Luis (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Excelente custo benefício, com quarto amplo, café da manhã bom e piscina aquecida excelente. Localização bem perto dos parques da disney, com vasta opção de alimentação, supermercados, farmácia, etc. Ficaria novamente, com certeza. Carpet no quarto deixa a desejar, mas nada que atrapalhou a estadia. Do periodo que ficamos (11 noites), um dos dias não aconteceu a limpeza e troca de toalhas, mas nada que diminue a qualidade.

Andrea P. (8/5): A perfect hotel if you’d rather spend your money on roller coasters than on lodging - The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast, which even though could certainly being improved as to the variety of food, it was nonetheless a good enough buffet; my kids were really happy about the waffle station. Most of all, I think it was good value for money: given the outlandish prices for the Orlando parks, this hotel was an excellent way to keep the overall budget more or less under control (especially for a family of 6). I'm not gonna lie: at first it might not be the most charming lodging of you life. The lobby is decent, but the secondary entrance (where my room was located) and the corridors are kind of drab, with stains on the walls, dirty glass in the elevator, and overall and aging structure. But to be frank, it delivered in the fundamentals and it was a good enough experience overall.

Michael (4/5): Very disappointed. Nothing about the hotel encouraged us to spend time there. - We really just used it as a base before going out for the day. The bed in our room was great, and parking was convenient. Other than that, not a lot to say we "liked". The room felt like a tired motel room, not a hotel. The room was not clean (looked like areas missed with the hoover, if hoovered at all!). Bathroom fixings were in a poor condition or loose. There was a coffee bag stuffed in the AirCon radiator grill. The AirCon machines were excessively noisy. Breakfast was bland, and quite often nowhere to sit.

Justin (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again pictures can be so deceiving! 😂 - location was ok The whole place needs renovating very old and tired! surprised the lift actually still works was more scary then Tower of Terror. Breakfast was so busy and overcrowded every morning no matter what time and everyone in there so rude! We picked it also because it said free transport but didn’t even bother with this as the times are awful some busses don’t leave till 11am for Epcot for instance so absolutely pointless! And the drivers attitude was unreal 😩 we got Ubers everywhere!

Fabiana (5/5): Minha estadia foi tranquila, o triste é a primeira impressão que ficou marcada. Ainda lembrar do cheiro da primeira acom - A acomodação é boa no geral. A limpeza do local é muito ruim, o tapete do quarto é velho e fica com um cheiro ruim no ambiente, nós precisamos trocar de acomodação pois a primeira tinha um cheiro péssimo de cigarro, com falta de limpeza e para disfarçar tentaram jogar um desinfetante que sem condições. Só para dar uma idéia, como o hotel aceita fumantes poderiam deixar uma área reservada somente para eles porque a acomodação não tem janelas que ficam abertas e não tem por onde acontecer a ventilação ideal. Conversamos na recepção e nos ofereceram um novo local onde o cheiro não estava tão forte como o outro mais poderia ser melhor pelo potencial que o hotel tem. Os elevadores precisam de reforma e limpeza. Acredito que se retirarem o forro do piso dos quartos que está muito velho melhora e muito. Com relação ao café da manhã é aceitável, não é o melhor mais da para passar, as moças que trabalham ficam sempre de cara fechada como se estivessem infelizes e brava. A localização é ótima e o hotel tem uma vista bonita, pena que não está com a higienização adequada. Se melhorar isto é os elevadores fica perfeito.

Ryan (7/5): - The rooms were massive, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a lot of fun. It was a busy time during the cheerleading worlds, so it was packed with a lot of travellers, yet still enjoyable and quiet at night. Breakfast was not filled with a ton of high-quality foods. I wish that cereals, yogurt flavours and carb options were changed every day to ensure variety. The eggs are not seasoned and taste so bland.

Tiene el servicio de lavandería gratuito. Faltaban cubiertos y vasos. Cuando avisamos, nos mandaron tazas y cubiertos de plástico en reemplazo. La moquette tenía aspecto de falta de limpieza. Par contre ils me les ont remboursés immédiatement quand je m en suis aperçu.

RRVO (3/5): 15 fois à Kissimmee, un des plus mauvais hotels - Chambre propre, proximité du old town (fete forraine). Chambre: Nous pensions utilser le canapé lit, mais celà est impossible. Le matelas n'est pas un matelas et aucun linge de lit fourni. aucun gobelet dans la chambre, pas de seau pour les glacons, clé magnetique defectueuse et pas de serviette de bain (avons eu après) Petit déjeuner basic, fade. Je rajoute le bar de la piscine: aucune carte des boissons, la personne pas agreable et aucune ambiance Hors bière ca sera 15§ (+ taxes et Tip) = 19€ pour un coktail = aucun intéret. Evitez d'y sejourner le vendredi et samedi, trop de monde (piscine accessible sans controle d'entrée donc afflux massif des locaux). Ascenseur trop lent ou en panne. Prenez les escaliers. 3 nuits à 140€/jour pour 2, franchement trop cher rapport qualité/prix.
Samantha Burns (8/5): Great stay and great location - The hotel was in a great location, always clean and great value for money. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on and are huge! We stayed in a 2 bed suite which was great. Yes some of the decor could have done with updating however this does not take away the fact this hotel is in a great location and has shuttles every day to Disney & universal ( and also a shuttle to a nearby outlet centre) The pool was always accessible and warm. The noise of the toilets flushing which can be heard from next door however we encountered this in other locations during our trip so assume this is not something that can be fixed
