- Jacqueline (8/5): Good for families who want to be close to Bukit Bintang. - Central ovation in Bukit Bintang. Apartments are well furnished, with everything you need for your stay. Not easy to find. Have stayed at the Pullman a few years ago and it seemed much easy to access the hotel from The Pavillion Mall across the road. Access now is via the next door hotel and is not so straightforward.

- Karolina (10/5): Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem. - Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Ogromnym atutem jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja, która sprawia, że wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje jedzenie – niezwykle smaczne, świeże i bardzo różnorodne, dzięki czemu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel ma genialny klimat, który tworzy wyjątkową atmosferę podczas pobytu. Dodatkowo obsługa była bardzo miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się naprawdę komfortowo. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia!

Bathroom was quite average like an old property shower. Upon requesting more water bottle in malaysia's heatwave, and also we had a baby along. 2 bottles of 300 ml are NOT enough.. but we had to pay for more water!strange. I heard alot about pullman but other hotels where i stayed in bukit bintang were much better than pullman

- Brian (1/5): - L’emplacement J’ai reservé une suite pour une nuit à l’hotel Pullman de KLCC Kuala Lumpur au prix de 275€ la nuit. Connaissant le groupe Accor et ayant connaissance de la qualité de leurs hotels je n’ai pas cherché à trouver des avis sur l’hotel. Premierement les images sur Booking ne sont pas fiables avec les « suites » proposées. Il y a un coté résidences « hotel appartement » et un coté Hotel classique. On m’a donné a la reception surement la piiiiire des chambres de l’établissement. La numero 1935. Motif: -Nuisance sonores insupportables dans la chambre, je n’ai pas reussi à fermer l’oeil de la nuit. - Presence de cafards dans la mm chambre (videos à l’appui) - Pas d’eau chaude dans la 2eme chambre où mes enfants dormaient. Je suis descendu à la réception vers 00h45 surtout pour me plaindre du bruit insupportable des ascenseurs qui montent et descendent ttes les 5min. Le personnel etait fermé. Ils m’ont proposé de me changer de chambre je leur ai expliqué que mes enfants de 9 et 7ans eux dormaient et je ne pouvais pas les reveiller en plein sommeil pour changer de chambre. Ils m’ont proposé comme deuxieme option de m’envoyer le service « house keeping » pour traiter le problème de cafards! Même souci je ne vais pas les laisser infester la chambre avec des produits chimiques en plein sommeil. J’ai donc demandé à la responsable Nadea un remboursement complet qui m’a été refusé à plusieurs reprises. Je n’en démords pas et je n’arrive pas à croire qu’un hotel comme le Pullman ne puisse pas me rembourser une telle prestation.

- Omar sai (9/5): Kool - The room and the room services was just perfect The receptionist who welcome me wasn’t professional.. after I presented USD as deposit she refused and asked me to get local currency even after I told her I was coming from the air and I can make changes and get her the local currency.. it was frustrated after 9 hrs of flight

- Charity (8/5): Beautiful and great location next to the malls - It was our last two nights stay in Kuala Lumpar and it sure ticked all the boxes. The staff was nice and very helpful and especially at the breakfast. Isa was very warm and friendly to us.

I did ordered food arnd 2am the response n confirmation is very good. Food need for more varieties Local cuisine very limited. Item popular was missing such as roti canal for eg.international also very limited. At 9am I hve my b'fast the local kueh has depleted. I hve to ask from the staff on this.

- Marcus (9/5): A quality five-star next to an impressive luxury mall. - Great facilities and very centrally located. We stayed in a 1br apartment in the residence tower. It was quite large, including a great bathtub. Service was what I would expect from a high end resort. The selection of kitchen utensils was much better than I would normally expect from this kind of facility. You could actually cook real meals here, although we didn't. The mall across the street is pretty epic in terms of food options in addition to shopping. Walk next door to the DoubleTree and take their skybridge over the main road to the mall, rather than trying to cross it at grade. Realistically this is a bit spendy compared to what is available in the same area on airbnb. We booked it a few hours before arriving because a different reservation fell thru, but didn't really make use of the five-star features and moved to a larger apartment less than 1km away for half the price after a couple of days.

- Enikő (10/5): Ajánlom mindenkinek! Ár-érték arány kiváló. - Nagyon jó helyen van. Egy felüljárón keresztül megközelíthető a Mall, metróállomás stb. A reggeli nagyon bőséges. Érdekes, hogy főleg főt ételeket reggeliznek, tehát felvágott az nincs vagy csak egyféle. A személyzet nagyon kedves, szolgálatkész. Nem volt ilyen.

- sp985 (10/5): Lovely hotel and staff. - Lovely reception area as you walk in with friendly staff. Buffet and restaurant area on that level. Great buffet! Bar on the next level up with great service and a good selection of drinks with nibbles. The hotel decor is lovely throughout. Staff are all great. My room had everything I needed. The biggest bed on my tour so far. Both a bath and shower which was nice. Everything is high rise so the view is of other buildings. There’s a great Hakka to dine at nearby, very popular, only a 2 minute walk. Approximately a 15/20 walk, via walkways, to The Petronas Towers. Suggest to use walkways as the roads are extremely busy. Hotel close to convenience stores and shopping malls. The pool area is very lovely but not much sun due to the high rise buildings, great place to unwind. Would recommend this hotel.

- eoireitum (8/5): Central Hotel - The pullman is a nice hotel situated near the pavilion shopping mall, the bridge that takes you there can also take you to the Petronas Towers. The room was clean enough but very small. Breakfast was extensive with plenty of choice.
