• JONATAS (8/5): - Apesar de ficar no centro de Kabukicho, a zona é bem tranquila, perto da estação, tem uma lavanderia bem próxima ao hotel, e o serviço da recepção também foi boa! Apesar de ser um estilo mais retrô, o quarto e o banheiro é bem grande e confortável para quem quer mais espaço.

• Lawrence (4/5): Budget hotel that was centrally located in shinjuku. - The location was great. It was in the heart of Shinjuku. It was also by an airport. It was a pretty large room and had fridge and a working AC The hotel is outdated and needed a physical key. They also didn’t allow any visitors. The bathroom ceiling had black mold.

• Melissa (2/5): Great location. Horribly uncomfortable. - The bed was so thin you can feel the springs in the mattress. The toilet room is small, your knees touch the wall when you sit down. The shower was great.

The listing stated 24hr check in when the reservation was made, but as soon as the reservation was made I received a notice that the check in time requested was not available. I had to spend an extra fee in order to use a service which was initially advertised as part of the package. Despite the fact that 2 rooms were booked for the same party, the members of one room were not allowed to meet with the other when half of us did early check in. This means we had to make 2 trips to bring everyone's luggage up.

• Cloee (7/5): - The bedrooms were a lot bigger than expected. It was in a good location not very far from the train stations. The wifi did keep cutting out a lot so had to use paid data instead.

Ho soggiornato qui ogni volta che sono andato a Tokyo. Il migliore! Consiglio di revisionare meglio la struttura. Ho notato della muffa nel condizionatore e in bagno. Con delle piccole accortezze sarebbe perfetto!

• PLUS (1/5): Zorda kalmadığım sürece tercih etmem. - Çok merkezi olması sokağın sonunda metro olması çok çok avantajlıydı. Ayrıca sigara içilebilir olması benim için mükemmel bir detaylı. Çok pisti ayrıca resepsiyonistlerden 1 si var ki aman denk gelmeyin. Sürekli azarlıyor. :)

• Eleonora (7/5): - De lokatie, het hotel ligt in Shinjuku, op loopafstand van Shinjuku station. De kamer was een soort piepklein mini appartementje met zit-, slaap èn badkamertje. Alles is wél een beetje out dated, maar het beddengoed èn de badkamer waren schoon. De badkamer is klein en de wastafel is laag voor lange mensen.

• ninacO3063RQ (2/5): FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: HEALTH HAZARD 👎🏻 - I did not mind that the hotel was old, but I am appalled that the room was dirty. The photos used online were from probably 10 years ago. Imagine you are tired from a long flight only to find out that your hotel room is underwhelming. The carpet was dusty and the air coming from the aircon was so dirty that my boyfriend got allergies. The bedsheets and robes also have stains. The bedsheets also have bed mites, we got red after lying down for a few minutes. They refuse to refund even when it pose as a health hazard.

• Joseph (6/5): - Staff were nice. The room I stood in had many problems. The toilet handle would flush but it was loose and not mounted correctly. The lav faucet leaked from each handle as well as the tub faucet. The hotel needs to be remodeled
