Frida (8/5): No corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas pero es una buena opcion para una estadia breve - Ubicacion cerca de la estación de tren. 15 minutos caminando para llegar a la zona de la Galleria Uffizi. Desayuno bastante variado - de los pocos lugares que ofrece bebidas de avena o sin lactosa y opciones de mermeladas sin azucar - con personal servicial. La habitacion era vieja con muebles descuidados. Limpieza bien pero poco distinguible ya que los muebles estan desgastados. No creo que sea una habitacion de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Kirsi-Marja (10/5): Kaunis ja toimiva majoituskohde lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja juna-asemaa, helppo kävellä kaikkialle. - Todella kaunis pieni hotelli vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta ja kaikista Firenzen keskustan nähtävyyksistä. Hyviä ravintoloita ja kahviloita ihan vieressä. Hotellin aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja tarjoilu salissa erinomaista, muutenkin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomaavaista. Huoneemme oli viihtyisä, siisti ja ilmastoitu, näkymä sisäpihalle plussaa. Hotelli huomioi yllätyksenä viettämämme merkkipäivän tuomalla Proseccon coolerissa huoneeseemme, mikä ilahdutti kyllä. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin onnistunut majoitusvalinta muutaman päivän lomalle. -

Dana (10/5): מדהים. - מיקום מעולה, ניקיון, גודל החדר, הפטיו והעיצוב של החדרים.. והכי חשוב- הצוות מדהים! תמיד היה שמח לעזור בכל דבר. היה לנו טיול שקבענו מוקדם בבוקר והם ארזו לנו ארוחת בוקר בשקית לקחת איתנו. בקיצור הכל היה מושלם!!! נחזור למלון שוב בהחלט. היינו שמחים אם היה יותר גיוון בארוחת בוקר (שהיא הייתה טובה וטרייה אבל עדיין). ואם הייתה אופציה להכנת להכנת אומלט או לשים ביצים קשות.

suzimatic (9/5): Predivno iskustvo u centru Firenze, od lokacije, hrane do uslužnosti osoblja. - Lokacija je izvrsna, osoblje vrlo ljubazno i pristupačno. Svakako prednost parkiran i čuvan automobil što je u centru starog grada vrlo teško naći. Internet mreža je dobra. Pohvaljujem doručak koji je raznovrstan a osoblje u restoranu vrlo uslužno. Svakako ću se vratiti u ovaj hotel ukoliko me put nanese u Firenzu ponovo.

alisoncC759FE (2/5): Do NOT recommend - This hotel is beautiful and the history is cool but I would never recommend for anyone to stay here. The rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable with horrible pillows, so far have killed 2 bugs in the room. The shower smelled like sewage. The bathroom is tiny with counters so small you can’t fit anything on them and are so low to the ground you have to sit to use them comfortably. The staff is very nice but that’s basically the only good part about this hotel.

CCM33 (7/5): - The room was recentely renovated, the staff was nice and helpfull and the breakfast was OK compared to others from Italy. Almost 0 soundproofing. I dont know if it was the walls or the ventilation system but damn you could hear everything. Also a strage thing was that the AC was defaulted to 17 degrees Celsius with option to close it or increase to 22. The issue was that when you would leave the room, the AC was auto starting at 17 degrees and when you came back to the room after some hours, it was freezing. This could be a "what you like" for US travelers I suppose. I had to leave the window opened a bit so the AC to not start when i left the room.

Simona* (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Firenze - Soggiorno eccellente nel cuore di Firenze. Hotel ricavato da un ex convento, affascinante e curato, con ambienti accoglienti e piacevoli cortili interni. Camera silenziosa e molto confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Staff estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. Colazione varia e di qualità. Il bagno era molto piccolo, ma compensato comunque da una bella doccia ampia.
Tiziano (9/5): Se vi volete viziare... vale la pena - Posizione molto buona in zona centrale, ottimi servizi, colazione buona. La stanza era molto tranquilla, su due piani e affacciava un fantastico cortile interno. Il condizionatore risultava leggermente rumoroso. Fortunatamente non ne avevamo bisogno, peccato che - anche se lo ho disattivato - sia ripartito da solo alle 2 di notte!
robert (9/5): The hotel provides a comfortable, supportive base for visiting a beautiful city. - Location is ideal. Close to train station, easy walking distance to all city sites and without suffocating crowds. Piazza Santa Maria Novella is lovely with very good trattorie surrounding. It is kind of overlooked by tourists. Hotel restaurant is excellent. Helping and caring staff throughout. Shower stall was a bit small. But the hotel is in the historic district, in a building with a long past. It is comfortable to live in Italian history for a week.

It was pretty expensive. 775 EUR per night for a suite with two bedrooms and breakfast. Beds not very comfortable and to have an omelette for breakfast cost an extra 8 EUR…. Even though the price included breakfast!!

The whirlpool outside was nice, we wished all the bubbles worked, but one side was operating! I can’t recall the bartenders names. It they were EXCELLENT. They went out of their way to make us and our children comfortable. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from the train station which is convenient if you’re walking with luggage. The lobby is a bit dated, it would be nice to refresh it so it matches the beauty that the rooms offer.

Marina (10/5): - The hotel is nice and at the great location to visit all the sights in Florence by foot. The staff is very friendly and ccoperative. The breakfast is good and the waiters are helpful and very kind. I would recommend this hotel The only thing I did not like is that the hotel needs a little bit of refurbishing to look like on the pictures. Our room was cosy and nice but there were some stains on the wall like the water from the bathtub which was on the other side of that wall flew out and did not dry.

Konum çok iyi, en önemli tren istasyonu ve otobüs istasyonu çok yakın 5 dakika bile değil.. Bu durumda her gün farklı şehirlere de gidebilir .. Kahvaltı de çok güzel! Çok tavsiye ediyoruz. Rivoli 🫶

D8897CTdavidb (6/5): A mixed bag - Worth 5 stars on several fronts most notably friendly and responsive staff, excellent complimentary breakfast, location, and public areas. But let down badly by 2 things. Most significantly it is impossible for customers to regulate individual room temperatures to their personal needs. In our case a spell of warm weather early March meant the room got exceedingly hot (especially at night) but the air conditioning simply would not work. A heated towel rail in the bathroom that stayed exceedingly hot 24/7 did not help. Did not get a good nights sleep for entire 5 night stay which is a fundamental for any hotel. Also bathroom was like a thin corridor with barely enough room to manoeuvre in and out of the shower which was at the end of the ‘corridor’
