- Makoto (10/5): - おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。 レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。 一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。 総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！
- Bo Percival (9/5): Our home in Bangkok. - We come back here often, so we know we like it. The staff are exceptional. Always so helpful and accomodating for our needs. They take care of our littles ones with such kindness. They have all the amenities and beautiful pool as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Like having the kitchen and the extra room. Massive bathroom and bath, shower etc. Really love it here, always come back here when we're in Bangkok Really, there's barely anything you can fault this place one. I'm always so satisfied when we stay here.
- Toshiyuki (10/5): - Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more. Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel every year because of what they can offer.

- Rachael (1/5): Terrible rooms, overpriced and the staff seem disinterested. Good location - The location is brilliant I had a power outage when I plugged in the iron. This happened 10 or more times with no power to the room. The staff said I plugged the iron into the socket incorrectly which having lived in Bangkok for 5 years I doubt. The fault was with the electrical wiring in the room. The staff were rude and this place needs an overhaul. The rooms are in need of an overhaul. Completely overpriced for this property
- Elvira (10/5): Perfect! - We had a wonderful week-long stay. The one-bedroom suite was just perfect. Breakfast had a great variety, the pool was large and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and the garden terrace cafe. The location couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely return! Special thanks to the breakfast team at the main restaurant for their excellent service.

The central location provided us with convenience, with wide accessibility to big malls and nice streets nearby. The service was also excellent, with friendly staff and delicious food both at the Cafe@2, and the Liu Chinese restaurant. The staff at the Cafe is very hardworking, warm and passionate, often remembering our preferences and providing us with the best experience possible. They were always ready to help, and were always caring about our well-being and experience. Special thanks to Amy, Vivian, Joy, Prem, Nid, Game and SimSim for always being ready at our service to assist us in anything we needed! Truly grateful for them and made us feel like it was home.

Reception were very kind and helped us with everything from cash exchange to details on activities we could do. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool staff were very helpful and brought us over towels, water and fruit every time we went down. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The staff at breakfast and the Chinese and Japanese restaurants were all so nice, in particular Game, Vivian, Joy, Amy, Tum, Ama, and Nid. Would definitely recommend staying here.

- Cruiser65807241970 (10/5): True customer care of staff - In addition to my previous report i like to add that during the earthquake the hotel staff supported the guest on the street very well and did all in order to support the guests, they suuplyed water, sun protection and a lot more. The guests relation responsible, PRI KWAN, is as well in contact with the guests to make sure all are okay. I recommend the hotel due to the excellent service and care the staff is providing all the time.

Everyone will greet you with an amazing welcome. The only reason didn’t earn my 5 stars is location of this hotel is not the best it’s more in the business area the tourist. I wish I knew this hotel is different than Conrad so this is resident hotel which is more for longer stay has fridge and living room. Not as clean and organized as Conrad tho and it has different elevator. But over all check in and service is top class and everyone super helpful

- Thomas (10/5): Amazing facilities and an awesome breakfast. The gym is fantastic! Pool area the same! And service level is absolutely 5 - Facilities are great. Amazing pool. Gym is 11 out of 10! Breakfast is so plentiful you need 2 weeks to try it all. Bed was great. Size of room/flat was great. People and staff are super service minded. I was for a conference and things worked amazingly smooth. If I am being picky, it would be location. It is no way bad, it is walking distance to suhkumvit and all of that. The rooms are probably due for a renovation soon - but the rooms are in no way bad! They are more like early/mid 2000s style, not very 2024 flashy. But it did not bother me at all! It is still in great condition!
- Centaur2021 (4/5): Not up to Conrad standards! Don’t recommend it. - I give it two stars because the rooms were very nice but the clientele/ guests coming in was very low class, more like a motel. On Friday nite cigarette smoke filled the halls pouring out of someones room. I am allergic to smoke and its supposed to be a smoke free building. They rent long term and full of 20 yr olds partying or families with five children invading the whole floor. It was gross. Conrad doesn’t monitor the building or seem to care. There are washing machines and dryers for guest use on each floor but eight percent of them are broken!

