Toutes commodités, y compris piscine et des bungalows pour les afficionados! Situation magique en bord de lagune, très bonne connexion avec le bus pour le Lido et les vaporetti Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas faire du thé dans la chambre (bouilloire). Le café au petit déjeuner n'est pas très...italien!

• Paul (5/5): Disappointing as we expected better from the reviews and pictures. - It was a quiet location with public transport outside the hotel. The staff did not acknowledge us when we entered the building. We had to move room as the toilet was broken. No tables were available for breakfast on two days and we had to wait. The breakfast food was not replaced when eaten so ran out. There is no interior bar area for rainy days. Our first room was small.

• Khalid (4/5): Druchfall wegen indischen Koch, der italienische kochen will. - Der Aussicht aus dem Balkon. Der Rezeptionist hat uns am ersten Abend zu Aeroporto Restaurant geschickt. Das war eine Katastrophe. Er hat einen Tisch für uns reserviert obwohl das Restaurant komplett leer war!! Ich empfehle in allgemeinen nicht in Restaurant in Venedig essen zu gehen. Sie sind richtige Gauner. Am besten einfach beim Pizzastand oder Panini essen.

• Naďa (10/5): Klidný, elegantní hotel - Jedná se o nádherou, velice klidnou lokalitu, nedaleko přístavu, do kterého přijíždí trajekt. Do centra je to hezká procházka, nebo za pár minut na kole a nebo přímo od hotelu odjíždí autobus. Skvělá služba hotelu je půjčování kol. Výhled na lagunu a Benátky je opravdu krásný, zvláště při západu slunce.

Sehr nette Personal, Preis Leistung passt. Schöne kleine Hotel mit venezianischer Flair. Die erste zwei Nächte waren kühl, ich hätte gewünscht noch ein zweites zudecken, welches man beim Bedarf nehmen könnte. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart, aber das ist eher „Gewöhnungs Sache“.

