Com. I arrived at night around 12 am next day in the midnight, the hostel was closed, and I had to call the owner, he was talking on phone said that, I have to pay extra $100 for the “late checking fee”, and he asked me to put the money in the mail box, that he can watch on CCTV camera, then only he will tell about, where he kept the key , I am not checking early, first time I heard of this, I paid $600 fully online, he was demanding more money, he is a money minded person, I was coming from different country, on a long flight, I was tired, I had flue and cough . I asked him, “can I sleep on the couch? He said No. He refused it, I had to sleep on the floor outside after paying $600. This is the worst hostel I stayed in my whole life. I had to sleep outside the door on the floor till 8 am next day in the morning till the receptionist come. The receptionist a Chinese Old woman, she was very rude. She treat guest as a trash. In her dictionary there are no welcoming and hospitality. She is running hospitality hotel services, But they don’t know the meaning of hospitality. This is one of the worst hostel and people here are very rude. This hostel is full of scammers, Scammers running this hostel, Please be aware of this trouble and Scam!!!!! The toilet and shower room are extremely dirty, the staffs are extremely rude and money minded.

• Sandra (7/5): Hostel with limited comfort, but ok for one night - Very friendly and supportive staff, convenient location, clean rooms, guests tend to the rules (like no loud noises after 11PM) Very loud (room window was facing the street) and getting really bright very early in the morning since the curtains cannot stop daylight. No eating or drinking in the rooms. Pricey for the value compared to the hotel I‘ve been to just days before.

• Nicola (3/5): Very poor - The location was excellent I booked this property having seen all the positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by our stay. When we arrived at reception, after using the dirty and run down lift, the 2 female members of staff did not look up to greet us. We were stood looking at them for about 3 or 4 minutes before they even looked up from their computers, despite us being stood right in front of them. It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We then saw our room… the space was incredibly small, with barely enough space for 2 rucksacks. The room was very rundown, and had marks all over the walls. The bathroom was a glass door, with yellow curtains to close for privacy, but these were half broken, and looked very old. The bathroom (and consequently the room) smelt like sewers. The bed was not comfortable and the curtains did not block out light and had stains on them. We would stay out of the property all day as we dreaded having to go back to the room and even considered booking a new place. I thought it was very expensive for what it was, and would not recommend it. I am not one to leave a negative review, but I feel like the other reviews have massively misled myself and my partner, and I want to make others aware.
• Tobias (4/5): Boiler der Dusche in 2 von 3 Nächten defekt - Die Lage ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Metro und an der Promenade. Auch ist der Bahnhof und die Fähre nicht weit. Von drei Nächten konnten wir nur in der ersten Nacht in unserem Zimmer duschen. Sobald wir den Schalter für den Boiler umgelegt hatten (aufheizzeit laut Personal 30min) viel der Strom in unserem Zimmer aus. Zuerst hieß es, dass dies wegen dem ersten Mai Wochenende so sei. Jedoch konnten alle anderen Zimmer duschen. Am nächsten Tag fiel beim Anschalten des Boilers erneut der Strom aus. Sodass das Personal endlich zugab, dass dieser defekt ist. Ein Techniker konnte jedoch frühstens nach unserer Abreise kommen, weshalb der Zustand unverändert bis Abreise blieb. Zudem bestand Stromschlaggefahr weshalb der Schalter durch das Personal mit einem Papierzettel abgeklebt wurde. Aus dem Duschhahn kam fast kein Wasser raus, sodass das duschen am ersten Tag schon sehr sehr umständlich war. Seitens des Personals gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Es wurde lediglich gesagt man könne ja die Gemeinschaftsdusche nutzen welche zwei Gänge entfernt war. Sehr unangenehm wenn man extra ein Zimmer mit Dusche bucht, um eine Gemeinschaftsdusche zu vermeiden. Der Aufenthaltsraum ludt auch nicht zum verweilen ein. Wir haben schon in anderen Hostels genächtigt, wo das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis viel besser war (Tel Aviv, Shanghai, Jerusalem und co.) bislang war dies das teuerste und auch schlechteste Hostel in dem wir genächtigt haben. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und würden nicht wieder kommen. Lediglich die Lage ist hier positiv zu erwähnen