- Toshiyuki (10/5): - Centrally located in the Bangkok downtown, the Conrad is well equipped with great amenities including a large swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and breakfast selections. But what separates the Conrad from other hotels in the area is the level of care and services provided by the staff. It was one of the best I have ever experienced since my stays at Ritz and Four Seasons.
- Buddho24 (6/5): Not great! - On the positive side the rooms/apts are clean, comfortable and nice decor (at least my room was), nice bathroom and you can cook if you need to BUT my stay was ruined by the paper thin walls and doors slammed shut by rude guests, especially late at night when you are woken up several times. They should fix all doors to have hydraulic hinges to close slowly and quietly. Guests and housekeeping doing that all the time is disturbing. Lots of foreign families with kids running around. Had to move to another room after one night. They have washers and dryers on every floor for free but not all of them work, depends what floor your on, you may have to drag your clothes several floors up or down depending. They should fix them. The Residences are part but seperate of the Hotel. There are some long term guests who are staying there but because of the clientele it has a feeling of a lower end motel at times. Breakfast has plenty to offer, lovely food but the dining room is too small for the amount of guests trying to squeeze in. Very crowded. I would never come back.

The suite and overall amenities were absolutely perfect, creating an oasis-like environment in the heart of bustling Bangkok. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They promptly assisted with my luggage, opened doors, and greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink - small details that demonstrated their commitment to customer care. What made my stay particularly special was the thoughtful welcome amenities prepared for my sister, who was recovering from cancer and feeling quite depressed. The team had arranged a delightful assortment, including a cute tuk-tuk chocolate, fresh fruits, and some little elephant. The property's outdoor pool, hot tub, and kids club were all impressive, surrounded by lush greenery. The staff working in these areas were incredibly helpful as well. Additionally, the fitness center was the largest I have encountered at any hotel, which was a highlight for me. Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of Thai, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine, catering perfectly to the diverse tastes of my family.

In this hotel, I received certainly the best service during my stay in Thailand. The staff were so attentive, friendly and quick. The location was a few minutes away from the very busy roads, so that it was totally quiet. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Sky-Train. The pool was just amazing, you do not feel like that you are in a big loud city and since the pool is in the 6th floor, there was often a slight breeze which felt so nice during the heat and humid days. At the pool, they bring you ice water to your sunbed as well as some little snacks, which was very cute. The sunbeds are also super comfortable and the pool staff is amazing. The breakfast was huge and you had so much different choise with another amazing service. Nothing, everything was amazing

- vickysL9200LK (10/5): Great welcome to Bangkok - Such a lovely hotel and great value for money. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, it was such a lovely welcome. A big shout out to the breakfast staff (Game, Vivian, Joy, Nid, Yeam, Fai & Man) from day 1 they would remember the things my husband and I would have an ensure this was in place for the duration of our stay. Room had a lovely Thai vibe to it, very clean and tidy. Great location but whether you go in Bangkok a lot of time needs to be factored in for the mad traffic! The reception team were great at helping us book private taxis.

Wonderful and caring staff Hanym, Daisy, Thanapong, Ryan Art and management Antoine, Kevin, Jerry , Vivian, and Nu. Conrad Bangkok makes us feel at home, great location, excellent amenities and most importantly the wonderful staffs.

- Buffalojenny79 (10/5): Relaxing Getaway in Bangkok - Excellent and attentive service upon check-in. Stayed on the Residence side of the hotel. Our floor was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy as well. Fully-equipped kitchen. Delicious room service options available around the clock. Breakfast buffet was lovely each morning, with a wide variety of food options. Many thanks to Mr. Game and Ms. Vivian (and all others) at Cafe @ 2. The spa was a lovely experience. I recommend the scrub, facial and massage package. Area around the hotel had many shops and restaurants nearby. Central Embassy shopping center was within walking distance. Concierge was amazing and assisted my group greatly in booking tours and transportation to various places. We booked a Pattaya day trip and a dinner cruise on the Wonderful Pearl. Thanks for an amazing experience, Conrad Bangkok! I really enjoyed my weeklong stay!

