, direkt an der Metro Haltestelle. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer sind klein. Es gibt im Bad kaum Ablageflächen und auch keine Handtuchhalter. Wir haben nach einer zweiten Bettdecke gefragt und sie haben es nicht geschafft diese zu beziehen. Das Frühstück ist teuer, wenn man es erst vor Ort bucht. Es gibt kein Hoteleigenen Parkplatz, man muss ca. 10 min zum Parkhaus laufen.

Lo cual se hace notar en una molesta vibración en las habitaciones Que fue evidente , al medido día , y que altero el descanso de medio dia en la habitación , lo cual al bajar a recepción e informar de esta vibración constante ... en el hotel son perfectamente conscientes y me ofrecieron una habitación nueva en una plata mas alta del hotel , aunque la vibración cada pocos minutos del paso constante del metro no desapareció del todo , esta circunstancia fue molesta en nuestra estancia lo que en un hotel importante de 5 estrellas , al igual debería estar mejor resuelto . Lo peor es que te regalan una botellita de agua de aluminio para ser ecologicos pero no te ofrecen donde cargarla y te ponen botella de agua mineral de plastico en la habitación de pago,.

- Susanne (10/5): Ein phantastischer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel. - Ein sehr schönes Hotel, geschmackvoll und nicht überladen in der Einrichtung. Ein überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unser Zimmer ein Superior Deluxe geräumig und mit allem was benötigt wird war vorhanden. In nur ein paar Schritten war man bei der U-Bahn die nur 3 Stationen vom Mailänder Dom entfernt war. Wir werden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

- Jennifer (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt! - Tolle Lage direkt neben der U-Bahn. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten zum Stöbern. Das Hotelzimmer ist wirklich sauber. Zudem ist es im Zimmer ziemlich ruhig. Der Parkplatz befindet sich etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, was mit Gepäck etwas umständlich und unangenehm ist, insbesondere durch die Umgebung zu laufen. Zudem wird verlangt, dass man den Autoschlüssel abgibt. Ich verstehe den Hintergrund, da vermutlich wenig Platz vorhanden ist und die Fahrzeuge gelegentlich umparkiert werden müssen. Dennoch finde ich dieses Vorgehen kritisch, vor allem aus versicherungstechnischer Sicht. Ohne eine klare Bestätigung oder Absicherung würde ich meinen Autoschlüssel nicht abgeben. Ich persönlich würde dies auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Solange nichts passiert, wirkt alles unproblematisch, aber im Ernstfall kann es schnell kompliziert werden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns für ein anderes Parkhaus entschieden. Dieses war teurer, aber dafür konnten wir den Autoschlüssel bei uns behalten, was ein deutlich besseres Gefühl gegeben hat.

- natsumi (7/5): まあ良い - 地下鉄駅すぐの場所で、美味しい飲食店も多く買い物も便利。 リテーナー空港に地下鉄乗り換えなしで行けるのでよかった。 チェックインの際、PCロックがかかったということで、しばらく待つように言われた。 30分たっても案内されず、後から来た人は部屋に案内されて行くので、 フロントの男性にチェックインをお願いしたところ、すぐにチェックインできた。 4つ星にしては、配慮が足りないと思う。属人的なものかもしれないが。

Disgusting and the reception staff try to make you money and ask you for extra money for other fees that are not mentioned when you make your reservation. Stay away from this hotel it is not worth staying there. breakfast was not included in this money, as well as the spa. You still have to pay extra for anything else👎👎👎👎👎
- Roger (8/5): Trotz der guten Lage kommen wir nicht wieder. - Lage war sehr gut gerade an der Metro Station. Kein Parkplatz und keine Ladestation trotz der Angaben dass das vorhanden ist. 350m zu einer Öffentlichen Parkgarage welche auch sehr teuer war. Metro war im Bett zu spüren was nicht sehr angenehm war. Raum war überheizt und das Fenster öffnen war wegen der Hauptstraße auch keine gute Idee.

- Joanne (8/5): Sophisticated hotel - Very attractive, modern hotel. After a slight issue with room we were moved, without any trouble to an upgraded room, great service. It has a couple of really nice restaurants very close too which is ideal It was a little far from centre - 30 mins walk to Duomo. But on top of metro line (literally). Hence why the local restaurants are a bonus
- Vaiva (7/5): good location, clean room but not good breakfast - Location was good, 20 minutes walking to Duomo, room was small, but clean and comfortable, very good coffee. breakfast was not good, only coffee was very good, but cornettoes were not very fresh and hot dishes only 3 options, when you pay 530 per 2 nights you expect better breakfast, it was aditional options of hot dishes, but it was extra charge... SPA was also extra charge and not so new, the smell was not good in steam room.