• Sebastian (7/5): Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden - Das Zimmer (Privatzimmer für 4 personen mit Badezimmer) was wie erwartet, klein aber sauber und total funktional für das war wir wollten. Wir waren nur zum schlafen im Zimmer und dafür war es perfect. Es war ruhig und wir konnten super schlafen (was vielleicht auch daran lag das es in der Nebensaison war) Die Betten hatten eine gute Matratze und gute Kopfkissen, was ich ehrlich nicht erwartet hatte. Die lage ist perfekt für Kowloon und die Metro ist beinahe direkt vor der Tür. Der Vorhang im Badezimmer könnte etwas länger sein ;), dann haette ,an etwas mehr "Privatsphäre" im Bad/WC , wenn es dann auch nur die Freunde sind die einen Meter von dir entfernt im Bett liegen ;)

It can be a little hard to find at first, but once you’re there the location is excellent with a tube station only a few minutes walk. Really good value for money. The common room is a decent size for the number of rooms, and I met quite a few people during my stay. Overall, a great vibe, clean hostel, amazing staff, and a solid place to stay in Hong Kong. N/A

• Pavel (8/5): Приемлемый вариант по соотношению цены и качества - Удобное расположение, в пешей доступности станция метро и остановки общественного транспорта. Вблизи много продуктовых магазинов и различных заведений, где можно поесть. Удобно, что помимо розеток в номере есть USB разъёмы. Скорость Wi-Fi хорошая. Навигация не самая удачная, то есть найти в первый раз было проблематично. Кухонная зона очень ограничена, поэтому для разогрева пищи и тем более для приготовления еды не особо подходит.

Great price in a great location. - Fantastic location; Stones throw away from the subway entrance which connects to two lines, along with a great mall. Fantastic bars and restaurants within a 5min walk too. Kowloon Park is nearby too, and the fantastic HK History Museum, and the TST Ferry pier is a short walk away as well. Room is pretty clean, and toilet is very clean, there is a cleaner that comes at noon everyday. I had a great stay and would not mind at all to stay here again if I'm ever back in Hong Kong on a budget. The shower room is pretty small with questionable material used for the shower wall. Could use more hooks in the shower too. But those are small inconveniences. No staff past midnight means if you have an issue, you're on your own till the morning. There was a group of students who had locked themselves out of their room with no one inside and couldn't get back into their rooms with no staff around. Wifi is quite weak in the rooms, however it's strong in the lounge area. Walls are pretty thin so if there's someone loud outside you could hear them easily, but nothing some ear plugs can't fix though.

• Marta (8/5): - El hostel es súper tranquilo, no se oye ni un ruido, y está decorado muy guay. Las recepcionistas son amables y dispuestas a ayudar. La cama está bien, la habitación es grande y tiene suficientes enchufes y sitio para guardar las cosas. La ubicación es muy buena para salir a cenar y para ir a ver el espectáculo de luces a Walk of stars. Los baños son terroríficos, especialemente las duchas, parecían de película de terror. Creo que estaba todo limpio pero al ser tan viejo el edificio daba sensación de que los baños no lo estaban. Sobre todo el problema es que en la ducha no hay sitio para dejar la ropa, se te moja todo, es muy incómodo.

• 沛妘 (9/5): - 大廈入口有很多個，要搭乘1號電梯才能到旅社門口，找到「黃金樹」的圖就對了！ 店員很熱情也非常專業，交通真的超級方便，地鐵站入口就只隔了一條小路，還可以搭電梯下去，對於頻繁搭乘地鐵的人超讚 👍👍👍 附近也有很多好吃的食物，茶室、小吃、速食、甜點、飲料店，基本上走路五分鐘內的距離全部都找的到，K11也很近，逛街不怕沒地方去 離盥洗區很近，半夜還是能聽到有人在洗澡的聲音，但戴耳塞應該就能解決了~

• RUO HUEI (9/5): 櫃檯很親切，很仔細介紹使用環境。忘記帶轉接頭，可以20塊押金租借，相當方便。地理位置好交通方便，床位很大，房間有衛浴。還沒入住及退房都可以寄放行李。整體很喜歡，下次再去會想再入住。 - 地理位置優越，房間有浴室、廁所相當方便。 插座感應不是那麼好。

• BHASKAR (8/5): Felt like my home, neat and clean Superb, heart of Hong kong - No brake fast .. I have stayed in Singapore but in Hong Kong Hostel more clean and hygienic than Singapore. Those people who take care of this hats off to them. What more can I expect happy stay.

• Juliette (10/5): - The staff was really Lovely and help full during my trip. The room is clean and confortable. The bed was great for a hostel. You have also a kitchen area and access to coffee and water. The hostel is really well located and as a lot of supermarket, transport and good cheap restaurant !

