Tetyana (5/5): - Die Hotelrezeptionistin war besonders zerstreut und unaufmerksam. Zuerst bekamen wir das falsche Zimmer. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass ein Sofa fehlte, versuchte sie uns weiszumachen, ein Sessel sei ein Sofa. Dann wurde es noch schlimmer. Wir bezahlten das Zimmer bar, und eine Woche später versuchte das Hotel, meine Kreditkarte zu belasten. Ich bemerkte das nur zufällig, weil der Betrag hoch war und mein Kreditlimit überstieg. Erst nach meiner Beschwerde stornierte das Hotel die Rückbuchung. Ich nehme an, das war das Werk derselben nachlässigen Mitarbeiterin, die übersehen hatte, dass das Zimmer bereits bezahlt war.

Beetje knorrige heer bij de ontvangst..Bij vertrek was hij beter gemutst. Rabobankpas en INGpas werkten niet Alleen Visa. Vreemd. De vloer in douchebak zou antieslip handiger zijn. Er worden geen zakjes gebruikt in de viilnisemmertjes. Waarschijnlijk om plastic te besparen. Ok. Een papieren zakje werkt ook.

Goede uitleg van het vriendelijke personeel, een grote + is de parkeergarage die tevens voldoende ruim.is om binnen te rijden met een kleine bestelwagen. Hoogte garage is tevens 2meter. Er viel niets tegen opzich, een uur na aankomst op de de kamer ging het brandalarm af maximaal duurde dit 15minuten. Kan uiteraard gebeuren alle begrip voor. Als ´migraineur´wel een minder fijne ervaring maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen.

Nathalie (8/5): Hôtel très agréable et emplacement à proximité du tram - Confort de la chambre, literie au top et emplacement judicieux à côté du tram Problème branchement TV mais réglé rapidement, manque petit beurre individuel pour le petit déjeuner ( étonnant de se servir dans une motte de beurre), pas de vitrines réfrigérées pour la salade de fruits, les yaourts et machine à café sous dimensionnée pour remplir un mug du matin.

É muito bom ter a kitchenette para os dias em que chegamos mais cansados e com uma refeição leve dá para fazer ou aquecer, e usufruir um pouco do quarto e do descanso. Boa limpeza. Metro a 10 minutos a pé. E supermercado a caminho do hotel. Restaurantes na zona a preços acessíveis. Zona calma.

Jacques (7/5): Hôtel sympa mais climatisation impossible à couper - Cet appart hôtel est très recommandable. Le personnel est très sympathique, le studio était propre et confortable avec tout ce qu'il y avait besoin. Très sympa pour passer une nuit comme une semaine. Malheureusement notre séjour a été gâché par une climatisation extrêmement bruyante, et impossible à couper. Nous avons demandé au personnel de la couper mais ils ont juste pu baisser la température (il faisait 24.5° dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés !). A cause de cela nous avons très mal dormi. Le petit déjeuner est bien en quantité mais tout n'est pas de qualité : le pain n'était pas frais, les viennoiseries étaient bof. C'est très dommage car tout le reste était très bien.