- arnisahk (10/5): Great stay - We arrived at the Hotel late evening and were tired. Was greeted by khun Ham during check in. He’s always been helpful and friendly. He will make sure our stay will be pleasant. The room is pleasantly clean but I prefer high floor on 14th floor which is quieter than lower floor. Breakfast is great, really enjoy the banana pancakes with vanilla ice cream. I’d like to mention two team members khun Game and Khun Nyd because they are attentive and make us feel welcome every time we come every morning with genuine smile.

- Larissa (3/5): Old, don't book tours - Location is outside (need to walk 10 min to main "life", but still reasonably close. some of the staff were trying to so what they can, you can see their attitude. Old, a lot of things were not working and need to call few times, as they want you to wait (instead of doing tourist business), and few times. Lock was hard to fix, then didn't bother with not working air conditioners, TV and other small things. Everything is old. Don't order tour - it's expensive (twice from market price), bad quality and thye scam you by overcharging, then "card not working, give us cash" and scandal for an hour or so while they are trying to make you paying even more.

This was a shared opinion by all the guests we saw at the pool. They said it was 24 degrees however I think their thermometer was broken. At the very least they could have heated the jacuzzi to warm up in as an option

We booked the room with two queen size of bed, but they offered two twins bed.... Since we stayed with three people, they brought an extra single bed and slept in the living room....

- WorldWideTravel88 (8/5): For People Who Want Extra Space and Kitchen - I stayed at Conrad Bangkok a few times in the past (the hotel side) but never on the residence side. The quick takeaway for Conrad Residences, especially if we compare with Conrad hotel, is that it’s cheaper and more spacious. Also it comes with more elite benefits than other chains such as Marriott Executive Apartments, but the downside is an aging product and the lack of lounge access. I booked the entry level room which is a studio at the Residences, and was upgraded +1 to a suite as Hilton Diamond. This kind of upgrade is nothing to write home about, however a suite upgrade on the hotel side is now quite difficult due to a more stingy upgrade policy and +1 is also more generous than at the various Marriott Executive Apartments in Bangkok which are unlikely to upgrade at all because I believe they are excluded from the upgrade policy. So while the upgrade was not huge, it resulted in a suite nonetheless. I previously read some pretty poor reviews of rooms in dire need of renovations, so my expectations were low and they were exceeded. Obviously the room had seen better days but everything was functional and in particular the air conditioning was very strong. For solo travelers I would say a smaller (renovated) room at Conrad hotel is probably preferable but for guests looking for more space, the residence side can be an option. My main negative surprise actually had nothing to do with the age of the hardware. There was a full kitchen but I also expected a washer and dryer but it’s simply not part of the offering at the residences (need to use shared laundry facilities). It’s a major negative in my opinion compared to full-service hotels which have some long-stay accommodation room types such as Marriott Surawongse, Kimpton, Akyra Thonglor (SLH), and Sindhorn Kempinski, all of which have a washing machine in the room. If booking a room at Conrad Residences, the lack of lounge access is one drawback relative to the hotel side because it’s not part of the benefits. However breakfast is included in the same restaurant as the hotel side, which is not a benefit offered at Marriott Exec Apartments so overall Conrad offers more. I did not partake in the breakfast but I took a look at the buffet and it seemed similar to what it used to be the last time I stayed at the hotel. Overall I had mixed feelings about Conrad Residences. For such accommodation I suspect some people will prefer a washing machine in the room but there was none so it’s a miss. However if the purpose is mostly to have extra space and a full kitchen, it can be a reasonable option which offers more elite benefits as Hilton Diamond than Marriott choices.