• Anna (7/5): Preis Leistung hat definitiv gestimmt. - Eine tolle Lobby/Aufenthaltsraum mit super vielen süßen Details. Super geeignet für Backpacker und zum connecten. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr lieb. Sehr kleines Zimmer mit Bett und noch kleinerem Bad (offen aus Glas). Kleines Fenster. Keine Extras.
• Ruoshui (8/5): - The bunk beds aren’t of very good quality, just basic metal frames and they feel a bit unstable when you step on them. The space around the bed is also quite small. However, considering this is in Hong Kong and the location is very good, it’s still worth staying (as long as you can check in early and get a lower bunk).

• Fabien (9/5): Honest hostel within the heart of HK - Insane location doesn’t get that much better for one of the cheaper hostels in HK, staff were helpful over friendly, allowed late check in with no hassle Not the most social but that isn’t the hostels fault necessarily, quite hard to first find but easy there on out.

• Paula (6/5): Sin más - La ubicación está bien. Cerca de una estación. Hay que encender el calentador del agua una hora antes de ducharte. La parte del “baño” es muy incómoda. Ya que cuando te duchas se empapa todo y luego ya queda inoperativo… Las almohadas bastante bajitas e incómodas.
• NAHYEON (9/5): ⭐️🇭🇰 가격, 위치, 청결 다 잡은 홍콩 숙소 = 무조건 Hop Inn ⭐🇭🇰️ - 혼자 여행으로 가는 홍콩인지라 전반적으로 홍콩 숙소값이 너무 비싸다 보니 도미토리형 숙소를 찾게 되었는데 정말 홍콩에서 이렇게 저렴한 가격에 위치, 시설 다 갖춘 숙소가 또 있을까 싶어요 🥹 물론 다른 사람들이랑 함께 쓰는 숙소이니 거기서 오는 불편함은 개인차가 있을 수 있지만 저는 여자 혼자서도 3박4일 동안 전혀 불편함 없이 잘 지냈어요 ! 침사추이에서 추천하는 주요 관광지, 인기 많은 식당 그리고 기념품으로 많이들 사가시는 것들도 모두 숙소에서 가까이 있어서 이 가격에 이 위치가 말이 안 된다고 생각했어요 .. 👍🏻 또 많이들 이야기 하시는 부분이 청결인데 숙소 청소/관리하시는 분이 정말 오전 시간마다 매일 정리하셔서 진짜 깨끗해요 ! 특히 제일 중요한 화장실, 샤워실 쓸 때 더러워서 멈칫한다거나 한 적이 한 번도 없었어요 ! 한 가지 샤워실에서 아쉬웠던 점은 손에 잡고 사용 가능한 샤워기가 따로 있지 않고 벽에 일체형 마냥 붙어있는 샤워기라서 만약 머리만 감고 싶으시면 조금 불편하실 수도 있을 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 저는 다 좋았지만 아쉬웠던 점 하나 꼽으라면 이 정도일 것 같은데 사실 이 마저도 하루 동안 적응하니 크게 불편하진 않았지만요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 ! 수건이 무료로 제공되지 않고 한국 돈으로 2000원(홍콩 10달러) 지불하시면 한 장 받으실 수 있어요 🧼 이때 보증금으로 홍콩 100달러 지불해야 하는데 체크아웃 하실 때 현금으로 받으실 수 있습니다 ! 사실 한국인들 후기가 많은 숙소라 애초에 걱정을 안 하고 갔긴 하지만 생각보다 더더 편하게 잘 지냈던 숙소였어서 정말 너무너무 추천합니다 ♥️ 다음에 홍콩 여행 가면 또 방문하고 싶어요 ! ⭐️ 화장실 세면대에 음식물을 버리는 사람이 많은 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 그래서 세면대가 막혀서 물이 잘 안 내려 가는 곳이 많았어서 조금 불편했어요. 세면대에는 라면 같은 음식물을 버리지 않도록 공지를 해주시면 더 쾌적한 환경이 될 수 있을 것 같아요 !

• TATSUKO (9/5): 香港に来た時の定番宿 - もう何度もリピートしています。ロケーション良し、コスパ良し、清潔で安心して利用できます。 今回は女子ドミのトイレが使用できませんでした。 以前もコメントしましたが、女子ドミは隣りのシャワールームと壁一枚なのでシャワーの音がうるさいです。でも時間制限をしてくれたみたいで、眠るときは問題無しでした。