Chambres très mal insonorisées, joints de salle de bain sales avec poignée de porte dans la douche cassée. Services affichés comme service déjeuner en chambre ou restauration sur place non disponible, ce qui revient à de la publicité mensongère Mais surtout sur nos 7 nuits passés dans cet hôtel 2 ont été un enfer, un groupe scolaire anglais a débarqué avec 50 ou 60 enfants qui ont hurlés dans l hôtel, tambouriné dans les portes une grande partie de leurs 2 nuits sur place ils déplaçaient les meubles jusqu a 2h du matin, le personnel de l hôtel n a pas réagi et laisse faire, c est nous même qui avons été obligé de sortir pour les rappeler l ordre, et ensuite a 5h du matin ce sont leur prof qui se sont mis à frapper FORT à toutes les portes pour réveiller les gamins, aucun respect et toujours aucune réaction du personnel Nous nous sommes plains auprès du personnel qui a admis qu ils étaient insupportables et qu ils s excusaient mais on ne nous a pas changé de chambre pour autant alors que des lodges étaient disponibles à l écart de cette colonie Nous avons donc demandé le remboursement de ces nuits, le personnel a demandé au directeur qui a « accepté » et demandé notre rib mais aucun remboursement n a été effectué et aucune réponse à mes mails depuis, ils sont malhonnêtes, tout simplement du vol!!! Le directeur est hautain et dédaigneux avec les clients, même pas bonjour quand il nous croise et il fait dès remontrances à tous ses employés dans les couloirs devant les clients qui sont eux pourtant bien plus pro et agréables que lui À FUIR !!!!
• Hans (9/5): Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🤩🤩 - Sehr freundliches Personal, mir wurde kostenlos ein Handyladegerät für eine Woche überlassen. Wir bekamen am Anreise Tag noch spät Wein auf der Terrasse serviert, ich konnte nach dem Auschecken noch den Pool benutzen, jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern bestückt, beim Frühstück bekam ich für meinen Kaffee warme Hafermilch, wir wurden stets nett begrüßt und verabschiedet, Elena hat im Frühstücksraum mit ruhigen souveränen Handgriffen auf das Beste gesorgt, ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden behoben …. Die Anbindung an Venedig ist durch Bus und Vaporetto sehr gut organisiert. Auf dem Lido finden wir nun zum 2. Mal im Victoria Palace einen gastfreundlichen Rückzugsort! Überhaupt nichts !
• sanae (5/5): Moyen - Points positifs : propreté irréprochable et arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel Bruit provenant d’une pompe ou d’un moteur électrique installé dans le jardin, qui se déclenche toutes les deux minutes, ce qui empêche de dormir dans certaines chambres côté ascenseur. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen, avec peu de choix pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
• Marek (9/5): Oceniamy pobyt w hotelu pozytywnie, ale nie wszystko było zgodne z naszymi oczekiwaniami. - 1. Położenie Hotelu z pięknym widokiem na lagunę. 2. Dobra komunikacja - przystanek autobusowy pod Hotelem. 3. Dobra kawa - na śniadaniu ekspres mielił naturalną, ziarnistą kawę!, a nie jak w niektórych hotelach rozpuszczalną z proszku. 1. Rezerwowaliśmy pokój z 1 łóżkiem podwójnym, a dostaliśmy z 2 złączonymi łóżkami pojedyńczymi, które się rozsuwały. 2. Podczas naszego pobytu, głównie wieczorem był brak ciepłej wody w łazience - była zimna lub letnia, przez co wzięcie prysznica na koniec dnia nie było zbyt komfortowe. 3. Przez 2 dni późnym wieczorem już po 22:00 oraz wczesnym rankiem przed 7:00 były bardzo głośne krzyki na korytarzu oraz w pokojach obok, na co recepcja nie reagowała. 4. Prosiliśmy o pokój na 2 piętrze bo zależało nam na widoku, a dostaliśmy na 1 piętrze, pomimo rezerwacji 2 miesiące wcześniej kiedy było jeszcze 6 wolnych pokoi z balkonem i widokiem na lagunę. 5. Brak w pokoju czajnika elektrycznego, aby można było samemu zaparzyć sobie herbatę lub kawę - wydaje nam się, że hotel 4 gwiazdkowy powinien mieć na wyposażeniu pokoju czajnik elektryczny.
• Meriem (10/5): Très bon séjour - Incroyable hotel, Les employés sont d’une grande classe et d’une gentillesse immense. Le service est top. L’emplacement est paisible et la vue est si reposante. La piscine est chouette, nous nous sommes posés avec des cocktails et de la bonne musique et nous avons même nagé. La chambre est propre. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Arret de bus en face. Une remaque pour le patron qui est désagréable avec ses employés. La seule personne qui se fait remarquer d’ailleurs. Je vous le conseille fortement.

Un po di polvere sotto il letto e troppi insetti non appena si apriva la finestra (inevitabili visto che l'albergo è circondato dal verde). Se ci fossero le zanzariere sarebbe perfetto.

• Bettina (10/5): Get the best of both worlds! - We were very happy with our stay at the Viktoria Palace Hotel. The room was great, the garden and the pool as well although it was still a little too cold to use it (end of May), anyway it was a very nice area. If you want to visit Venice, I recommend staying at the Lido - so you can have the best of both worlds: more of a countryside feeling but close enough to culture/shopping as the connection St Mark´s Square is very good and there are vaporetti even during night time (every 30 minutes). Nothing at all.

• Sonja (8/5): hundefreundliches, schönes, sauberes, angenehmes Haus - als erstes unser Hund war willkommen, wir hatten ein Gartenzimmer, sehr optimal und wenn nicht so viele Leute im Frühstücksraum gewesen wären hätten wir unseren Hund auch mitnehmen können, so haben wir auf der Terrasse gefrühstück. Das Personal war mega freundlich, echt top! die Kommunikation: auf meine Anfrage wie hoch die Hundegebühr wäre, schrieb man mir der Hund wäre kostenlos, es wurden aber dann doch pro Nacht 10 Euro verlangt.

