- Daniela (5/5): Posizione centrale ma particolari da migliorare - Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro, raggiungibile a piedi da varie parti della città Pulizia migliorabile, mobilio rovinato e poco curato. In bagno pulizia da rivedere, l’acqua calda arriva dopo un po’ di tempo. Una delle stanze prenotate estremamente piccola
- Cynthia (9/5): Bel soggiorno in zona sicura e molto comoda - Posizione molto centrale e comoda, camera e bagno ampio e pulito. Il proprietario e la collaboratrice sono molto gentili e cordiali. Zona sicura con ristoranti e bar, supermercati e farmacia praticamente sotto la struttura, vicino alle attrazioni principali raggiungibili in 10/15 minuti al massimo, fermata della metro praticamente dal portone per andare in stazione. Alloggio molto raccomandabile e sicuramente da tornare per il prossimo viaggio a Napoli. Il bagno un po' da rimodernare e al posto dell'armadio c'è una nicchia nella parete con una stanga appendiabiti fissata molto in alto. C'è un gradino per raggiungerla, ma una persona bassa non ci arriva.

- Silvana (4/5): Napoli e' resta la migliore citta' da visitare. - Ottima la posizione, centralissimo all'interno di un edificio storico molto ben tenuto. A 20 metri dalla fermata Universita' della metropolitana, bar per la colazione, il supermercato dove acquistare l'acqua e altre cose. La stanza e' predisposta per persone diversamente abili, quindi con servizi igienici e letto con altezze diverse rispetto agli standard. la biancheria da letto non era pulita. I mobili erano usurati. Il pavimento pulito in maniera 'arronzata'. Il bagno non riscaldato, il getto dell'acqua della doccia lentissimo.

Only one thing: in my room, I could not close the window completely, so some noise outside and cold wind came into the room.
- Silvia (7/5): Fair place for a weekend - The Host was very easy to reach and the check in went smoothly. The location was great for us, not far from the station and the town center, all at walkable distance. The rooms are ok for the price we paid, it’s an ok B&B rights size rooms. Mind that the windows are old school wooden framed so are not that much soundproof, i didn’t mind but if you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind as the house is on a busy street. I bit more maintenance in the bathrooms as I found it a bit shabby. There was a stain on my pillow almost as if hadn’t been washed, also the shower head leaks rather than have a proper nice water jet and one of the rooms had only cold water in the shower.

- Moreau (3/5): heureusement que nous avons aimé Naples- ce logement est à fuir, surtout vu le prix ! - la localisation: emplacement très bien situé pour visiter le quartier historique si besoin, la ligne de métro est tout à côté Logement dans une rue commercante Etat du logement (chambre et salle de bain) était lamentable: salle de bain: - un seul crochet pour étendre les serviettes de douche (nous étions 2!), impossible de pouvoir sécher les 2 - pas de gel de douche alors qu'il était dans le descriptif - porte savon cassé, miroir dans un état lamentable (piqué de rouille) - joint de la douche complètement noir - pommeau de la douche pluie complètement rouillé chambre: -les serviettes et les draps n'ont pas été changés une seule fois pendant notre séjour de 5 jours; idem pour le ménage! - petit bureau complètement abimé - double rideaux: impossible de les ouvrir Accueil-petit déjeuner - il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil: nous avons vu une personne à l'heure de notre arrivée (elle nous attendait pour partir ensuite) et une personne le 3ème jour qui a du rester au max 30 mns! - l'annonce précise: bed & breakfast: mais nous n'avons jamais vu le breakfast! lamentable

- thomas (5/5): Recensioni dubbie - Distanza dal centro Struttura vecchia, poco curata. Le foto di presentazione su booking sono state fatte ad arte, ma non corrispondono alla realtà. In corridoio 3 sacchi di biancheria (sporca? Pulita?) hanno fatto bella mostra di se per tutto il tempo. Bagno della stanza con tavoletta wc rotta. Abbiamo avvisato il personale che non ha sistemato nulla. Ruggine nelle parti cromate del bagno e calcare negli accessori. Dava l'impressione che fosse sporco. Nell'aria del bagno, un persistente odore di scarico. Lo scuro della finestra vecchissimo e rotto, non azionabile. Letto scomodissimo.

Il a fallu réclamer du papier de toilette, shampooing et savon car distributeurs vides Lors des douches l.eau coule dans la salle de bains hyper dangereux on peut glisser et du moisi sur les caoutchoucs de la porte de douche. Lunette des WC cassée. Aucune tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilettes. Il devait y avoir un petit déjeuner mais là encore c est inexistant. Chambre sans aucune décoration ambiance très froide. Mr Dario un.peu de respect pour vos clients Je ne viendrai pas chez vous si je devais revenir à Naples.

