The hotel is in the city center, just steps away from Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, making it ideal for a city walk. The famous Passeig de Gràcia is right downstairs, perfect for shopping lovers. Buses and the metro are just outside the hotel, so getting around is incredibly convenient.

You can tell that someone has thought of everything to keep you happy. From the candy and water in reception to the free minibar -water, chocolate and sodas and the toothbrush and shaving kit in the bathroom. Large, clean rooms and a nice breakfast with a very friendly and helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for it's atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Hotel was excellent throughout, prime location, friendly responsive staff, great breakfast service and nice touches like the happy hour in the evenings. Wouldn't like to name any particular staff member as they were all top rate! Looking forward to staying there again when next in Barcelona.

It’s so hard to find a nice hotel in Europe that can accommodate a family of 4, with large beds and ample room to walk about. Hotel Sixty Two met all our criteria. It’s centrally located and walkable to so many sites like Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Place Catalunya is just a short walk away. The room itself was a family room so two connected rooms with two bathrooms. It was super spacious, and perfect for our family. They had nice free treats that added a thoughtful touch, and the staff was very hospitable. Highly recommend!

Typically a company selected hotel has low expectations but Sixtytwo Hotel was great. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help and make your stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the city and close to many restaurants/bars and subway for getting around. My room overlooked a nice courtyard which made for a quiet night sleep. The room included breakfast which offered a wide variety of choices (eggs, omelets, meats, cheeses), all of it was great. I would definitely go back and stay here again.

We truly appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. The little touches made the experience even more special, the complimentary wine tasting, the welcome cookies, and the departure candies were such thoughtful details. One of our favorite moments was when they offered to took a cute Polaroid picture of us as a keepsake to bring home. It felt so personal and memorable. Location was perfect, I could see the batlo house from the balcony. It was next to a metro and bus station, so it was very easy to move around, although walking around was our main option because everything is nearby.

Been here twice and every time I was amazed by how friendly and helpful they are. Big thanks to Mr.Raga, Mr. Yalco as well as the hotel technician and the housekeeping team. On the downside, the noise from the street can be a little bit disturbing if you get a room on the main street. overall, very nice place to stay if you plan for shopping.

Top notch luxury and so damn comfortable! Air conditioning was extra cool! Good beds, the extra bed for kiddo being nice also. What really deserves credit is the lovely, highly devoted and ultra professional staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning). You are showing an example of hospitality for the world to experience and up for others to follow!! For those who have a car, a parking in front is so easily accessible and with discount available.

I definitely suggest splurging for a room with a terrace, in the back of the hotel. The room was very quiet, despite the hotel being on that main street, and the bed was very comfortable. Also -- the air conditioning stayed on continuously, without going on and off as it does in so many hotels. My only quibbles -- and they really are quibbles -- is that some items were clearly designed for taller people, and there was no clock in the room -- something I've noticed elsewhere. A couple of suggestions: there is a train from the airport -- I believe the R2 Nord -- that will bring you within a block of the hotel, but it is a real slog from the airport -- you will likely have to grab a bus to change terminals (will take a while!) and then a long walk to the train. I think it's probably much better to take the bus. And definitely book the night tour at Casa Mila (La Pedrera) -- just make sure it's on a non-rainy night and the roof wil be part of the tour.

It is super convenient. The service was also excellent. Hotel staff checked in with me regularly via WhatsApp to ensure things are ok. They were super helpful throughout our stay. My family stayed at both the hotel and the Apartment SixtyFour which is next door. Both were excellent!

- Global485539 (10/5): Excellent Stay at Sixtytwo Hotel Barcelona - We stayed at Sixtytwo Hotel Barcelona from 17–22 November and absolutely loved our time there. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The location is outstanding — right on Passeig de Gràcia, surrounded by great shops and cafés, and just steps from Gaudí’s Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. It’s also only a short walk to La Rambla and the main square, so it’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. We arrived very late (around 1am), and they were welcoming and organised even at that hour. They arranged a courtesy car for us in advance, and the driver met us promptly at arrivals, which made getting to the hotel effortless after a long journey. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations — brilliant location, lovely suite, and genuinely warm and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

- Cathylynn0206 (10/5): Fabulous location - We loved this modern boutique hotel. I had asked for a high floor in a quiet location, and was given that but facing Passage de Gracia. I actually really enjoyed having the balcony and looking out upon the boulevard. It can be noisy, but we didn’t mind and it quiets down eventually. The staff is great, they all spoke English and helped us with our travel plans. The breakfast is great as well, €16 apiece. The beds were very comfortable, nice modern bathroom, but I would recommend they put in shower stalls because the bathtubs are very tight and slippery. I’m 65 years old, so I had to hold on while showering. They provided water and excellent maid service. We had a very pleasant stay here and would recommend it.

We have stayed before as it’s just a great location, close to all the action and shopping. We had a lovely room on the 4th floor (I think we might have been upgraded) the bed was so comfortable. When we left to board a ship at the cruise terminal, after an hour Jennifer sent me a message to report that I had left my iPods in the room. After a quick panic from me she arranged to taxi them to the cruise terminal where I collected them. It was very helpful. We will be back prior to our next cruise in the spring Thanks Jennifer.