• Anna (8/5): Тихий отдых - Отель находится на острове, в самом конце, в тихом месте. Удобные постельные принадлежности, уборка и смена белья ежедневно. Просторный номер. Очень приветливый и милый персонал. Наверное мы ожидали большего от отеля 4*, но в целом неплохо. От причала 2 км, которые можно пройти пешком или проехать на автобусе. Сам отель оформлен в характерном стиле. Комары. Много комаров живых и размазанных по потолку. На завтрак каждый день одно и то же, еда на 4/5. При этом персонал очень милый и гостеприимный. Мы не поняли, как работает климатическая система, было жарко, пришлось открывать окна, а там комары :)
• Peter A. (8/5): Good place to stay - Reception was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed staying there. Parking in front of the hotel makes it easy if you have kids and stuff. One of the breakfast waitresses does not know how to behave with guests; she is abrasive, impolite and ordering guest around. Not just us, but all. Makes for an unpleasant expereince.
• HeinBloed (10/5): Fantastico - Well, first of all, you need to praise the location and the view over the Laguna part of Venice: gorgeous. You should also be happy to have an attentive, flexible, and friendly staff. There is a golden rule: never call a guest to say he lost something (it could be someone picking up the phone who should not know where you stayed last night). But in this case, I was glad someone called to let me know I had lost my ID card and driving license. The stupid thing only: we were already on the ferry back to Venice, and it takes a while to get back to Lido and collect the wallet. And you should know that the location is Lido, and it costs a lot to use the ferry with your car if you are not a Lido resident. But take it as a sightseeing tour since the ferry passes St. Mark's Square and from a higher tier, but the Vaporetto water buses. The hotel is just a quick drive away from the Lido ferry station. The room was terrific and the breakfast selection was great. We missed someone who was around to offer service like asking for a cappuccino from a barista machine, not from a machine that makes coffee americano. But I would go there again when we revisit Venice. When you have no car, the passenger ferry station is well connected by bus, which stops in front of the hotel.
• Dileepkumar (9/5): Great island stay - A superb stay offering the best of both worlds: peaceful island life and easy access. Reach the mainland and airport by boat, and travel the island easily by bus. Expect clean, tidy rooms and great, welcoming staff. The morning breakfast is a must-try; though not extensive, it comes highly recommended! Wish the pool was functional.

• Laura (9/5): Wunderbar, entspannend und erholsam! - Ein umwerfend gutes Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Für den Pool war es etwas zu spät im Jahr, aber in der Sommersaison ist der Garten bestimmt wunderschön. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer sehr ruhig und groß, mit einem großen Badezimmer, was in Venedig eher selten ist. Die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel sorgt für eine schnelle Anbindung an die Fähre zur Hauptinsel. Das WLAN war etwas instabil, was wahrscheinlich daran lag, dass das Zimmer im Garten, am weitesten vom Haupthaus entfernt lag.

• Juha (4/5): - Aamupala oli hyvä. Meille oli huone jossa oli patio. Sisään mennessä haistoi heti, että rakennus ei todellakaan ole kunnossa. Olimme siellä lokakuun alussa ja huone oli aivan jääkylmä. Peittona oli vain 1 lakana. Pyysimme heti aamulla huoneenvaihtoa ja saimme sen, mutta piti maksaa erotus. Ensiksi virkailija sanoi sen olevan 30€. Sitten puhui italiaksi jotakin kollegan kanssa ja sanoi hinnan olevankin 50€. Sanoimme ettei se kyllä sovi kun juuri sanoit 30€ ja me sen hyväksyimme. Lopulta tämä 30€ sitten sopikin. Vaihdoimme superior-huoneeseen joka oli kyllä pettymys sekin, mutta parempi kuin ulkorakennuksessa ollut huone.