- Shynkovska (9/5): - Дуэе зручний матрас 😅 та відмінний господар, який любʼязно дозволив нам лишити свій багаж ще на декілька годин після виїзду щоб ми спокійно могли погуляти містом перед вильотом. Номер був чистий, комфортний, окреме дякую за кліматизацію хоча з нею виникли маленькі проблеми бо кондиціонер вмикається тільки під конкретним кутом.
- Caterina (8/5): Watch out for the disabled bathroom! - Location was excellent. Walking distance from everything and the metro station was nearby. Clean and mostly quiet. We did get a response every time we asked, which is good. One of the things that I really did not like was the disabled bathroom. We had the only room with those facilities but during the reservation we weren’t told about it. The toilet for disabled people is obviously uncomfortable and I didn’t pay to have that instead of a normal one. Didn’t like the pillows (felt like having cotton balls inside them!) and the fridge wasn’t working. Luckily when I asked if I could use a different one the owner let us use his fridge. My room was the first one on the right, Number 21.

Nice staff and easy to communicate what you need. Check in and checkout was seamless. Secure location as you have to get through the entrance and a few doors which was good. ot 100% sound proof from outside but nothing serious and manageable

Check in ci sarebbe stato dalle 12 alle 20, io alle 12 precise ero lì fuori e ho dovuto aspettare la ragazza fino alle 12:45 seduta in cucina, quando è arrivata mi è stato comunicato che la camera non era pronta ma doveva ancora farla. Insomma la camera ci è stata data alle 13:30 Noi siamo partiti dal nord alle 3 di mattina ci eravamo organizzati bene in base al check in che c’era scritto, così avremmo riposato e poi avremmo fatto il giro per la città invece mezza giornata ci è partita solo dietro all’alloggio Secondo me non è stato un bel comportamento nei nostri confronti.

- Paulina (3/5): No lo recomiendo - Una habitación amplia pero con poco mantenimiento. La limpieza es mala, el baño con suciedad, tanto en la maparas de la ducha como en grifos y demás. Tv mal estado, iba mal el mando a distancia. El recinto es antigüo pero el edificio, en general, es bonito. La cocina no es cocina, es un sitio con microondas y a mi no me funcionó hasta que después de varios intentos contacté y me han dicho vuelva a intentar y que enviara vídeo, curiosamente funcionó, hice lo mismo, creo desconectan electricidad a ciertas horas, era sobre 20hrs. , no encuentro otra explicación, hice exactactamente lo mismo para encenderlo todas las veces, y otras personas también. El personal no es muy amable. Me cobraron tasa de turista en efectivo, no me acptaron tarjeta y eso no lo especifican al hacer la reserva, eran sobre 60 euros, eramos 3, y no me dierom factura o recibo, lo pedí y me dijieron que luego me pasaban el recibo, nunca me lo entregaron. Al llegar la entrada es complicada, no hay buenas indicaiones y el peesonal no sabe mucho inglés y no se esfuerzan mucho por comprender. Baño, la falta de limpieza, atención, que me cobren en efectivo tasa de turista, sin especificar eso, y que no me den factura o recibo después de pedirlo

- Georgia (8/5): Not bad value for money - It was close to the centre plus just a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. Rooms were tidy and clean. Owner communicated well over WhatsApp Beds were slightly uncomfortable but that’s my preference. Rooms were quite small.

- Flavia (9/5): - Localizarão muito boa, pertinho do metrô. Quarto limpo, com Staff super prestativo.
- Jessica (8/5): - Très bon emplacement, central permettant un accès facile aux différents lieux touristiques. L'hôte Dario est très sympathique.. Les équipements, bien que propres, sont clairement marqués par le temps (rouille sur le pommeau de douche, rouille sur le miroir de la salle de bain et le bois du bureau qui s'effrite). Il n'y avait pas de couverture non plus. C'est la saison estivale donc je peux comprendre qu'il n'y en ai pas sur le lit mais en laisser une à disposition dans le placard serait bien (peut-être disponible sur demande spécifique mais je n'ai pas demandé).

La posizione è semplicemente meravigliosa, ideale per rilassarsi e allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere tutto. La camera era davvero ben fatta, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e con uno standard decisamente più alto di quanto mi aspettassi. Un soggiorno oltre le aspettative. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio! Unica piccola nota: sarebbe comodo migliorare un po’ l’accesso ai portoni, perché dover aprire tutti i portali può risultare un po’ macchinoso, soprattutto quando si torna a casa la sera.
