• Deep (4/5): - There were safety issues. At night on 19th May at about 11.30pm our room was opened by someone from outside. We had to quickly lock it from inside and load our baggage against the room door. It was a very scary experience. We mentioned this experience at the reception while checking out on 20th May morning. Very bad. Will never stay there again.

• Lyudmyla (10/5): - В номере было комфортно и тихо, хотя окна номера находились прямо над центральным входом. Меню на завтрак было достаточным, что бы подобрать себе по вкусу . Персонал доброжелательный и готов помочь ,если необходимо. Транспорт в шаговой доступности. Отель хороший и с удовольствием в нём остановимся ещё. Спасибо персоналу за хорошую службу.

• Yiling (2/5): bad experience on room and front desk - Breakfast I spent 6 nights here at an average of 150 US Dollars per night, and it was a total disaster. Despite the mild spring weather (outside temperatures in the 40s–70s), the room was a stifling furnace. The AC was useless. When I complained, the front desk’s "solution" was to tell me to open the windows. This is impossible at this location due to the deafening, constant noise from trains and planes all night. The most insulting part? When I asked to change rooms, they had the nerve to demand an additional 50 Euros per night to move me. Paying a premium price for a room should guarantee basic comfort; it shouldn't be a "pay-to-play" game just to get a room that isn't a sauna. The only positive was the breakfast staff, who were genuinely nice and professional. Unfortunately, a good breakfast doesn't make up for being extorted for a decent night's sleep. Between the broken AC, the noise, and the greedy management, this hotel is a massive rip-off. I felt like I was paying 150 dollars a night for torture. Avoid this place at all costs.

• Daria (9/5): - The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but bot far from the center, so you can be sure that you can have a good rest after a long day. The breakfast is wonderful, for any taste, so it's really worth paying a little extra for it. Another wonderful option is that you can keep your car on their parking even after the checkout. This is sooo convenient if you would like to have a little stroll after checking out and not worry about your vehicle. The rooms are nice and clean, but you still can notice some small things that tell you: yeah, this lamp or this shelf, or this shower has been in use for some time. They are not old or dirty, but you just see that they're not right from the store. I think I personally would like to have more neat and good-looking pieces of furniture for such price. But maybe it's just me. Apart from that, everything is lovely.

• Premila (1/5): Wasted my money. Lost two nights of my sleep and that ruined my whole trip and holiday - The location and decor was good The staff and the facilities worse than a three star. No air conditioning Musty smell of the carpet and the staff could not care at all. They were trying to justify for the shortcoming. We pay a significant amount for a good rest. I stayed there gor two nights and both days could not sleep a wink and that ruined my holiday.
• Hans Christian Thomas (9/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt in Prag - Sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Gebäude. Die 5 Sterne Bewertung können wir aber nicht nachvollziehen. Manche Möbelstücke in unserem Deluxe Zimmer könnten eine leichte Überarbeitung gebrauchen. Das Zimmer hatte die Dusche in der Badewanne, der Einstieg erfordert etwas Gelenkigkeit. Im Badezimmer gab es einige kleine technische Unzulänglichkeiten, die wir der Rezeption gemeldet haben. Im Frühstücksraum ist es recht eng bestuhlt, es empfiehlt sich für zu kommen. Parken ist ohne erheblichen Aufwand eigentlich nur in der Hotelgarage gegen Aufpreis möglich, wo die Stellplätze sehr eng sind für moderne Fahrzeuge. Dort gibt es auch zwei Lademöglichkeiten für Elektrofahrzeuge, den Hinweis dazu hatten wir übersehen oder es gibt ihn nicht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell in der City und wieder zurück. Alles in allem vergeben wir wegen des besonderen Charmes des Hotels eine hervorragende Bewertung. • Sandra (9/5): Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen. Schade war, dass das Hotel und das gar nicht gesagt hat. Somit waren wir zu Beginn etwas unsicher, ob das passt. Aber ein Upgrade haben wir natürlich gerne genommen 😊 und wir konnten schon um 11 Uhr ins Zimmer. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und wir sind von dort in die Stadt gelaufen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen war sehr schön Die Ausstattung ist völlig in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr die neueste und anspricht nicht den Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wobei wir auch nicht den Preis eines 5-Sterne-Hotels gezahlt haben ;) Das Licht im Bad anzubekommen war immer wieder eine kleine Herausforderung. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer hat uns keinen Kaffee gemacht. Das Parken fanden wir recht teuer.