The friendly, helpful staff assisted us with bags and food options when we arrived early. Breakfast was an experience each morning with buffet and made-to-order choices. We would return to this hotel again!

The location of the hotel is excellent; close to two of Gaudi's houses as well as Las Ramblas and a metro/train station. The staff was always helpful especially in explaining to us how to get to Sagrada Familia by metro and to Sitges by train. The breakfast selection was nice and the breakfast room was comfortable.

Superior location. Exceptional concierge named "Neus" (Catalan for snow). She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. If we needed something, it was clear that she (and other staff) made that their priority. The door to the hotel is a bit heavy, but its worth getting the exercise to stay here.

It’s well located and although it’s on a busy road, we couldn’t hear anything; it was surprisingly peaceful. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was super comfortable. Importantly, the staff were warm, friendly and accommodating: nothing was too much trouble (I called reception and requested bottled water and tissues, and five minutes later there was a knock on the door). A special shout out to Jenny and Valentina who went out of their way to help us with transfers to the port. Highly recommend Sixtytwo Hotel.

The room layout and design were perfect, and the location is fantastic, especially if you enjoy high-end shopping. Paula was exceptionally helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations that we loved. While some of the other staff seemed to still be finding their feet, everyone was friendly and tried their best to assist. One restaurant recommendation wasn’t quite what we expected, but overall, we appreciated the service and hospitality. For the price, we might have hoped for a touch more polish, but it was still a very pleasant and memorable stay.

- 7adnaneh (10/5): Life savers in blackout - Needless to say, as stated in many comments, that the hotel has great rooms, great location, etc. What made our experience unique is that it coincided with April's blackout in Barcelona which happened few minutes before checkout and few hours before our return flight. The whole team including the manager mobilized for the impossible mission of finding us a taxi; on the phones and physically in the streets around the hotel. We would have definitely missed our flight if it were not for their efforts. We are so grateful to them and will for sure return!

There are restaurants galore close by & the shops are close too. The taxi stand is just outside the door. The staff are lovely & helpful. They have thought of everything from the complementary ice creams & cold drinks in the lobby to the KitKats, Coca-Cola & water in the rooms. Breakfast is also available. Rooms are spacious & there's a kettle & coffee machine for hot drinks. I did find out that in Spain there is no such thing as a facecloth. Rooms are spacious. I would highly recommend Hotel Sixtytwo.

Most of the rooms face the back court which is super quiet even during big holiday weekends. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms come with a small mini bar, unlimited water bottles, and access to a great gym next door, all included in the room price.

The room was immaculately clean, as was the breakfast area, both with charming and helpful staff. Front desk staff also very proactive and helpful. The location was very central and although the hotel is on the most upmarket shopping area, we had a room at the back where there was no noise at all. We couldn't have been better located, right between the Casa Batlló and La Pedrera and a view of Sagrada Familia from our balcony. We would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Barcelona.

We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday and some great communication and kind thoughts prior to the stay meant my wife was humbly surprised with the beauty of the room. Big shout out to to Yelco and the team. The views and location was brilliant just north of Plaça de Catalunya and a metro within metres. The front of house were exceptionally warm giving recommendations of dinner and kept checking in with us. If I could be hyper critical, the mini bar which is complimentary, wasn’t restocked at all during our three night stay. But that didn’t over shadow the luscious suite and service we had. The hotel is in a fantastic location, walkable distance to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. We stayed in two different rooms and both were spacious with very comfortable beds and great views. The staff were lovely and helped us with restaurant suggestions and advice for travelling around the city. Overall a fantastic hotel!

To say this hotel is amazing is an absolute understatement. Every single part of the guest experience is brilliant from start to finish and the staff are the absolute stars of the show - they were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly and had great insight and recommendations. We dealt with an amazing front of house lady whose name we did not get but shout out to her. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Our terrace was stunning. The hotel is right on one of the main shopping strips and is a two minute walk from the train station. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we would be only delighted to have the chance to stay there again in the future! Thanks for an amazing stay!

