• Jessica (9/5): Best location - The location right across from the duomo couldn't be topped and the hotel is really lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff worked above and beyond to support us with taxis, etc. Even in the middle of the city center, the room was quiet and restful.

• Tiina (8/5): Loistava sijainti - Sijainti oli loistava. Tästä pääsi joka suuntaan näppärästi. Tilava huone ja tilava kylpyhuone. Hotellin huoneet 3 ja 4 kerros, hissi todella pieni ja `vähän rämisevä`, portaita pitkin pääsi kulkemaan, mutta ei sovi huonojalkaisille. Aamupala ok, olisi voinut olla hiukan monipuolisempi. Kirkon kellot soi joka aamu klo 7:00 ja se todella kuului huoneeseen, koska hotelli vain kiven heiton päässä katedraalista.

Avevamo la camera con vista sul duomo, era eccezionale ma allo stesso tempo, essendo la piazza frequentata a tutte le ore, molto rumorosa. La colazione ottima! Il giorno di Pasqua abbiamo potuto assistere allo scoppio del carro direttamente dalla hall dell’hotel.

Personál bol slušný a profesionálny. Nechýbala znalosť anglického jazyka. S raňajkami sme spokojný avšak by sa mohli rozšíriť o teplé jedlo. (párky, slanina, omeleta) V noci bolo počuť zvuk bublania vody. Nie všetky izby boli situované na Basilica Santa Maria del Fiore.

Struttura datata ma impeccabile Ascensore a parte. Vista torre di Giotto dalla camera, colazione sufficiente. Questa era la nostra 2a volta e se ci sarà una 3a, sarà sempre qui... L'ascensore sarebbe da rimodernare, ma la responsabilità é del condominio purtroppo
• SILVIA (3/5): - La posizione, la camera che ci hanno assegnato era fronte campanile di Giotto Hotel datato, poco curato (avevamo un pezzo del rivestimento del soffitto che si staccava, le lampade in camera avevano i rivestimenti tutti macchiati, i mobili sono vetusti), la stanza della colazione è veramente triste con tutti i tavolini ammassati

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El desayuno bastante bien y completo! El desayuno podría ser más extenso, pero realmente incluso el último día que nos fuimos antes nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar.

Haberlo reservado por Booking fue un error. Mis datos personales y de la reserva fueron filtrados y me llegaron 3 intentos de estafa qué aun no se si se resolvieron. It was the best decision I could have made! It has been one of the best hotel experiences any of my clients have ever had. The team gave them all the support they needed and made their stay truly memorable. They were especially impressed to receive individual breakfast kits at checkout, as they were leaving early in the morning before breakfast service began. Is there anything better than planning a trip with care and dedication and having a hotel that contributes 100% to making everything run perfectly? Certainly not! The location is unbeatable. Just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafés, and more. The hotel is immaculately clean and incredibly cozy, with great rooms (stunning views of the Duomo), an excellent breakfast, a wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding amenities. One of the highlights is the service! The staff is truly wonderful and welcomes guests with genuine care and warmth. This hotel represents true hospitality! Other main attractions (the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Gallery, Medici Palace, and others) were only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. On the last night of our stay, the air conditioner stopped working, and it was quite hot throughout the night.

Breakfast was very adequate and staff responsive and pleasant. They ordered cabs for us which came within 5 minutes. Everything walkable. We liked Was not able to adjust the air conditioning.

Pero lo bueno se convierte en lo malo, mucha gente en la calle, se oyen las campanas de la catedral y la iluminación nocturna entra en la habitación y te desvela. Muy céntrico para ir a pie a cualquier sitio de Florencia a 10 minutos andando en cualquier dirección. El personal súper amable. La recepción está en la tercera planta. Con ascensor pequeño estrecho y viejo, por lo que subimos a pie siempre 3 pisos. Se estropeó el aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor a 40 grados. La zona de desayuno es muy pequeña y con muy poca variedad.

La climatisation ne fonctionne que quand vous êtes présents dans la chambre… autant dire qu’il faisait froid. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très basique, des fruits proposés immangeables tant il sont trop murs.
