Zima, technik musel upravit klidu. Jsem pravidelný host, takže nepříjemné překvapení. Neváží si individuálních zákazníků, zajímají se jen o zájezdy. Nevím, zda hledat příště jiný hotel. Recepční Elišku, co mi dala ten hrozný apartmán, propustit.

It wasn’t quiet, but that is actually in their favor because I love street noise. It was easy to shut it out by closing the windows and lowering the blinds. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The bar area was generally quiet, but the staff there were very attentive. More English language channels on the TV.

Kom je niet gauw tegen. Proficiat aan het management en aan de onderhoudsploeg. Design meubeltjes en hoera: geen vasttapijt op de slaapkamer. - DAMJAN (10/5): - Check in was excellent and easy, receptionist was extremely polite and spoke perfect english. Location is exceptional (walkable to city), breakfast is great, rooms spacious and clean.
- Μανώλης (9/5): Luxury stay for good value in a great location to explore Prague - Really good location, next to tram stop and close to metro as well, though with the tram connections the latter wasn't really needed. Reception was super friendly, assisting in everything we needed. Breaksfast was another big plus, huge variety in food and we always left with a happy belly to go and explore the city!! Rooms were clean and the cleaning happened every day. Room was always a bit too hot despite closing the heaters.

- Oliver (8/5): Eine gute Empfehlung 😊 - Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück Das Zimmer war selbst mir ausgeschalteter Heizung zu warm. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption konnte man mit der Klima nicht kühlen. Leider konnten die Fenster aber nicht ganz geöffnet werden…

- Suturin Ivan (10/5): One night stay - Very nice hotel, excellent staff, very welcoming reception. Very good and nice breakfast. Good rooms, but they might be a little bigger. But for one person is exactly what needed. In the same building shopping center, cafes, restaurants and museum. Located in very nice neighborhood, with plant of activities around it and close to public transport. We were 3 persons, the room was not very big. Parking cost addition money.

Emeletenként vízautomata, melyben 3 féle vízből lehet választani. Isteni reggeli! Finom kávé, melyet a barista frissen készít, s több lehetőségból lehet választani. Reggelit csomagolni is lehet! A parkolás drága.

- Florian (8/5): Bien situé pour profiter de la ville - Bien placé, dans un quartier dynamique, à deux pas d'un nœud de transport (trams, métro) et d'un centre commercial local. Le cœur de ville est idéalement situé à 15/20min à pied, un peu moins en transport. L'hôtel est propre, les chambres et lits confortables. La vraie salle de sport accessible au sous-sol est un plus. Le SPA en option permet un moment de détente après de longues journées de marches. Le staff était poli sans plus. Le petit dej okay, sans plus. Le café cramé, entre charbon et asphalte, comme souvent ici.