We can say the great reviews lived up to expectation. We had a family room + sofa bed as we were 3 adults and two children, and the room was perfect for it, with a convenient connection. The room actually felt bigger and nicer than in pictures, normally other way round. What makes the hotel is the team that run it, from the start to end the hospitality was 5*, they really made it memorable for my young girls especially, with all the various complimentary gifts they gave. I know Barcelona has an overwhelming choice of hotels, but the location, quality of the hotel and the service from all the teams made this a great stay and we’d definitely return for a city type of break. - MagsM55 (10/5): Exceptional Hotel!! - We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!! You can get cheaper accommodation but this hotel is well worth the extra cash!! We used the local airport bus to travel into Barcelona from the airport. So easy to pick up right outside the terminal and only 7:45 euro each. The terminus was Playa de Catalunya, the main square in Barcelona. The hotel is a relatively short walk (10 minutes at most) down Passeig de Garcia, which is directly on your left as you dismount from the bus. The hotel is on the right hand side of Passeig de Gracia, only a little further on from Casa Batlló (which is on the left hand side - see photos). We stayed in a Junior Suite with Terrace for 3 nights. The terrace was huge!! It had table and chairs with an umbrella, and two sun-loungers on a raised platform. The view wasn’t great but to have a terrace in the city centre was a big plus after a long day sight seeing. The decor of the room was contemporary, the bed was so comfortable, everything was spotless. There was a fridge in the room that contained two cans of beer, two cans of Coca Cola, a glass bottle of water and two chocolate bars 👍 We had bathrobes and good quality slippers. There is a kettle, coffee maker, glass mugs and espresso cups. The good quality tea bags, coffee pods and biscuits were replenished daily. We were also left a gift of a bottle of white wine and some shortbread type biscuits. The toiletries are all Penhaligan - quality!! All of the staff we encountered at reception and in the breakfast room were lovely - really friendly and helpful 🥰 The breakfast room also acts as a ‘free’ lounge for the rest of the day!! It is contemporary in design and beautifully laid out. The breakfast offerings were fantastic!! Hot and cold drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice presented in small individual carafes, an assortment of delicious bread and pastries, cold meats and cheeses, a brilliant variety of small sandwiches, fresh fruits and yogurts, breakfast style sponge cake, waffles and pancakes. You could also request items from a hot dish menu: eggs of every variety, omelettes, eggs with sausage and bacon etc All prepared on request, beautifully presented and hot!! We also saw quite a few people asking for take away boxes which they were given without a fuss. We went into the lounge after a day of sight seeing, there was coffee, tea, wine, cava, cold drinks, pastries and snacks available free of charge. We spoke to two American ladies that advised us they had been given a bottle of cava and some popcorn free of charge, we were also offered a bottle of cava and advised we could take it in the lounge or they would deliver it to our room if required!! 🍾🥂😍 In the small reception area there is a fridge full of ice lollies and ice cream lollies that are also free of charge!! And not forgetting the small tray of Chupa Chupa lollipops 🍭 also available for free!! (So many free things - it is unbelievable!!) As you can tell we absolutely loved this hotel and all it had to offer!! We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return for a hopefully longer stay on our next visit to Barcelona!! Very well done to all the Management and your excellent Staff that make this such an exceptional hotel!! 🥰

We stayed there for three nights prior to getting on a cruise and had two rooms due to the size of our party. The front desk staff made dinner reservations for us and they even provided a portable WiFi to use as you walked around the city during your stay

Their front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and keep open communication with you through WhatsApp. We had two rooms, a junior suite and 3 person room. Both rooms were excellent, clean and well maintained. The welcome wine and stocked bar fridge was a pleasant welcome surprise. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options from buffet style platters to ordered entrees. Outside of breakfast the dinning room is available for coffee, wine, champagne and treats for most hours. A great place to refresh after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. The location of the hotel is amazing. In between Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. It is in the heart of the shopping district with most of the luxury brands there so dangerous for your wallet! I still have commend the staff at the hotel especially the front desk who helped us quite a bit with airport transfers, etc. The stay was a highlight of our European trip.

Staff are very accommodating and we enjoyed it more than we have in other areas we have been 4 times before. Will certainly come back here if we return again.

We had a family room with a king bed and a twin bed for our daughter. The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I also included breakfast in the reservation which was made to order. We were there for a couple of days,and would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Staff were attentive and professional. They made contact proactively before our visit and showed us to and through the rooms upon arrival. They had also stocked the mini bar and provided snacks complimentary upon arrival, which was impressive. Breakfast was fresh and lovely, albeit a little limited in selection if you like American or English style breakfasts. Fresh made pancakes were a highlight, as were the omelettes. At times you could hear a little noise from adjoining rooms but that was the exception not the norm. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel - we were impressed and would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful recommending restaurants, bars, and parks nearby for us to walk to. - May (10/5): - This is by far one of the best hotels in Barcelona. A boutique gem in a an excellent upscale location. You will be close to everything but away from the crowd. The room is equipped with everything u need, a mini bar, tea/ coffee machine. We have received an upgrade to a suite which was sweet as it gives us a nice terrace to sunbath if needed. The shower is modern / new. The small lounge on the first floor offers complimentary tea and coffee during the day. The croissant served at breakfast is so crispy and fresh. Every single member of the staff is professional, friendly and they go out of their way to help and made us feel welcomed and at home. I will definitely be back and this will be my choice in Barcelona.

It was an easy checkin with clear communication via WhatsApp in advance of my arrival. I was on the 4th floor and enjoy the sleek design of the room. The AC was lovely with the outside temps so high.
- David (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at Hotel Sixty Two. The rooms were very large and spacious and most importantly quiet. Beds were very comfortable. They also offered complimentary water, coke, and chocolates. The location is great, within walking distance to many great restaurants and easy access to cabs. The hotel also offered complimentary day passes to a nearby gym/pool. The only thing I wished the hotel offered were face towels but this is very minor.

It was my birthday so they even upgraded the room to the one of the best ones with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Everything was perfect. Great location at Paseo de Gracia. We could see the Casa Batllō from our room. La Rambla is very close as well. Hotel and the rooms are clean. Friendly staff. You will enjoy. Overall great experience.