• Monika (8/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - Das Hotel befand sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück frisch und sehr gut. Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr fleckig, sodass man auf gar keinen Fall barfuss darauf gehen wollt.

• Adhvaryu (3/5): Been there never going back. - Location was good. Near to some good shopping venues and eateries. Staff does not understand English except reception. Phone in the room was not working till the last day of our stay and we stayed for 5 nights so, imagine our trouble. They do not have a dedicated room service. They only come in morning (so I was told), this is unheard of for a 5star hotel standard. Overall, horrible experience. Quality of room was good. Breakfast was good too. Staff is the real downer in the scenario.

• John (9/5): Modern day Belle Epoch elegance combined with comfort. - The hotel is in a quiet residential area, and within easy access to the Old Town, Castle, and anywhere in the city. There's a tram stop (23) within a couple of minutes walk, and this links with Metro and buses. This was our second visit, and we both enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, with its spacious rooms, public areas and outdoor terraces with views of the city. The linen and towels are excellent, and bath robes and slippers are provided. The bathroom is spacious and the climate control is easy to work. Breakfast in the elegant dining room has good choices, with the availability of omelettes alongside the other hot dishes, and plenty of cold options, fruit and patisserie. Staff in all areas are most helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable from beginning to end. The bar is a comfortable place to sit and sample a cocktail or a hot drink after being out and about in the city. The shower is above the bath, and the side of the bath is somewhat difficult to negotiate for those with mobility restrictions. Also a non-slip mat in the bath would have helped me.

• Vincenzo (9/5): - The hotel is located in a quite area, from where you can easily reach any area in Prague. Nice decorations, great breakfast, comfortable room and very kind and helpful personal. I got a standard room on the 4th floor that had some ventilation issues. I got a new room of a higher standard on the second floor. There is a big differende between the standard and superior room. I strongly recommend to book the superior room, the price difference is minimal but the quality is much higher.

• Bruno (9/5): Tolles, Exklusives Hotel in einer Ruhiger Lage nah zum Zentrum Prag. - Alles war so wie beschrieben. Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Hotel. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Prag zu besichtigen. Nah zum Tram und U-Bahnstation. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit um alle Einrichtungen zu erkunden (SPA Einrichtung). Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlicher Bedienung. Teure Garagenplätze.

• İsmail (9/5): Tesis geneli yaşadığımız sorunlar - Mimari açıdan güzeldi. Orta çağ havası vermesi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Banyo hijyeni tam değildi. Eşim mantar hastalığına yakalandı.Acil durumda misafirlerin odayı ve katı terk etmesi için kullanılan kapılar içeri doğru açııyordu. Türk olduğumuz için domuz eti yemiyorduk ona rağmen bizim tuketeceğimiz türden et türü yiyecekler yoktu. Sadece tavuk vardı onunda ne olduğunu anlamadım.

• Valentino (10/5): The perfect choice for a Romantic Fugue in Prag - The Hotel is really astounding. It is a piece of art straight out of the roaring 20's, with all the possible comforts of the present. The rooms are elegant and large. Staff is polite and prepared. Breakfast rich and delicious.

Das Frühstück hat sich verbessert. Das Personal war interessiert und bemüht das Heizungsproblem zu lösen. Es wurde auch ein Radiator zur Verfügung gestellt In der ersten Nacht gab es ein Heizungsproblem auf unserer Etage. An der Badewanne sollte ein Haltegriff angebracht werden
